Welcome to Paradise Falls, an end unit town home with private heated, screened in splash pool, kids game zone,and a fully stocked kitchen. This tastefully decorated home sleeps up to 8. Pool heat is included at no extra cost.

Bedrooms: There is a queen bedroom on the main floor with a shared full bathroom. Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms with a Master King Bedroom with full en suite, and a 2 Twin bedroom with another full private bathroom.

Entertainment: The family room and each bedroom have a 4K Smart TV. High Speed wifi. You can also enjoy entertainment with free Netflix and Disney+ and game console during your stay. Enjoy a kids game zone in the Mickey Bedroom so the kids can have fun on their own, and the parents can enjoy some down time.

Kitchen: Enjoy all the comforts and conveniences of home with a fully equipped kitchen, kitchen utensils, cookware, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle, coffee station, blender & more.

Child Gear: crib, pack'n play, strollers, high chair, booster seat, video baby monitor, bed rails, electrical plug covers, baby gates (installed and movable) and even toddler plate sets.

Amenities: Our home is equipped for all your needs. You'll find a hairdryer in each bathroom, phone chargers next to each bed, plenty of soft towels, all the utensils and pots and pans you'll need in the kitchen, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, keurig, toaster, dishes for the whole group, iron and ironing board, and full size washer and dryer for your convenience. We also have a gas grill!

Payment Options: Guests may pay via Zelle or Credit Card Via Square. Additional Information: We will email you check in information which will include a lock code for our electronic door lock to use during your stay. You may check in at the front gate which is manned 24/7. This will be emailed approximately 7 days prior to arrival. We have a full time property manager that can handle any needs 24/7.

Additional Rate Info

All refunds are Minus any Transaction Fees. Cleaning and Security Deposits will be refunded on all cancellations. There will be a 3% Transaction Fee Added to the Transaction.

The residence includes use of the beautiful Club House, large community pool with water slides and play area, toddler pool and fountains, spa, sauna, bar, movie theatre, playground, fully equipped exercise room and game room, business center and general store, lighted tennis, pickleball, basketball, and sand volleyball courts, lighted putting green, picnic/bbq area, natural wetland lake for peaceful walks and shuttle bus service to all the parks and shops (small charge).
