Everything was absolutely perfect! The condo was clean and had plenty of space. It was really nice to have two bathrooms because the grandparents appreciated having their own space away from the kids. Same goes for having a TV in the kids room -- they could watch something in there while my father-in-law watched the Masters.
The stroller was SO helpful and we were glad to not have traveled with it. The "welcome pack" was super helpful and meant that we didn't need to go out to Walmart first thing. The screened-in porch was excellent -- not only to keep bugs out, but also to keep my anxiety lower knowing that my kids wouldn't try to climb the railings.
Everything was really spectacular! If/when we have friends planning to visit Disney, we will definitely recommend your condo. We saved so much money and gained so much space by staying off-property in your place. Thank you!

Phil and I cannot thank our good friends Patti & John enough for a fabulous week in their Palm Tree Paradise condo. No detail has been overlooked. The Frozen bedroom could not be any cuter. I loved my morning swims and walks around the well cared for grounds. Having our daughter only 12 minutes away at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort enabled us to connect easily and make wonderful family memories together. Staying at beautiful Palm Tree Paradise will give you all the Magic for much less.

We loved our stay at your condo! We had everything we could have possibly needed in our “home away from home” for the week. The bed in the furthest bedroom was so unbelievably comfortable! (we stayed at a very expensive hotel in Clearwater after we left and the bed there was horrible compared to yours!) Our daughter loved spending time at the pool and splash pad (but the water was too cold for us! 😂) The convenience of being so close to the Disney parks was a huge bonus!
We would definitely recommend your condo and Windsor Hills to any of our friends and family travelling to Florida! ☺️

We really enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills! The condo was spacious and was more than adequate for our family of 4. The beds, pillows and bedding were all very comfortable. The space was very nicely decorated which made for a home-like feel. The kitchen was fully outfitted with coffee makers, blender, Tupperware and everything you need. There were many items that could be borrowed to make your stay even better such as pool/beach items, playpens, beach towels, highchair and more! The pool, hot tub and splash pad/water slides was a wonderful feature that we all enjoyed. There was plenty of poolside seating so finding a comfortable spot was no issue. The grounds were very well maintained and close to many amenities and attractions. We look forward to visiting again!!

“Palm Tree Paradise condo is clean, spacious, and nicely appointed with everything a family needs to make their Orlando vacation special. It’s very close to Disney, and you can get there easily. Nearby is Walmart for all your needs and there are lots of restaurants in the area if you wish to eat out. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is nicely designed so that 2 adults can be on one side with a bathroom & a family with children can be on the other, with their own bathroom. Washer & Dryer are right in the unit. The kids will enjoy the Disney decorating in the Frozen bedroom. The complex has a spacious pool with waterslides and an arcade for the kids. I recommend this property for your next Disney trip. It is good value and has all the conveniences you need to make your Disney trip special!”

I was planning to write you in the morning just to tell you how very, very happy we are with the condo. It is so much more than we ever expected. It is bright, beautiful, clean and comfortable. My middle daughter, who I am traveling with, is in the building right next door. It couldn’t be more perfect. My youngest daughter and her 4 yo daughter joined us for a few days here as well. We had a "pool day" here and enjoyed the pool, slides and splash pad.
So far we’ve enjoyed Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom (all of our favorites) a pool day and today a trip to Clearwater. We were delighted that everything we need for a toddler was available here in the condo. Car seat, TWO strollers (a large stroller and an umbrella type stroller) Beach towels (plenty) and an assortment of beach toys. An umbrella that we wished we had taken to Animal Kingdom because it downpoured for several hours.
The “starter” items of soap, toilet tissue, trash bags and paper towels are more than enough for our small group and greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much for sharing your lovely vacation home with us. We could not be more happy or more comfortable. Palm Tree Paradise is by far the BEST vacation rental we have ever stayed in. It will be hard to leave on Saturday.

We stayed at the property for 6 nights and have no complaints at all. Check in was easy at the nearby rental office. There was a touchpad key so we never had to worry about putting one in our pocket. We did 3 days at Disney parks which were all a 15 minute drive away. We stayed at the resort one day to enjoy the pool, which was a little bit of a walk away or a very short drive. The pool is huge & the temperature was just right. We all loved the water slides. The rental unit had a cooler we brought to the pool and also to Cocoa Beach. The unit also had buckets & shovels for sand castles, a wood boogie board and 2 bag chairs. Everything we needed in the morning to get ready was there, Keurig coffee maker, bowls & spoons. We didn’t cook anything but the pots & pans and utensils were all there if we chose to. All in all we had a great experience & highly suggest the unit.

For spring break we stayed here and it was amazing! The condo is super clean. We loved having our own washer and dryer. The drive to the Disney parks was very short. It took less than 5-10 minutes each day. My girls loved the Frozen room, pools, and water slides. We will definitely be staying here again!

This condo was amazing! It has everything you could need. It was spotless and you can tell the decorations were well thought out. The lanai was beautiful and cozy as well. The frozen room was a huge bonus, the kids absolutely loved it! The beds are comfy and bathrooms spacious. The location was in walking distance to the pool and playground. The pool was nice and warm, it was so nice to relax in the loungers with a nice cold slushie (alcoholic for the adults and nonalcoholic for the kids)! The owners are extremely nice and helpful. She gets back to you fast and even checked in throughout out stay. We will definitely be back!

WOW! What a perfect condo! My family and I stayed for a long weekend in January 2021. We went to all four Disney parks, and let me tell you this condo met every single need! It was extremely clean and has been very well kept. The beds were so very comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms are huge! It was so nice to come back to such a wonderful place after long days at the park. The condo is perfectly decorated. It is so comfortable and cozy! My two young daughters were amazed with the adorable Frozen themed room! They truly felt like princesses. The location is unbeatable! Just minutes from the parks and travel to get to them is so very simple. The owners are nothing short of phenomenal and an absolute joy to work with. She answered every question I had and checked on us throughout our stay. She is so thorough and truly just the sweetest person. Don’t let this one book up. You’ll be happy you booked this condo!

When we decided to go to Orlando for Thanksgiving, I knew I wanted to stay at a rental home opposed to hotel because with coronavirus I didn’t want to have to go out to eat for meals. I also didn’t want to spend a fortune for 5 days. Through tons of research I stumbled upon Patti’s place a three bedroom, two bathroom condo in Windsor Hills. The place looked nice and I knew my girls would love the frozen room. The reviews I saw of Windsor hills itself were mixed. People mentioned the long line to get through security, the rude security staff but after looking at multiple places I decided that the reviews weren’t enough to keep me away. I’m glad I listened to my gut because I loved Patti’s home and I loved Windsor hills. Let’s talk about Patti for a second, she has to be the nicest person ever. From my first email exchange with her I could tell how kind she was. At one point I wanted to add two people to my reservation and I didn’t know if it would be a problem. Not only was Patti so nice about it she also said she had additional stuff for the babies if we needed it. She then sent me a list of everything the condo had. She made sure I knew exactly what I needed to bring with me. She responded to all emails quickly and she was always so kind. That in itself made me feel good about my decision to stay there. When we walked into the condo I was taken aback. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is so so nice and so spacious and as I predicted the kids went crazy over the frozen room. Also the condo was spotless, everything else so clean. My in laws loved the condo and couldn’t believe what I had paid to stay there. At the end of my trip my husband said to me that I knocked it out of the park with this find. He said he couldn’t wait to stay here again. Now, I had read some reviews about how the condos lack basic necessities. Patti told me that she provided enough to get you started. REVIEW CONTINUED BELOW.

Patti told me that she provided enough to get you started. So I made sure to pack everything I needed however when I got to her place I was pleasantly surprised. I did multiple loads of laundry and what she provides was more than enough. There were plenty of towels in the closet. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you need. Cups, plates, pots, pans. You name it, she has it and everything is well taken care of. One review mentioned loud neighbors and paper thin walls. This is a condo, you have people above you. There was one night where the people above were loud but that is expected when you are staying in a condo or a hotel. Also, we had zero issues with the guard gate. I don’t know if they have changed the way they do things. When we arrived we waited in a line but they gave us a gate pass and we never had to wait again. We used the pool one day and the women in the office were kind. The pool was perfect, it’s heated which was great because it was a cooler day the day we went. My kids went crazy,over the water slides. They kept asking to go back but unfortunately we didn’t have time. Check in and check out were easy. At one point Patti checked in with me and we had the kindest email exchange and she sent me pictures of the snow in Canada (I was quite jealous). Lastly location, now we come to Orlando often and aside from staying at a Disney value resort on property (that was so small and more money) we have never been so close to the parks. We will definitely be back to stay at Patti’s place. Next time we will just make sure we have more time to play in the pool. Thank you for having us Patti, see you soon!

We just returned from a trip to Disney and we stayed at Palm Tree Paradise. It was wonderful! The condo is spacious, well appointed, and impeccably clean. My daughters loved the theming of the frozen room. We also loved having access to the full kitchen, which is equipped with everything needed to cook and serve meals, except the food, of course. We also loved having access to in-condo laundry. The location was also absolutely fantastic. Walmart is literally a minute away and so many fast food and sit down restaurants are within a few minutes’ drive also. I had not stayed off property since I was a child, but I did not regret it. Palm Tree Paradise is within minutes of the Disney main gate and we never experienced any traffic to speak of. I also felt very safe being in a gated community! Speaking of the community, the pool was gorgeous and so warm! I absolutely loved it. My younger daughter loved the zero entry feature and my older daughter loved the water slides. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend Palm Tree Paradise!

We loved staying at this condo. It was perfect for what we needed. It was close to Disney World, Walmart and a lot of other restaurants. It was very clean, which is a plus in my book. We had a few hiccups at the beginning with the air, but it was taken care of immediately, which was so appreciated. We enjoyed the pool and the slides that were there and it was a 5 min walk from the condo. Overall I recommend this cute little condo and would stay again with my family.

We very recently stayed for a week at Palm Tree Paradise with our grandchildren. They absolutely loved the Frozen room. The large pool, water slide, and playground were a big hit, too. The kitchen has every gadget and appliance you could want and more. The two king beds are very comfortable and each bathroom was very clean and spacious. The owner, Patti, was very easy to reach and was prompt with every response. We would definitely recommend this fun condo and Windsor HIlls Resort. It's on our short list of resorts to revisit in the future!

This property is absolutely fabulous! It feels like a professional Interior Designer created this beautiful living space! The kitchen is outfitted perfectly! The beds are extremely comfortable! The Disney+ channel is great for us big kids and also children 👶!
We travel frequently and have stayed in many properties from the Florida Keys to Toronto to the Caribbean to the British Virgin Islands to Hawaii and to Seattle! Great unit!! We stayed with a family of six (4 adults, 2 kids) and we had plenty of room in this condo. The place was very clean when we arrived and so well decorated. The clubhouse and pool are really, really amazing, so make sure you take a day from Disney to enjoy it. We were about 20 mins to Disney, so it’s a fabulous location. All of my guests were impressed with this unit, and we would definitely consider staying again. You’ll need to buy/bring basic amenities like their listing says, so be prepared for that (dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, TP, etc.), but there is a Walmart conveniently located just down the road. Overall, we would highly recommend this unit to all our friends and family.

The on-site pool was awesome and felt like we were on a resort. My daughter loved the water slides. Very easy access to the Disney parks and lots of grocery stores and restaurants. My family just stayed at Closest to Disney at the beginning of January 2019 for six nights. We had a fabulous time and we really lucked out with the weather. The condo is very close to all amenities and parks. The condo was also wonderful for having two little ones. My 2 year-old and 4 year-old shared the frozen themed bedroom which they loved. We didn’t realize but the condo also had beach towels. So you don’t have to fill up your luggage with extras when you don’t need to. We made a lot of our meals there and the kitchen was fully stocked with all equipment to make whatever you would like. The pool was absolutely fabulous and heated. The kids really enjoyed the castle theme park you have access to. I have nothing negative to say about this condo and would highly recommend it for anyone. It was truly great with young children. Sorry we don’t have many pictures of the condo because we were too busy having fun. We would definitely go back. Five stars ⭐️

Visited Palm Tree Paradise during this past Christmas and New Years. 5 of us stayed for 10 days after hearing wonderful reviews from a friend who stayed there prior to us in 2018. Such a great and welcoming place to stay. It was nice to be able to use the fully functioning kitchen to save money on meals out all the time. The beds were super comfortable which is a necessity, and it was nice to have separate TVs at night when we were winding down from a busy day. The pool, hot tub and arcade were much appreciated on down time as well. Kids tried out the new water slides too and gave them a thumbs up. Also, it is literally 5 min from Disney! We loved our stay, and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Patti and John for sharing your wonderful condo with others.

We were a family group of 5 adults and 2 small children. We loved our stay at this condo. It was extremely convenient to many stores and sites. It also accommodated us all perfectly and allowed us to eat in for the majority of our meals. With 2 young children, being able to keep them on routine and happy, allowed the rest of us to enjoy our holiday. Nap times were easily added in with the condo being close enough to the pool/slide area that walking back and forth was easy. The condo is beautifully furnished and well equipped. There was nothing that we needed that was not provided. There is a pack n play, high chair and umbrella stroller available for young families. We were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful grounds, play parks and pool area. Wonderful!

We just got back from a wonderful week-long stay at this condo. I would highly recommend it! It was close to Disney World and was a great place to relax and unwind after the parks. My kids loved the decor of the bedrooms and sitting out on the lanai was great. The condo was clean, comfortable, and the pool and waterslides were fun!!

Went with my daughter and a very good friend of ours. We were celebrating my daughter graduating high school. This was her dream trip. I was looking to book something close to Disney and I came across this condo. It was just what we were looking for.
I appreciated the ease of checking in, staff were helpful. The grocery store was right there which was super convenient. We found the resort easily, gate staff were helpful in directing us to the condo. The condo was stunning. No concerns. We had everything that we needed. Loved the amount of space in each room. So happy that the unit had air conditioning as it was very hot and humid that week. My daughter appreciated having access to Wifi. Also the option of using the amenities and the pool if we liked. We didn't get much of a chance to check out the pool as we spent almost everyday at Disney.
Overall it was very comfortable, homey and we had everything that we needed. I also appreciated how close it was to the parks. A quick drive and we were there. This was especially helpful at night after a long day.
Looking forward to visiting again very soon.

The condo was perfect! The kids loved the pool and water slide! Short drive to Disney and enjoyed relaxing at the condo as well as the pool in between visits to the park. We are already planning next years trip! You will love it! There is an elevator as well...which makes it nice for carrying up groceries, etc.
