 The home was beautiful, and very comfortable. we felt right at home in this wonderful retreat. it was so close to the parks and everything we could have needed. The host was responsive and polite. We had an amazing time, and would gladly come visit again and again. I've usually stayed at disney world resorts when I've visited Orlando. but this was a much better experience and we got much more for our money staying here. we couldn't be happier with our choice staying here.

 If you want to enhance your Disney experience this is the place to stay. The bedrooms were spacious, living area comfortable with multiple couches, TV in every bedroom and the main living area, kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cookware, air fryer etc.-just like home! Bonus having both a Keurig & Nespresso coffee maker. It was a short walk to the pool. Pool area & waterpark area was clean, well supervised & lots of chairs. NOTE: must get down early to get chairs for your group. It was nice having it feel like home after long days at each of the parks. Walmart was a short 5-minute drive away, lots of dining out choices nearby. Uber to the parks was approx. a 20 min drive & cost about $21 US each way Jennifer was an amazing host. Everything listed in the Airbnb overview is exactly what you will get. Thank you, Jennifer, for helping to make our stay an enjoyable one.

 Sweet 16 at Disney My wife and I celebrated our daughter's 16th birthday with a week at Disney. We greatly enjoyed our stay at Chateau Minnie. The price, location, amenities, and cleanliness were all 5 stars. Jennifer was quick to respond to our inquiries and provided immediate solutions. After being exhausted from all that Disney and Orlando had to offer, coming back to rest at our Chateau was wonderful. When we return to the Orlando area, we will be looking for this place first!

 Beginning to end Jennifer made my family stay seamless and friendly. Very homey house with cleanliness like a hotel but better. Had everything you needed for cooking and drinks and items for our kids too. Especially highchairs and more (she had 2 !!) very handy for my 2 under 2. And espresso coffee we never had one, so it was neat to have it for free!! Home smelled nice and clean, and beds were comfortable, we never woke up achy. Jennifer was also very flexible on our stay for checkout time due to an event. She didn't hesitate and was super personable the whole time. Also responded quickly too even when i messaged her late about a question at the check-in gate. The view in the condo was facing the pool so it was a great spot and nice to attend the heated pool! Literally felt very much home away from home. I'd definitely come back to her Airbnb again! Thank you so much Jennifer again, we appreciate you 🫶🏽

 The stay was great. We had no problems. The apartment is very spacious and with all the items we need. Very complete kitchen. All working well, no problem. We like the place. We feel safe. We didn't use the condominium club because it was cold, but it seemed nice and functional to us. Jennifer served us well.

The beautiful view of the pool was plus. The location is so close to Disney World that we were able to come back to the condo for a break from the heat during the afternoons. The pool was another highlight of our trip; heated to 84 degrees. We will be back!

Everything you might need was included in the condo! Perfect for families with multiple kiddos. We had a fantastic trip.  Our stay at this property was wonderful! Before and during our stay I had several questions, and Richie not only responded quickly, he responded thoroughly! His welcome packet is amazing, with all the details you could possibly need, including a back way to Disney World which worked out great! We never hit any traffic getting to the parks! The parks are only 5-10 mins from this condo! My boys loved the pool, splash pad and water slides at the condo, and they came in handy after very long and hot days at the parks! The condo itself was clean and very cutely decorated with Disney decor! My sons loved all of the Disney stuffed animals everywhere! There is a Walmart about 1 minute from the condo, which was great for quick trips to the store for things! Overall, we loved the condo, we loved the location and we loved the open communication with the owner!

 We loved this place! It was perfect for our large family. My two youngest loved all the Disney stuffies that were in each room. The owner is super communicative and very responsive to any questions. There are a lot of check in steps and reading but definitely worth it. He has an answer for everything and made sure we didn't miss anything. The pool and water play area are perfect for after spending a hot day at the parks or for a break in between.

 We stayed here during a family trip to Disney. The shortcut provided by the owner to Disney was great. We were there in less than 10 minutes in the morning. The condo is clean, quiet and has many amenities. The owners were great to work with. Our three young children loved the pool, water slides and splash pad. The arcade, game room and market were great a great bonus. The condo is located near many stores and restaurants and was an excellent home base for Disney. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

 Great place to stay! We scheduled a last minute trip to Orlando and really lucked out finding this place at this last minute due to another family’s cancellation. The condo was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the condo was quiet but had a great view of the pool. The pool was a good size and has a nice area for the kids. The security guards were kind and helpful. The owner’s handbook was extremely helpful and kept us organized. We referred to it often! Would definitely stay here again!

 Our stay was amazing!! We came to visit Disney and Richies short cut saved us so much time driving there! He was very prompt and helpful on making adjustments to who was staying with us. The place is beautiful! Our daughter loved seeing all the Disney stuffed animals and decor! The pool and slides were perfect for our rest day! Our daughter (2 1/2), loved the kids area and slides! The food at the market was good as well. Perfect for a day where we didn’t want to leave while spending time in the pool. The stay was absolutely perfect and we will be staying here the next time we visit the area!

 The condo was very well decorated all in Disney with carpet in the bedrooms and tile / rugs in the entry, kitchen, dining, living, and bathroom areas. It was well maintained and cleaned. The condo was very well laid out and furnished for our party of 6- 4 adults and 2 kids. The balcony was really nice also. Pool towels provided were much appreciated and cut down on the amount of stuff we had to bring. The location of the condo was much better than others we have stayed at in the past in the area. Much closer to Disney and grocery shopping. We used the driving directions Richie provided for the back way a few times but the "normal" route drive times were still much lower than past rentals we've used. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Great directions and communication with the owner was a big help. Richie communicated much more, and much faster that other owners we've had in the past.

 We had a wonderful stay in Richie's condo. It was extremely clean and provided all the comforts of home. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for all 6 of us. The waterslides and splash pad at the complex are a huge bonus. The pool was nice too, but we had such a blast doing the slides over and over and playing in the splash pad area. The location was perfect for us to access Disney, Universal, and LegoLand. Thanks again!

 This Condo was probably one of the best condos I've ever stayed in inall my travels. The living room furniture I believe was brand new, the beds were so comfortable, rugs were clean, probably brand new also. Deck overlooking the pool was so nice. All the appliances in the kitchen looked fairly new and the dishes and silverware and cooking pots and pans far more than we needed. Plenty of dishes for a large groups. Washer and dryer was wonderful. I can't say anything bad about the condo. You will not be disappointed if you book with Richie. Great communication with the owner, check in process is easy, and Richie gives you plenty of information for checking in, checking out, stores Disney, shortcuts, all around great experience.

 We have gone to Disney many times before always staying at the park. This time decided to rent a condo to give us flexibility to go to other parks and attractions in the Orlando area. This condo convinced us that we will go this route from now on. This condo was large and spacious allowing us to really relax. The beautiful pool and waterpark was about as convenient as could be. The condo was clean, comfortable and just so nice. This owner has literally thought of everything to make your stay simple. My kids are not young enough to need all the supplies he has stocked in the closets but if you have young children he has strollers to take to the parks, pack and plays, booster seats, etc. The owner Richie is incredibly responsive and easy to get a hold of. He truly made it an easy renting experience. I really have nothing that I could say bad about our week renting this condo. It was great! The worst part of our stay was leaving. I would highly recommend staying here.

 I enjoyed this stay from booking to end! Ritchie the owner was very quick to reply to questions and gave LOTS of helpful information without me having to solicit it. The condo was very clean! I was impressed how well stocked it was with dishes and miscellaneous items for younger kids even though we didn’t use those. My one son loved having access to the PS4 and the other enjoyed the access to a TV in every room.

 Just had a great experience overall, the location was at max a 15 min drive from Disney, depending on which park we were visiting and had several grocery stores just minutes away which was super convenient as we stayed for 10 days. The condo itself was very clean Very nice to be steps away from the pool and the balcony had a great view of the nearby lake. Check in process was a breeze and we had no issues getting into the condo and that is due to the very thorough pdf file that the owner had sent. Didn’t need to communicate with the owner at all during the stay, but I did have one question prior to checking in and they were incredibly quick to answer via email.

 We had a great stay at this property! The location couldn't be more perfect for a Disney trip, and our group of six (mom and dad, kids, and grandparents) had a great time. Not only was this condo super close to the parks, it was also perfectly situated to take advantage of the amenities. We loved our pool days and even watched a movie in the resort theater. It was convenient having a fully stocked kitchen, and the large dining table was great for sharing meals and playing games after the kids were in bed. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. The washer and dryer for keeping up with laundry makes the return home much easier too. Walmart is literally right across the street so it's easy to grab anything you forgot or need more of. Overall, we loved our trip and would absolutely return to stay here again!

 Outstanding Condo near the parks! The reviews and pictures associated with this condo are on point! Absolutely fantastic place to stay if vacationing in the Orlando Theme park area. There was plenty of room for everyone. Richie had all the answers and was very prompt to respond to any question. Don't hesitate to book this one!

 Best Condo EVER! This is the best place to stay, Richie is the best in communication with you, answers quick, the condo is so beautiful. Richie has the best view for the sunrise and sunset, the water park is amazing. My son didn’t wanna leave the water slides. It’s so clean and organized, we stayed for a week and let me tell you we enjoyed every second of it! Everything is so close by, Magic Kingdom is literally 15 min away! Just book it! You won’t regret it! I loved it. My family is already looking forward to stay and Richies condo again :)

 Beautiful condo I loved everything about my experience renting this condo and including our entire stay and check out process. The location was perfect. The property was lovely. The space is large. With high ceilings. The pool and water park were very enjoyable. We were able to just take one of our vacation days and be at the condo and still have plenty to entertain us. The property owner/manager was great at communication and giving helpful tips for our stay Their hospitality was very much appreciated. We really did feel like we were staying in a friend’s home. We think the value of this property is very high and we thought the rate was very reasonable.

 Wonderful Stay Our family loved Windsor and this condo was perfect for our family size. 2 adults and 4 children. The pool and water park was fun for the kids too. Close proximity to Disney and Universal Studios. Plenty do locally and just at the condo. Highly recommend staying here.

 Great Condo & Great Location This condo is great for families who want a central location to many attractions and close to Disney World for those early mornings and late nights. The resort and pool are clean and perfect for the off days to relax. We would love to go back and stay at this condo again to see so many other attractions in the area. Richie had us well prepared and everything went as planned with no surprises. He was also very quick to respond for a few quick questions during our stay. We had a blast, thanks Richie!

 Home away from home! One of our BEST stay experiences in Florida, by far! The condo had VERY comfortable beds, plenty of room for our two kiddos (and parents!) to run around in, and was immaculately clean. Now, add in all the bonuses - close to Disney, right in front of the pool, and an extremely responsive owner. Book this place if you haven’t already. Highly recommend, five stars!

 We could not have been happier with this property. It was everything it said it would be. The pool was fantastic, the location is 10-20 min from all Disney locations, it is just down the street from a Walmart and tons of restaurants, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with pots, eating utensils and plates and those kinds of things. We will definitely be looking to work with this renter again!

 This was a comfortable, well-equipped condo that provided easy access to a nice pool and splash area. The location was safe and secure and very convenient for visits to the Disney Parks and other Orlando attractions. Richie was very responsive and flexible and a pleasure to work with. Little bonuses like a baby high chair, pack and play, umbrella stroller, and basket full of stuffed animals en suite made it easy to be away from home with our three little children. We look forward to staying here again soon!

 My kids really enjoyed the pool and splash pad. Loved having the amenities including Keurig maker. Well thought out with Disney stuffed animals and themed bathroom. Our 3 year old loved using the plastic Minnie and Princess plates. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool and river and it was screened in. Communication with owner was top notch. Thank you. For our first experience with rental vacation it was wonderful.

 There were five of us all together, four adults and one child. There was plenty of room for everyone, Our Grandson enjoyed the pool. It was close enough to premium outlet malls, airport and Universal studios. We like to cook our meals at the condo and avoid eating out a much as possible. The kitchen was stocked with enough appliances and cook ware to make this possible.

 Great Condo We’ve stayed in several condos and townhomes in Windsor Hills and this is the nicest. Everything is new and well taken care of, and it has everything you could need. The pool is terrific, especially during the winter because it’s well-heated. Richie is great to work with. He’s super responsive and has everything very well organized.

 Perfect for Visiting Disney My wife and I spent a week at the property in mid-December. I loved the location it was about 15 minutes to any of the Disney parks (It was closer than some hotels on property). It is also a short drive to 192 which has a ton of shops and restaurants. Walmart is less than 1 mile away. The condo itself is nicely laid out There is a master bedroom with bathroom on one side and a 2nd master bedroom on the other side with a smaller bedroom next to it. The property was clean and well stocked with the starter basics. Plenty of dishes, utensils and silverware. We never had to wait more than 30 seconds for the elevator. Even though we looked onto the pool area there were never any noise issues. Plan on staying here our next trip to see the Mouse.

 We loved this condo! We were in Orlando for a vacation to Universal Studios and possibly Disney. We ended up going to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure and Disney Springs. The condo is very close to Disney ( less than 5 miles) . I would definitely recommend staying here if you were visiting Disney. It has so much more room than any Disney property we've ever stayed in. And so much cheaper! The condo is decorated so well and the furniture is very comfortable. The beds and covers are divine and we could have slept all day! The kitchen is very well stocked with all the things you need. The bathrooms are very spacious and could accomodate several people getting ready at the same time. The little extras that are provided are awesome.. like 2 strollers , a high chair and a pack and play and although we didnt need them this trip we would so appreciate them when we are with our grandchildren. The pool and water slides are fantastic and plenty of chairs for everyone. The condo even provides plenty of beach towels for all your guests... what a nice addition... The smart TV's made it so easy to watch any of your TV subscriptions in any room as well as tons of cable channels ... We loved the games like ping pong and pool and checking out the equipment was super easy! The movie room was one of our favorite features... Just pick out a movie and watch it with your family in a huge theater on a huge screen with just your family! We loved that so much!!! One of the best things about this condo is Richie! He is so easy to work with and gives you instructions for every single thing including pictures so you know what to do when you check in and out. He was so accommodating when we needed to make a slight change in our trip! I can definitely recommend working with him! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated and the amenities were top notch! We will be back for sure!!!

 Wonderful stay! We stayed at this condo for a week while we visited Disney, and we had such a wonderful experience! The condo was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need, including nice new pool towels. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well, which was a relief after walking around the Disney parks all day. Our kids were delighted by all the stuffed animals and mickey-themed bathroom. There is a brand new splash pad next to the pool which kept our kids entertained for hours. Richie was so organized and easy to communicate with as we booked our stay.  Wonderful Location and Great Family Environment This is a great property in Windsor Hills. We cook all of our meals on vacation and this was the best equipped kitchen we've seen--there were so many small appliances and everything else we needed, including a Keurig coffee maker! The beds were very comfortable and the showers have great water pressures. The linens and towels are all very nice. The location close to the pool, water park, and club house is awesome. We recommend this property for families and couples.

 Perfect condo and location We were so excited when we opened the door to this condo for the first time. it is clean, spacious, and right by the pool. I completely agree with other reviews that the mattresses are super comfortable, we slept great. With 4 little ones we were not sure we wanted to do the parks every day, so this was perfect for us. We had a quick drive to the parks and went to Downtown Disney for dinner several times. We were only an hour away from the beaches on other days, and there was enough to do at the Windsor Hills pool area that our kids were even happy to stay there for some days too. Highly recommend this condo.

 Clean & Comfortable We enjoyed the condo and the amenities very much! The condo unit's location within the unit was perfect. The unit had all the comforts of home. It was clean and very comfortable. Great view of the amazing pool from private screened in porch. Easy check in. The staff at the gate and in the Welcome Center were very accommodating. The owner provided all the informational details we needed for our stay. Good communication. Great location! 1/2 hour from the airport, 15 minutes to Magic Kingdom, 1/2 hour to Universal and Sea World. I wish we had an extra day to just hang out at the condo/pool!

 Great condo, Great location, Super Host! We had a super stay at Richie's Pool View Condo and would recommend it to others for sure. The online description and pictures were accurate and the location of the Windsor Hills resort is very convenient for travel to/from Orlando area theme parks. We were impressed with security and how clean the complex was overall. Richie is an impressive host - clearly interested in making sure that our experience was a good one and answering any questions right away. Payments and documents (including some great tips on local travel) are clear and helpful. The condo is well furnished and has all the things you will need to enjoy a great holiday - from bedding to kitchen appliances to towels for poolside. If you're wondering about which condo to pick from the many Orlando area choices, we would recommend the Pool View Condo at Windsor Hills without any hesitation at all.

Disney was even closer but we didn't do Disney this time. We also went to Cocoa Beach 2 days and fished at the pier. That was only 1 hour away. We would definitely stay here again!!

 A great family friendly unit close to Disney This is a perfect condo rental for families going to Disney World! Clean, up to date and spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Full kitchen and plenty of towels and linens provided. Right in front of the pool which is great for going there. Quick drive to Disney property, while avoiding I-4. Also close to gift shops, restaurants, mini-golf and Publix/Super Target. Richie always responded right away and provided reminders about payments and check in procedures. Great customer service! We would definitely recommend this condo!

 Great poolside condo close to Disney Richie's condo was very nice. We had a wonderful Disney family vacation staying at this condo. The kitchen and linens were excellent and Richie was very responsive and resolved an issue when we first arrived at the condo right away. I was very impressed by his immediate response which was quite late at night. Our daughters loved the pool. We love the location that is close to restaurants and shops and of course, Disney. Overall it was a great condo and had plenty of room for the six of us.

 Another Great Stay This is the second time we have chosen to stay at this location, more specifically, at Richie's pool view condo. The place is always extremely clean and comfortable. We stayed 5 years ago and since we last stayed the living room furniture, which was already in good condition, had been replaced. The television was larger and all of the bedding was new. It was refreshing to know the owners take such pride in the place of which we were already aware. The location is outstanding and getting anywhere in Orlando is easy. If your choice is just to relax Windsor Hills is a perfect place to just hang out as well. They have many amenities and, quite often, entertainment during the day. The pool is gorgeous with plenty of seating. Our first trip was in November and now March. The pool was not overcrowded either time. Thanks again, Richie!

 Another great stay We feel blessed having found this condo some years ago and have just enjoyed another week in this well-equipped, perfectly-located home away from home. Richie makes your stay even more accommodating by providing details ahead of time regarding condo rules and use. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email a week before our arrival, reminding me of my personalized door entry code - the same one I had used during my previous visit. Just another example of superior record-keeping combined with a personal touch. You'll find "starter" paper goods in the condo, but be aware that extra paper towels, toilet paper, etc. will most likely be needed and should be picked up either at the on-site store or off-site. This and other details are included in the comprehensive guidelines provided by Richie ahead of time. We felt good about leaving extras behind for the next guest, such as pods for the Keurig, etc. Another perfect stay for us, but our not our last. Thanks, Richie, for sharing your wonderful home with so many others.

 Five Stars is Well Deserved This condo is as advertised. Close to the pool and community clubhouse, well appointed, and very clean, with nice touches for families with young children (e.g a bin full of Disney stuffed animals). As noted in many other reviews, Richie takes the time to guide you through a stress free rental process and is quick to respond to questions. Condo location is superb for visiting Disney and is also convenient to dining, supermarket, etc. Would definitely stay again.

 Loved it! Stayed in this beautiful condo with my husband, 19 yr old daughter and 11 yr old son. The condo was clean updated and great location right by the pool! We rent a lot of condos on vacation and I must say that Richie has been the BEST to work with. Responds quickly to emails, gave us great information without us even asking and super organized. We would definitely stay here again!

 I look forward to staying here many times more I often use VRBO, and do extensive research on a property before making a decision. We were planning a trip to Disney and all I knew was I wanted to stay at Windsor Hills due to the close proximity to the Walt Disney Parks. It took us 10-15 min. to get to the parks each day. The Condo was just as described. All the comforts of home, actually it was nicer and cleaner than mine, lol. I do want to take a moment to rave on the mattresses. I have insomnia and have trouble sleeping in my own bed much less someone else's. The beds were amazing and I slept excellent every night. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone. My young daughter loved the stuffed animals and the Disney bathroom!. The owner is very helpful and easy to work with. I look forward to staying here many times in the future.

 Fantastic Property Perfectly Placed My family just completed a week-long vacation in Orlando. From start to finish this was a fantastic experience. The property owner, Richie, was proactive in his communications and really stayed on top of this rental agreement from start to finish. Couldn't have been happier with our experience with Richie. The property itself was great. Third floor condo directly overlooking the pool with easy access to the pool, the club house, stairs, elevator and the front gate. It's positioned such that you don't see any traffic from the front gate but once you're in your car you're off the property in less than a minute. Three bedrooms (two king beds and one room with 2 twins) as well as a pull out couch. TVs in every room. Kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, cookware and utensils. Fridge had been turned down when we arrived but cooled down in a couple hours after adjusting the temperature. Despite being directly off the pool we noticed little to no noise from the pool even when it was in high use. Access to local attractions was great. The Disney property was incredibly easy (at the Magic Kingdom in about 15 min). Lots of grocery stores (highly recommend Publix), restaurants and shops within 5 minutes of the property. LEGOLAND was about 40 min, very easy drive. Sea World / Discovery Cove was about 20-30 min away depending on traffic. Great experience. Great location. Easy access to everything you'll likely want in Orlando but just far enough off the beaten path to feel secluded.

 Fantastic Home Away From Home We just returned from our dream vacation to Disney World. Vacationers included me and my husband, son and daughter-in-law, and grand kids age 9 and 5. We had a fabulous time. The unit was so welcoming and had all the comforts of home. It was very convenient to the Disney parks and yet provided a nice rest away from the hustle and bustle when needed. My granddaughter especially loved all the stuffed animals in the kid's bedroom. On a few days, we went to the parks early and then returned there for an afternoon swim and then went back to the parks for the evening. One evening, we stayed in and watched a movie on the DVD player. I would happily recommend this place to any and all.

 Just wow! Having stayed at several condos at the Windsor Hills Resort I can truly say this has been the best experience. From the ease of booking, the quality personal interaction in the lead up to our vacation and the standard of the facilities on our arrival nothing was overlooked. The resort itself is second to none and I can report that the condo matches it. I would like to add that the convenience of being able to drive straight to the condo and use a personalized keypad for access after a long and tiring journey is a massive plus - I've lost count of the times we've driven up and down the 192 trying to find an office where keys can be collected! We will definitely be in contact for our next visit

 Amazing Vacation! We had an amazing trip and absolutely LOVED the condo. My 4 year old son affectionately named it, "the little house". Many days while at the parks he would ask to go back to the little house as he wanted to relax and go swimming. One day he even opted to "stay home with grandma and grandpa" and skipped the day at the park as he was so happy at the condo. My parents have stayed in many condo's throughout the years and really enjoy cooking and having family meals. My mother was so very impressed with how well the condo was "stocked" with every appliance and tool she could possibly desire. She has said that it is the nicest condo that she has ever stayed at in her life. My whole family enjoyed the condo so much, that many days we just stayed right onsite and enjoyed the facilities available providing us a good chance to rest and relax. We participated in the Disney Marathon 10K on Friday and was so pleased at how close the condo was to Epcot. After the race it was nice to know that we would soon be home to the "little house" after the race was finished; and able to relax. Thank you Richie for allowing us to stay in the condo. When we return to Orlando in the future, you will be our first contact to see if we can stay with you again

 Fantastic! All the excellent reviews led me to choose this condo and I was not led astray! I have stayed in the Windsor Hills Resort twice now; its location cannot be beat. The resort has fabulous amenities and this condo is comfortable, clean, and completely stocked with a great view of the beautiful resort pool. The beds were very comfortable and my children loved playing with all of the Disney stuffed animals. The owner, Richie, is extremely helpful and considerate. My only hesitation upon recommending this condo to anyone is the fear that it will be too popular and become hard to book for any future visits for my family! I would love to stay here again. Thank you Richie for such great accommodations.

 Pool View Condo - Best Disney Vacation Ever! You know you've hit number one when your family says WOW, once you walk through this Pool View Condo and the comments you read about it, you know you have arrived at your home away from home. My wife and I were joined by our daughter, son in law & 2 grandkids to head over to the Disney Parks. It formed the perfect trip, everything was here. We did Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Mickey's Special Christmas Party, Typhoon Lagoon, Sea World and Kennedy Space Center. Adults and Kids enjoyed the pool & waterside here, and the proximity to everything - it was perfect. Our trip was uneventful and everybody enjoyed themselves albeit we did a lot in the time we were here. Richie made everything easy for us. Condo was spotless when we arrived, and the living space was relaxing and comfortable. We would highly recommend this condo to our friends, and will be back again. Another item off our Bucket List! Grand kids Amazed at Mickey Mouse!!!! At age 4 and 7 what else is more important? Just to add - 1st class all the way ..... Thanks for everything.

 So Close To Disney!!!! This condo is great!! Has all the amenities you need plus it is nice and clean! In a great location close to Disney. No traffic, even after staying and watching the fireworks! Richie definitely takes care of you and always follows through on what he says he will do. He is always willing to help should you need something during your stay. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to have a great time while visiting Disney or surrounding attractions. Stay here and save the money versus staying at Disney. I would definitely stay here again. The whole family had fun and the kids certainly enjoyed the pool!

 Pool View Condo - Should be subtitled "Nicest and Most Convenient Place to Stay in Orlando" We loved our stay at Richie's condo. Arriving was seamless and the condo was nicely set up and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised at how kid-friendly the condo was -- right down to lowered light switches! We actually took 2 rest days because the complex was so nice. Beautiful pool, gym, sundry facility, nearby playgrounds, and quiet area in which to explore was so nice in between those crazy park days. Speaking of park days, everything was so close. 7 minutes to Disney, 20 minutes to Universal, 40 minutes to LEGOLAND, and 20 minutes to Gatorland. Oh, and minutes from a Super Target and Publix. Everything was exceptional, before, during, and after our stay. Highly recommended!

 Perfect place and location! So close to Disney! This was the first time we stayed outside of the parks and we would do it again! We have 2 children, aged 10 and 11. The condo was SO nice and VERY clean! We had a view of the pool from our window and literally just walked steps to the pool area and welcome center with the game room. The pool is huge and it was never overcrowded. The kids loved the waterslide and hot tub. Also very well kept. We loved how close it was to Disney. It took less than 10 minutes to get to all the parks! Right down the street! We were also close to stores to get our groceries and other things. The condo had all we needed. Having the washer and dryer in the condo was huge since we did a lot of laundry. Richie the owner is so nice, helpful and accommodating. You can tell her really cares that you have all you may need and your questions answered. All the information you may need is also at the condo when you arrive. It was so easy and we had no problems at all! I miss it already! It really is an amazing spot and when we go again, we will certainly be contacting Richie! Thank you for making our trip magical!

 Perfect condo for Disney The condo was perfect and a great place to relax after a day at the parks. It is close enough to come back and relax before going back for the fireworks at night. It is very well stocked. Thank you having a high chair and pack and play, two things less to pack. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. I have already recommended it to people I work with who are planning trips to Kissimmee. Thank you Richie for sharing this condo with us.

 Wonderful condo vacation! We spent a week at Richie's condo. From the moment we booked our stay to the prompt return of our security deposit, it was an absolute pleasure interacting with Richie. The condo was beautiful. The location fantastic- what a beautiful view of the pool!! My daughter loved having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool each morning. The condo was spacious, extremely well-stocked, and felt like home. Its close proximity to Disney was extremely convenient. We can't say enough good things about Richie and the condo!! We would definitely stay again!!

 Perfect Disney vacation We just got home from a week in Richie's condo. It was perfect! We had the two of us, our 5 year old, and my 70-year-old father. He had privacy and quiet from us, as the second king bedroom was on the other side of the condo from ours. My daughter LOVED all the Disney stuffed animals in her room and it is what got her very excited to be in Orlando. Richie has thought of everything! So many towels, a stroller, a pack-n-play, a high chair… everything. The pool was great - perfect for my 5 year old as the whole pool was shallow enough for her to walk all around. We spent 1/2 days at the parks (Very easy, 5 minute drive) and 1/2 days at the pool. It was great. I am so glad we did this rather than stay "on property". We were able to cook our own meals, relax by the pool, and still get to the parks in 10 minutes even in heavy Easter break traffic. I was a little worried that there would be a lot of noise coming from the pool - but there was none. The windows are sound proof! But, even sitting on the screened in porch was so nice. The pool closes at 10pm, so no problems with noise (even when open, it didn't bother me). Richie was so attentive to our needs, as was Michael his manager. Thank you so much!

 Great Stay! We just returned home from our stay at the condo. We were so sad to leave, and from now on, we won't even consider staying anywhere else when we visit Orlando again. There were 4 adults and 2 children staying in the condo. We were very comfortable, plenty of room for everyone. The beds were super comfortable. The condo was in pristine condition and had everything we needed, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, even kitchen utensils for toddlers. There are 2 elevators for the building, which was nice; you never, ever, will wait for an elevator. The condo's location is perfect. Literally 5 minutes from Disney World. We were actually disappointed that we weren't able to stay longer just to spend more time at the condo. The pool is AMAZING. The fresh sandwiches in the store/snack stand were surprisingly delicious. Two of the days we actually left Magic Kingdom in the middle of the day just to come back to sit by the pool and have lunch there. I used the exercise center every day. All of the equipment was pretty new and very clean. The staff at Windsor Hills were all very friendly. They do a great job of keeping the community secure. The owner of the condo, Richie, is fantastic. He's great to work with, very accessible, friendly and accommodating. I could go on and on about how wonderful this condo is. We were so happy with our decision to stay here and can guarantee that anyone that stays here will have a similar experience.

 Second time we stay here. We love It! It's the second time me and my family stay at this condo. We like it so much that we didn't look to any other rental offer at Windsor Hills. The condo is very well equipped. And is maintained in a pristine condition. Very clean. From the appliances to the sheets and towels, everything is like new. The mattresses are very comfortable too. The decoration is pleasant and the atmosphere very comfy. In resume: we love it! I can't review the condo without talking about the owner. He's very accessible and extremely polite. Any doubts you have are answered right away and Richie is very, very organized. You will have no problems booking the condo or making contact with him. The only detail is that you can't rent it unless you're checking in and out on Saturdays. If you are looking for a 3 bedrooms condo in Orlando/Kissimmee, you just found it!

 Best Vacation to Date! Picking this property was one the best decisions we could have made. We originally had planned our trip to Disney months prior to finding this property. We were going to stay at a nearby hotel. I stumbled across this condo which had a much better value and I was able to book with ease. What initially attracted me to the property was: Convenience to Disney (5-8 min tops) The space - This unit has 3 full sz bedrooms and 2 baths Full Kitchen + Washer/ Dryer (Anyone with a big family knows how important a kitchen and washer/dryer can be) The pool with waterslide (On a down day from Disney, this was PERFECT!) The view of the water slide/ pool from room (I could easily let kids go play and still be able to check on them) Value (More space at a better price than standard hotel room) After getting excited I contacted Richie. He was very pleasant, helpful, and ready to answer any questions I had. Upon arrival, it was everything we hoped for and more. The condo is JUST as pictured. The rooms were very clean, stocked, and up to date. The security team, the welcome concierge, and the store clerks were more than helpful. The concierge can help find great discounts on area attractions including Disney. We saved much more than gate prices. No issues parking; the lot had more than enough space. Also, anyone concerned with the weather – we visited 11/22 – 12/5 and the weather was gorgeous. It was in the upper 70s the entire week. A few rain showers but from what I hear that is to be expected in Florida. The nights were a little cooler but we were still able to enjoy the night and take a dive in the heated pools. This was our family’s first trip to Florida/ Disney and I definitely see us returning and using this condo as our home away from home.

 Absolutely Amazing!! This property is so beautiful! We loved every minute of our stay there. It was everything the description said it would be and more! It really is luxurious and the entire property as a whole is beautiful! We were so happy how close all the Disney parks are to the condo. We will definitely book this property again and will recommend to all our friends! The best part of our experience was dealing with the wonderful owner. He was very easy to work with and extremely helpful.

 Excellent family condo and location Richie offers a great location and excellent amenities at Windsor Hills, only a very short, simple drive to Disney. The condo is well appointed and comfortable and very clean. The clubhouse and pool are very close by and convenient. We swam everyday in the large pool with the kids and loved it. Mornings were great to kickoff with coffee on the balcony overseeing the beautiful pool area. Parking is close by, just outside the condo, with a convenient elevator to the third floor. It is a gated community and security staff we're always pleasant. Restaurants are only a few minutes drive away, and we ventured out to some of the malls and outlets for shopping. Overall, we had an amazing stay and Richie, the owner, was always available to answer questions or offer advice prior to or during our stay. We would recommend his condo to anyone.

 Family of 6 from Indiana This was our second stay at this condo, and our family agrees that if/when we return to Orlando, we'll be staying here again and again. Not only does the property suit our needs perfectly, working with the owner, Richie, is a pleasant experience, every time! Plenty of space for all 6 of us. My in-laws even joined us for one night, and we found the closets stocked with ample extra bedding for two of our kids to make up the sofa-bed. We cooked dinner in the stocked kitchen every night and never needed a thing that we couldn't find in the drawers or cabinets. The first time we stayed in this condo, we visited for a Disney vacation. This year, we decided to take it easy, enjoy the pool, and maybe hit a beach or two. The ~90-minute drive time to Cocoa Beach and Clearwater Beach were both totally worth the trips. It was fun for our kids to see the difference between an Atlantic beach and a Gulf beach just two days apart. What a great location, right in the middle of the two!

  Great location in development and in area We had a great time staying here in Orlando. Very close to the parks which was fantastic. We spent very little time in transit. The unit is perfectly located in the development as the picture implies. We could watch the kids at the pool from the deck. Our concerns about noise from the pool were laid to rest by the firm policy about noise late in the evening and found it to be no problem at all. It is very close to many eating and shopping opportunities and in the delivery radius of Flippers Pizza which was great for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

  Pictures Don't Do It Justice We stayed in this condo last month and were pleased to find that the unit was even nicer than the photos. This owner was very thoughtful to the point where he had coolers, stroller, Disney stuffed animals for the kids to play with and even swimming diapers for the pool. I was going to book it for my birthday this month but it was already reserved. It is less than one mile from the highway that takes you right into the Magic Kingdom and anything you want is a stone's throw away. The owner is a pleasure to work with and makes it quite obvious that he truly wishes to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We will definitely be staying there again

  Excellent accommodations. We couldn't have asked for better. The owner was more than helpful and answered every question quickly and in detail. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. We did 6 parks in 5 days and we all enjoyed each one - Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, LEGOLAND and Hollywood Studios - in that order. We had breakfast at the condo and ate lunch and dinner at the parks. The listing and photos were accurate and the condo was clean & well-maintained. If I am ever back in the area, I will definitely look into booking the same place again.

 Outstanding Holiday Destination for all things Disney We stayed at the Pool View Condo for 2 weeks. We stayed with our 3 kids (12, 10 and 6) and all of their needs were catered for within the complex - games room, basketball court, pool etc. The apartment is well appointed and stocked for those who want to self-cater and sufficiently near to supermarkets for this purpose. Restaurants are a very short drive away if you want to eat out. The complex is a matter of minutes from the Disney Parks but the apartment costs a fraction of the amount you would pay if staying within Disney. The rooms are large and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills and would definitely return again in years to come.

 Relaxing in beautiful condo with wonderful comforts of home This is our second time staying at the pool view condo and just like the first time - it was fabulous!!! We visited Orlando in 2012 and again 2016. We booked this condo one year in advance this time because we had such a wonderful experience booking with Richie and also enjoying the condo last time we came to the Orlando area. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a get away from home!! We found the condo to be comfortable and beautiful! The view from the living room window was a joy to wake up to each morning! We had opportunity to swim every day we were there and the pool is clean and accommodating to all ages. We brought our 16 month old granddaughter and she loved being able to walk into the pool on the one side for young children. The condo is centrally located in Florida so if you are interested in visiting the ocean, its not far away (about 1-1/2 hour either way). We went to Cocoa Beach one day and later in the week we visited Clearwater Beach. What beautiful views and beaches to relax on. The condo is also so close to all the attractions in Orlando - it was great fun to only have a short drive to each of the areas we visited. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for the week - even the highchair, crib, and stroller and beach towels!! The rooms have very comfortable beds. Both bathrooms are sizable and clean. We will definitely come back here again for another visit if we ever come into the Orlando area - Thank you Richie for making our condo a "home away from home" for us!!! We totally enjoyed your place and have recommended it to others!!

 Awesome condo This condo is awesome. Ritchie the owner was so kind and helpful during our stay. His condo has all the up to date appliances, bedding, pillow top mattress, bath towels.
