As of September 1, 2020, Sun Time Vacations is returning to the cancellation policy set forth in the Terms of Agreement, and as listed herein. For cancellations 60 days or more prior to your stay: 100% of rental fees paid to date are returned. 59-30 days before your stay: 50% of rental fees paid to date are returned. 30 days or less before arrival: 0% of rental fees paid are returned. Cancellations at anytime, when any part of the rental period falls over Holidays and Peak Seasons will be subject to a 100% of the total rental fee penalty.

This executive 3 bedroom home offers a touch of luxury and amenities second to none – including all ensuite bedrooms, 32 inch TV's in all bedrooms and free WIFI.

The home has a well-established vacation home rentals management company in Orlando. In addition to ensuring the villa fully complies with Florida State licensing requirements for rented accommodation, they ensure the house is maintained in top condition and are on hand in the event you need assistance during your stay. For your convenience, you are given a code to access the home, without having to drive to a key collection point or worry about contacting the management company if your travel arrangements are running behind schedule.

The Windsor Hills Orlando Resort has a clubhouse which is open to guests all year round and features a large communal pool with water slides and hot tub. Plus there are plenty of sun loungers so you can choose to sit in the sun or shade.
Windsor Hills also has a sundry shop open from 8am - 10pm everyday, selling groceries, newspapers, drinks, ice creams, and toiletries.
The clubhouse has an arcade and billiards room. If you want to keep on top of your fitness, the Windsor Hills clubhouse has a state of the art gym. It is open to all guests free of charge.
The Windsor Hills clubhouse also has a 50 seat cinema showing movies daily so please check with clubhouse reception to see what's playing.
There are also two on site playgrounds with swings, slides, and roundabouts. as well as tennis and basketball courts, a 7 hole putting green, and a sand volleyball court.

The private pool can be heated for $10 per day during the cooler months (must be for the length of your entire reservation).

**This is a self service home. You will be provided with a starter paper towel roll, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 trash bag. Please plan on purchasing the items you will need for your stay. There is a large Walmart less than 1 mile away where you can purchase everything you will need for the duration of your stay.

Additional Rate Info

Refundable damage deposit of $250 USD, (£205 GBP), is due 24 hours after receiving your invoice to hold your booking. This deposit will be returned approximately 10 days after your stay, post inspection. We highly recommend trip insurance as the best way to ensure your peace of mind and protect your travel investment!  PLEASE protect your investment with trip insurance!

Living Space

Upon entering the property you walk through the short hallway into the spacious living area styled impeccably with natural contemporary decor, leading on to blend effortlessly with the open-plan diner and kitchen space to the rear of the property. The living room offers a large modular leather sofa with ottoman, cherry wood media unit with Blu-ray player and wall hung 54" flat screen TV.

Sliding doors lead onto the splash pool.

Kitchen

The kitchen with separate dining space is beautifully appointed with wood cabinetry and upscale stainless steel appliances - fully equipped for catering for a small family or group. Additional bar stool seating provides a very sociable space for simultaneous cooking and entertaining.

Upstairs you will find a washer and dryer for guest use, no need to take home your dirty washing!

Bedroom Suites

The King Suite bedroom's soft gold interior offers a relaxing and luxurious space with views over the pool to the rear of the property, a King size bed with dark wood furnishings, and a large wardrobe closet. There is a wall hung 32" flat screen TV and large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and shower.

The Queen Suite bedroom is situated on the first floor, at the front of the property. It is an inviting, restful room with gentle coffee colored soft furnishings and a Queen size wrought iron bed. There is a 32" wall hung flat screen TV and double shower ensuite.

The Junior Suite bedroom is a Toy Story themed room, wonderful for little ones and capturing their imagination! White wood furnishings dress the room with a twin over full bunk bed and a separate twin bed along with a 32" TV and ensuite bathroom with shower and soaking tub.
