This town home features 2 master bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen) with full adjoining bathrooms, a third bedroom with twin Mickey themed beds and full Mickey themed bath, and 2 full sized sofas in the living area. Granite countertops throughout! Queen bedroom with attached full bath is located on the first level. The fully furnished kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances has been equipped with everything you could desire for that quick snack or a family feast. We have a Keurig coffee maker, cappuccino machine and standard coffee maker to meet the needs of all our fellow coffee lovers. Featuring Stainless Steel appliances, granite countertops, and a tile backsplash.
For entertainment, the town home includes TVs in every bedroom and a DVD player. The private pool has a child safety fence and may be heated during winter months. We also provide a charcoal grill for outside use.
For the convenience of the littlest ones, we provide a complimentary stroller, pack and play, booster/high chair, booster/car seat, baby monitor, etc. We also provide some DVD's, games, books and toys for all ages.
Our home is equipped with a full size washer and dryer (not compact like most), so you don't have to go home with dirty clothes!
We as owners, stay here ourselves at least two to three times a year. By doing so, we personally check all condo contents to ensure everything is in good shape for your stay.

Community amenities include a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, heated zero-entry community pool with water slide and dancing fountains, heated community spa, 38-seat surround sound movie theater, arcade, fitness room, tennis courts, putting green, sand volleyball, basketball courts, castle-themed adventure playground, gazebo picnic area, RV parking area and walking trail around the community and lake.
We own and manage this property and also partner with a local management company that is located just a few minutes from our property. If you need anything during your stay, you can feel comfortable knowing you can contact us, as well as have access to a local company that you can reach 24/7. We take pride in the satisfaction of our guests.

Our home is within walking distance to all the amenities of Windsor Hills, yet we have the benefit of no rear neighbors. Enjoy the privacy of your own screened in patio and splash pool when you are not busy at the parks or taking advantage of Windsor Hills' beautiful amenities.
My family and I love Windsor Hills and have stayed there several times in different rentals and this was by the most thoughtful owners we have rented from. Good cooking utensils, nice furniture, clean, new appliances, new washer/dryer. This rental felt as if the owners took pride in it.

Sonia, I normally wait till the end of a stay to let someone know that liked our accommodations, but just wanted to say Thanks! We have stayed at Windsor hills 5 or 6 times and love it but your unit is much more cared for and presentable than any other. We donít expect perfect but hate when we show up to what feels like a rental. This place looks like an owner actually cares and we like all of the extra items (kids cups, high chair, utensils, nice furniture, etc) It also isnít run down and everything broken. Cleaning crew did a good job and we have all we need. Thanks for your professional handling of your vacation rental and giving us a last minute discount.
