Through our management company and their cleaners, we are adopting the CDC guidelines relating to rental homes expanding on the requirements for cleanliness and disinfecting required by the State of Florida. We are following the SAFEHOME Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professional (VRHP) and Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) Cleaning Guidelines for COVID-19. As a result the property has undergone a recent deep cleaning/sanitizing process to meet the SAFEHOME guidelines.
