The Condo is ON THE GROUND FLOOR, conveniently located just steps of the pool.

Our condo is completing upgraded as you can see in the pictures with new countertops, appliances, porcelain flooring, brand new furniture, fixtures, and so much more!

The living room has plenty of seating with a comfortable, sleeper sofa and an ottoman. Relax watching TV with hundreds of cable channels.

Enjoy family meals in the updated dining area with dimmer lighting and a large with seating for 6.

The kitchen has been fully upgraded.

All beds in the home have brand new, high quality mattresses. All baths have been upgraded with quartz countertops, hair dryer and hotel quality towels.

Each bedroom has extra sheets. Hairdryers are in each bathroom. And a washer & dryer with iron and ironing board are there for your convenience.

We use a highly secure keyless entry system to access the condo. Each guest is provided a unique access code prior to check in along . Check-in is after 4PM on the day of your arrival. Since there are no keys to collect, you can enter the condo anytime after 4PM using your access code to unlock the front door.

Check-out time is no later than 10AM on your day of departure. The cleaning crew need to prepare our home for the next guest who may be arriving that same day, so we appreciate your cooperation checking out by 10AM, otherwise, you may be charged an additional fee from your security deposit.

20.00 percent required at time of booking
80.00 percent required 49 days Before Checkin

Refundable Damage Deposit

Payment of 200.00 required 1 days Before Checkin, refunded 5 days after checkout

Additional Rate Info

All reservations booked require a twenty percent (20%) non refundable deposit payment to hold chosen dates. Six weeks (49 days) prior to arrival the remaining balance is due in full. If a reservation is made within 49 days of arrival, the entire balance will be due upon reservation confirmation We will withold a damage deposit against your credit card. This will be charged with your final payment. The amount ranges from $200 - $500 depending on the size of your rental. The specific amount for your rental will be noted in your reservation confirmation. So long as there are no damages to the unit, this amount will be refunded within 48 hours of departure. Please keep in mind that it may take 7 - 10 business days for the credit to be reflected on your account based on your banks credit card companys processing times.  Increíble lugar! Es el equilibrio perfecto por la distancia a los parques pero viviendo en un lugar super tranquilo para estar en familia. La atención es excelente! super recomendable!!
