Our townhome is a short 4-minute walk to the Windsor Hills Resort community center with lagoon-style pool and water park! No need to load the kids up in the car to drive to the resort pool and clubhouse.

Welcome to our fabulous home! This townhouse is 5 minutes from Disney and minutes from Walmart and family/adult restaurants. The townhouse has 3 large bedrooms with private closets and an ensuite in each bedroom. Our large open concept kitchen makes it easy for families to interact while cooking, eating or just relaxing on the couch. After a long day of walking at the parks you can relax under the stars in our newly renovated private pool/spa.

Our townhome is centrally located on Sir Kauffman, a 2 minute walk from the main community center, pool and water park.

**This is a self service home. You will be provided with a starter paper towel roll, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 trash bag. Please plan on purchasing the items you will need for your stay. There is a large Walmart less than 1 mile away where you can purchase everything you will need for the duration of your stay. If you have any questions, please let me know!

Guest access
The entire house will be exclusively for you! No area of the house is off limits.

The private pool can be heated for $20 per day (must be for your entire reservation)

No keys needed! We will send you a numerical code the will grant you access to the house during your stay. Share the code with your group and everyone can come in and out as they please.

Custom Code: To keep things simple and fun for your group, We can create a personalized custom numerical code for your house access. If you would like to request a custom code of your choice, please send us a message and we will make it happen! :)
