The open layout villa boasts a spacious and comfortable foyer, living room and dining room, perfect for movies, gatherings, and hangouts. The villa offers the ultimate movie / games room with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, and play station (+ games). The villa also Includes a fully renovated and equipped kitchen, all new appliances (including a stove / microwave / fridge / dishwasher) and all new dish and cookware, and laundry to keep your family comfortable during your trip. And, most importantly, the villa has a private screened-in lanai with a private pool & spillover spa and an outdoor lounge for guests to enjoy. *Pool heat & Grill rental w/ propane available at an additional charge.
