Here at Sunshine Escape Villa, cleaning staff has been equipped with masks, face shields, disposable gloves and shoe covers. Cleaning products that are EPA and CDC approved have been sourced and shipped to cleaning personnel. Cleaning staff has received protocol training, specifically regarding disinfection of common high-contact areas such as light switches, door knobs, etc. We are ready to meet all requirements presented to us by State and County officials when it's time to reopen.
Welcome to our luxurious, recently refurbished vacation home located within the popular & stunning gated community of Windsor Hills Resort. No other home can provide you with such a sense of luxury whilst on your next fun-filled vacation to The Sunshine State. What’s more, Windsor Hills offers an array of community facilities which are the envy of many other resorts, not to mention its close proximity to Walt Disney World Resort and many other great local attractions, shops, bars and restaurants.
Our home offers 6 spacious bedrooms. The main floor has a Queen bedroom. Upstairs there are three King bedrooms. Each of these are comfortably decorated for the adults in your group. The two twin bedrooms upstairs are themed (Mickey and Harry Potter) for the young and young at heart. Each bedroom includes:

There’s plenty of room to spread out and with a lounge, a family room a games room and a spacious lanai, everyone will find a place to relax and unwind after yet another perfect day exploring Central Florida. With a total of 10 televisions (2 Smart t.v.'s) in the house, no one will have to argue about whether to watch news, sports movies or cartoons.
We also provide a fully equipped kitchen, which is designed to make light work of any catering task. These custom kitchen cabinets have a beautiful lacquer finish, crown molding and brushed nickel hardware. The counter tops are granite, the appliances are stainless steel and no what you want to cook, you will find what you need at your fingertips. Whether you’re preparing a light snack before heading out to experience the magic of Walt Disney World, or sitting down to a full family banquet … we’ve got you covered!
For those of a competitive nature, why not try your hand at a game of pool on our 8' professional slate bed pool table in the lounge. Or retreat to our game room where you’ll find air hockey, table tennis, foosball, Wii, karaoke and a private movie theater with recliner seating and a granite bar.
The private south-facing pool will be a hub of activity during your stay and will be your family's own little slice of heaven. The custom garden in the back yard, with LED night lighting will allow you to enjoy your own tropical paradise well into the evening. This home is situated up on a hill, and is not overlooked, so there is no one to look down into your yard. Additionally, 5' hedging along each side of the pool helps ensure you will have lots of privacy. Top up your tan, relax in the spill-over spa, splash around with the kids/grandchildren, dine alfresco or watch a beautiful sunset right from your own private, cushioned lounge chair as another perfect day winds down – the possibilities are endless!

Our villa is located on a quiet street in Windsor Hills, not one of the main thoroughfares. This means less traffic noise at night, and less traffic to contend with when backing out of your driveway.
This property is situated with a fully south-facing pool so you can soak up maximum Florida sunshine during your vacation. The backyard features a custom garden with LED night lights throughout so you can enjoy your own personal tropical paradise well into the evening. The house is up on a hill so no one looking down into your back yard, and features 5' privacy hedging along each side so you feel like you have really gotten away from it all as you relax on your cushioned lounge chair.
Just a short walk away is the main playground of the community with a beautiful castle - sure to inspire imaginative play for your little ones.
And of course the clubhouse isn't far either, just a 10 minute stroll and you can enjoy all the amenities it has to offer as well.

This is our home that we vacation in for 4-5 weeks of the year. We take great pride in it and each year we do improvements/projects to keep it looking fresh - never allowing it to look "tired". Examples of our "extra mile"? Custom landscaping including low voltage lighting; expanded driveway with paver bricks making it comfortably wide enough for two vehicles to park; tinted windows throughout the house; new roof added 2020; carpeted and air conditioned games room; gutters around the whole house, etc. etc. Coming in 2021?
