Entrance:
The layout of this magnificent home is ideal for luxurious family living. The formal living room and dining room greet you upon entry, followed by a spacious, bright, and very comfortable open-plan family room and kitchen with sliding patio doors leading to the sunny expansive pool deck and extra-large pool.

Living room:
Comfortable sofas are arranged in the living room to create a comfortable, relaxing space for you with family and friends. One thing that can't be ignored is that it is equipped with pillows, and you can watch your favorite programs on the flat-screen TV.

Kitchen Dining Room:
The kitchen was recently updated and now includes Stainless Steel appliances and granite countertops and offers refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas. Has a large kitchen with a breakfast bar with a view of the family room and the formal dining area. There are three dining areas where you will enjoy meals, and a dining area designed by the house owner next to the window for four people to enjoy meals while watching the world go by would be a truly relaxing experience. The second dining area is highly luxurious and cozy, with a window that looks into the kitchen. The championship is held outside, near the pool. It's a fascinating place to unwind on a beautiful afternoon while watching the activities at the pool and eating.


Bedroom:
The extra large master bedroom is situated on the second floor with a walk-in closet, shower, bathtub, and double vanity. There is also a junior master with three other bedrooms on the second floor.
A bedroom is a place where the homeowner pays particular attention to six bedrooms; 3 king beds, one queen bed, and two single beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV. This home can accommodate up to 14 guests and is fully furnished with towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, and pillows.

Game room:
If you're looking for something more challenging, the Game Room offers a pool table, shuffle board and settles the kids down to watch a movie at a game here.
The kiddos will always have more than enough to keep them busy while you lay out by the pool and get some much-needed quiet time.

Outside space:
At the front of the house are green bushes, giving you a feeling of freshness. Another home exterior space is the outside dining tables and loungers placed along the pool. Of course, if you prefer something refreshing, you can swim or soak in the full-size pool/spa located in the enclosed lanai. Has an enclosed screened pool with a fence for protection and privacy. The indispensable relaxing corner of a house, lying on the couches and sunbathing is also a great thing, I think you will love it.

We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. Guests must sign an agreement before check-in. The house has a refundable security deposit of $599. We will send you the invoice through your email, and you can make a payment there.
The security deposit will be refunded when you check out if that doesn't cause any damage to the house.

Extra charge if you'd like to use:
- Heated pool: $45/day for the entire length of stay if booked in advance/before your stay. If booked during your stay, $50/day (4 days minimum).
- BBQ grill: Cleaning fee: $45

You feel the pool water very chilly during cold nights in the morning and possibly early afternoon. Due to the cold weather, you may feel the water colder in the morning or early afternoon. The pool heat won't turn the pool in the hot tub, but it will keep the water warm or usable. The pool water may not reach your desired temperature in cold weather. All the requests need 48-hour advance notice. The pool heat is not refundable.
