Property Details

Our immaculate townhouse is in Windsor Hills, an exclusive gated community which is just a five minute drive to the gates of Disneyworld and 20 minutes from Universal. With three beds and three baths it comfortably sleeps 6. The private splash pool with it's southern exposure is a great place to relax at the end of a long day. Overlooking a green central park area there is space for children to play and an open, bright outlook to enjoy. The house is at the end of the block so you will enjoy having no rear neighbours and attached neighbours on one side only. Facilities at Windsor Hills Resort include a lagoon style pool with waterslides, children's splash area, gym, tennis, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, kids play areas and gym. We also offer free WiFi. The clubhouse is just an easy 3 minute walk from the house. It is the perfect place to spend your holiday, whatever your age! Within easy reach of all theme parks, golf courses and national parks at Blue Springs and Wekiva Springs there is something for everyone. Take a ride on an air boat at Boggy Creek for an exciting look at swamp life!

Facilities

We want our guests to be comfortable and happy in our home and work with a great property management company who ensures that our home is kept clean and well stocked. We visit regularly and update our furnishings, towels, sheets and pillows to make sure that everything is to a high specification. We have owned our home since 2011 and have many repeat guests who leave us great 5* reviews on Homeaway. These can be viewed at https://www.homeaway.com/vacation-rental/p8077777.

Our living room has two comfortable three seater sofas, coffee table and wide-screen cable tv. We also provide family games and videos for those days when you may want to relax at the house. If you visit at Christmas you are welcome to use our Christmas tree and decorations to make your visit more festive.

The kitchen is full equipped with everything that you will need if you do want to cook a few meals at home. We use the house regularly ourselves and love to cook so have everything that we need to make full meals. There is a cool box, beach chairs and beach towels which you are welcome to use if you do a day trip to the coast or just out for a picnic at one of the local state parks.

The dining table seats 4 people with additional seating for four at the breakfast area and you will find that the kitchen is equipped with everything you need should you decide to cook at home.

For families we provide a cot, buggy and travel cot. Your children will love the heated splash pool which is protected by a removable safety fence.

Notes on bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 on the first floor has a king-sized bed with a newly refurbished ensuite bathroom with twin sinks, shower and bath.
Bedroom 2 on the first floor has twin beds and en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 3 on the ground floorwith queen bed and en-suite.

 We had a lovely stay during the holiday at this home. The property is very clean and well kept. I could tell the owners care about the place a great deal, like their own home, not just like a rental property. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans for us to make a couple of meals. Towels are plentiful for the pool. And the sheets are very comfortable. Short walk to the community pool and splash pad, which the kids enjoyed very much. The splash pool was perfect for a lazier afternoon, especially after the weather warmed up. We also enjoyed the open space in the back. Polly was very responsive to any inquiries. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.
