This was an amazing house! Craig’s home is exactly as described. We stayed for a weekend away with friends and the setup was perfect — so many spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and an amazing common space! And pool was lovely! There were 12 adults, and we had more than enough space. Craig was very communicative throughout the process and I would happily stay at this property again. If you’re staying for more than a few days, I would consider stocking up on toiletries and paper goods at a local store if you have a large group. Overall, a great experience! You should book it!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. It was equipped with the perfect amount of bathrooms for the number of bedrooms and no one ever had to wait for one to get ready. The house was in a great location near the Disney parks and an easy drive to nearby shopping and food. The description was spot on in terms of what was included (fully stocked kitchen, etc.) and the welcome packet was extremely helpful for guaranteeing an easy check-in/stay/check-out process. For a large family we would definitely recommend to others or consider booking again in the future.

My sisters/cousins and I had a reunion at Craig’s amazing place, and we felt like home. The place is beyond expectations, the house is so clean and full of amenities. Craig have thought of everything to make the stay amazing. It was amazing and really nice communicating with Craig and Dario/property manager who were responsive within minutes and so supportive and kind. We enjoyed our stay in Craig's house. We stayed for 2 weeks on our family trip to DisneyWorld. Everyone having their own space and own bathroom was nice. Having washer and dryer was nice since we were there for 2 weeks. We weren't in the house much since all of days were spent at the parks. Craig was quick to respond when I had questions. Our family of 10 enjoyed every minute of our stay. The home was very cozy and clean. The kitchen was well stocked . The beds were all very comfortable and the kids rooms were decorated with Mickey theme. The garage game room and the heated pool were a bonus for all of us. We all felt right at home . The neighborhood is close to all the action yet peaceful and the extra amenities in the community were wonderful. The host and property manager were very responsive to any and all questions or needs. To sum it up everything exceeded our expectations ..we highly recommend...and we would stay again.

14 of us stayed for 10 days. Communication with the home owner was fabulous. The house was more then big enough for all of us. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the house was within walking distance to the clubhouse with was a bonus. The house was better than described in the ad. We had one small issue when arriving which was fixed right away for us. This was a great experience for us! We highly recommend this place!

Booked this lovely home for our Christmas gathering of 14, adults and kids. The house was better than the pictures could capture. 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms offered tons of space to spread out. The adults enjoyed the comfortable beds and the kids took full advantage of the game room and pool. We loved the large kitchen, large dining table, and outdoor entertainment space. The house was clean and there were plenty of pots, pans, and dishes to accommodate the family. The owner and property manager was really responsive. Our family enjoyed this place. It’s rained on our weekend and we stayed indoors I have to say everyone was comfortable. The kids didn’t complain one bit and the adults sat back and had relaxed weekends. The home is very welcoming, clean and clutter free. Everything was amazing and we’re extremely satisfied!! This is the 2nd time we have stayed in one of Craig's and Karen's vacation homes and we will definitely return for our 3rd visit in March 2024.

We had a great stay with a large family! Plenty of room and close enough to Disney to not make the commute intimidating. We loved having a full kitchen and lots of bathrooms and seating. We had an emergency one of the first nights and Craig was super responsive and helpful in solving our problem. The community pool was so nice and warm even when it was only 60 degrees outside.

We really enjoyed the space available for our large family. It was great to have 6 bedrooms with 4 separate bathrooms for each as well. The water park has fun water slides as well as a zero depth pool for the little ones which was great since we had a variety of ages with us. the hot tub at the water park was very nice too. This house was everything we had hoped for and more! Spent a year planning a surprise 90th birthday party for my grandmother who turned 90 on Sunday. We had 25 people gathered together for the weekend with one goal in mind - give her a weekend of togetherness with the ones she loves. We had no reason to leave the house to be entertained. With people ranging in ages from 13 to 90 everyone had something fun to keep them occupied. The house was so spacious it never felt crowded or overwhelming. A great kitchen, wonderful outdoor patio with seating, perfectly heated pool, a dining table that made meals (and card tournaments!) so easy, rooms that had great themes and understated Disney decor and the game area was a huge hit for the kids (and us big kids!) to spark lots of friendly competition. Communication with the host as well as the property manager was always spot on; quick, helpful and pleasant! I wouldn't hesitate to book again with Craig - thank you for a great rental experience!

Had an amazing time at one of Craig’s rental homes this past weekend! There was 12 of us and everyone was comfortable as far as restrooms and sleeping arrangements. House was clean and had all the amenities that were promised, and Craig even threw in the pool heating free of charge for us. Great communication as well as Craig was always very timely and responsive to any questions that I had. I don’t know how many more times I’ll have a big group like this go to Orlando/Kissimmee, but if I do, I will definitely be staying at a place hosted by Craig. Thanks for your contributions for such an amazing and special weekend for me that I will remember for the rest of my life! Can’t recommend Craig and his homes enough. They are both awesome

After trawling through lots of similar properties for a family trip to the theme parks, we settled on this villa, mainly due to its location, price, and the amenities at Windsor Hills. I�m pleased to say we were not disappointed. Communication and customer service from Craig and his property manager were excellent (eg coming the next morning to fix a broken door lock) and the property was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay, especially with the convenient location very close to Walmart and various restaurants. The daily trash collection (shame no separate recycling) and complex water slides and playground were also exceptional.

Home was beautiful and clean and had all the necessary items we needed for our stay. Disney was a short distance so we were able to come home in the afternoon so the kids could rest or cool off in the pool. It was so nice heading back to the parks refreshed in the early evening while other families were struggling with hot, tired kids. They were missing the magic of Disney at night! We absolutely loved our private pool, not to mention all the resort amenities that were available to us. PERFECT for a family vacation!!. Will definitely book this home again next time my family is in the area.

Craig’s vacation house was great! The home is about 10 min from Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom and less than 2miles from Super Walmart and tons of restaurants. The private pool and hot tub (with no backing neighbors!) was an amazing place to relax at the end of the day. We all enjoyed the game room with arcade games, even caught Pop Pop playing when he went to do laundry (LOL). The Resort Waterpark was perfect and so close to the house! The Resort waterpark wasn’t busy during our stay, inflatables/toys are allowed in pool (available to purchase there as well), fun slash pad, small water slides, two big amazing water slides, good food and drinks are also available. We all loved having a bathroom for each bedroom and with three ground floor bedrooms it was perfect for Gmom and Pop Pop. Craig and the Property manager always responded within minutes and provided the information we needed. If you’re looking for a great vacation home I definitely recommend.

The amusement parks are right there and so were places to eat. Felt very safe taking a night stroll through the neighborhood . So much to do all near by. This place is amazing!

The location was excellent - close to Disney theme parks, attractions, stores and restaurants. We learned that Craig and Karen have 6 properties in the area of all sizes. My family of 12 and I stayed at Craig's vacation home and felt so comfortable. His home accommodated our stay with room to spare. Everything was accessible , amenities, accessories and all the basic things you need for a big family the only thing we needed to accommodate for ourselves was food. Nice restaurants within a 2-5 mile radius. Very safe and family oriented, yet private at the same time. Also Disney world is only 7-14 minutes away. Overall Craig�s place was great and his property Manager Dario attended to anything you needed in a timely fashion. Thanks for a wonderful stay. My family and I enjoyed.

The vacation home was amazing. The listing was factual. Everything was set up prior to our arrival, such as the grill with propane, heated pool. I loved the daily trash pick-up. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room and each family had their own bathroom and private space to retreat each night. I would highly recommend. We will definitely return to visit again! For starters, the communication & info received from Craig was top notch. He was overly communicative, responded within minutes of me reaching out and provided a beautifully organized & detailed welcome packet for our stay! This was a friend reunion and we wanted a place with space (and boy was there plenty!!) The pictures of this property just don't do justice to what its like when you walk in the house! The house was also in a very central location; there was grocery, restaurants & bars all within a 5-10min drive, it was about 30 mins from the airport and very close to Disney & Universal! This property is definitely added to my list of favorites and the next group event we have in the Orlando area will definitely be here!!

We had the BEST time here on our little birthday getaway, everything was amazing! Location is so close to Disney Parks. Parking was nice as well!! We rented this property for our quarterly sales meeting. We had people from all around the United States in Europe. The host was super accommodating with our requests, and was responsive and pleasant to work with! Everyone had their own private bathroom/bedroom and the common space was perfect for business, as well as pleasure! Everyone enjoyed the game room and the pool/spa after a long day of work. "What can be said about a super host like Craig?
Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Organizing accommodations for 10+ people can be a real pain, but Craig was on the ball every step of the way. He was always quick to answer any questions we had in a timely manner and went above and beyond to ensure there were no snags during our stay. And such a beautiful house! We loved the access to the community pool and gym as well.
We also had a few other members of our group stay at another house while we were there (we had a group that was too big for the one house) and Craig truly blew the other host out of the water with his attentiveness and foresight. The other host (we called him “Not-Craig”) just couldn’t measure up!
He made our stay relaxing and stress free and the next time we’re looking for accommodation in the area, we’ll definitely reach out to Craig first.

The house itself was beautiful and very spacious. We love that there was an option to swim in the pool in the house or the water park in the community center. What a wonderful home base for our family's trip to Disney World! It accommodated our extended family (mom, dad, four kids, three spouses and three grandchildren) very comfortably. The house was very convenient to Disney! Walmart was very close for grocery shopping.
On our "rest" days we all loved the pool and the Windsor Hills community's playground, pool, hot tub, and especially the waterpark!
Craig was a great host! He answered all my questions and responded in a very timely way. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We had a great stay at this house! Everything was just like the listing and it was very comfortable for our group of 10. The location is great for Disney and it’s such a better value than staying on property. The community pool area is a lot of fun and we loved the home’s pool too. It’s worth paying to have it heated, even in 90 degree weather. The community is quiet and safe, which was a major concern of mine after thoroughly researching all the resort communities in the area and seeing bad reviews about other communities. Craig was great with pre-stay communication and giving a welcome packet before arrival. Without a doubt, we would definitely stay here again.
