Additional Rate Info

A quote is good for 7 days on a first come first served basis and considered finalized with first payment, signed contract and guest information complete. If reservation is less than 30 days out 100% of payment and the $500 refundable security deposit is due at booking. Cancelation Policy: A $350 non-refundable booking deposit is deducted from your first 50% payment if there is a cancelation prior to 30 days before check in, with the remaining amount being refunded. There are no refunds after the 30 days before check in date final payment. We highly encourage travel insurance. The $500 security deposit is refundable *per contract terms within 7 days.

Community location: CBTK is ideally situated on a large end lot, with spacious side yard area to play, low traffic street & 1 playground is few minutes around the corner.

It's a very walkable community with sidewalks and streetlamps- all amenities are within 10-15 minute walk or 2-3 minute drive.

 Castle by the Kingdom met our expectations and more! The house is everything as listed and a few extra special surprises. The pool is absolute luxury. I was worried about the fact that it did not have a fence but instead it has an alarm on the door when it is opened. Great peace of mind for our family of littles. We had a few things that needed attention while we were there and they were addressed immediately. Access to Disney was so easy! Just a quick drive down the highway. HIGHLY a recommend this property for anyone planning a trip to the Orlando area.

 I've rented homes in many places for vacation. I always "splurge" and spend extra for the nicest place. This is the nicest home we've ever rented. It's as perfect as perfect gets for a vacation. This home is IMMACULATE!!! You will NOT be disappointed!!!! The hosts are SUPER friendly, helpful and communicate SUPER efficiently.

 GORGEOUS HOUSE!! We’ve stayed at many homes in Windsor hills and this is by far the best home! The owner filled this house with so many wonderful details! You really don’t need to stay at a resort when you have a house this gorgeous. I hope visitors really take care of it! Joanna was very responsive and very helpful!
