I loved my morning swims and walks around the well cared for grounds. Having our daughter only 12 minutes away at Disney

 We really enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills! The condo was spacious and was more than adequate for our family of 4. The beds, pillows and bedding were all very comfortable. The space was very nicely decorated which made for a home-like feel. The kitchen was fully outfitted with coffee makers, blender, Tupperware and everything you need. There were many items that could be borrowed to make your stay even better such as pool/beach items, playpens, beach towels, highchair and more! The pool, hot tub and splash pad/water slides was a wonderful feature that we all enjoyed. There was plenty of poolside seating so finding a comfortable spot was no issue. The grounds were very well maintained and close to many amenities and attractions. We look forward to visiting again!!

 Great place and amenities 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at the property for 6 nights and have no complaints at all. Check in was easy at the nearby rental office. There was a touchpad key so we never had to worry about putting one in our pocket. We did 3 days at Disney parks which were all a 15 minute drive away. We stayed at the resort one day to enjoy the pool, which was a little bit of a walk away or a very short drive. The pool is huge & the temperature was just right. We all loved the water slides. The rental unit had a cooler we brought to the pool and also to Cocoa Beach. The unit also had buckets & shovels for sand castles, a wood boogie board and 2 bag chairs. Everything we needed in the morning to get ready was there, Keurig coffee maker, bowls & spoons. We didn

 For spring break we stayed here and it was amazing! The condo is super clean. We loved having our own washer and dryer. The drive to the Disney parks was very short. It took less than 5-10 minutes each day. My girls loved the Frozen room, pools, and water slides. We will definitely be staying here again!

 This condo was amazing! It has everything you could need. It was spotless and you can tell the decorations were well thought out. The lanai was beautiful and cozy as well. The frozen room was a huge bonus, the kids absolutely loved it! The beds are comfy and bathrooms spacious. The location was in walking distance to the pool and playground. The pool was nice and warm, it was so nice to relax in the loungers with a nice cold slushie (alcoholic for the adults and nonalcoholic for the kids)! The owners are extremely nice and helpful. She gets back to you fast and even checked in throughout out stay. We will definitely be back!

 WOW! What a perfect condo! My family and I stayed for a long weekend in January 2021. We went to all four Disney parks, and let me tell you this condo met every single need! It was extremely clean and has been very well kept. The beds were so very comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms are huge! It was so nice to come back to such a wonderful place after long days at the park. The condo is perfectly decorated. It is so comfortable and cozy! My two young daughters were amazed with the adorable Frozen themed room! They truly felt like princesses. The location is unbeatable! Just minutes from the parks and travel to get to them is so very simple. The owners are nothing short of phenomenal and an absolute joy to work with.  We just returned from a trip to Disney and we stayed at Palm Tree Paradise. It was wonderful! The condo is spacious, well appointed, and impeccably clean. My daughters loved the theming of the frozen room. We also loved having access to the full kitchen, which is equipped with everything needed to cook and serve meals, except the food, of course. We also loved having access to in-condo laundry. The location was also absolutely fantastic. Walmart is literally a minute away and so many fast food and sit down restaurants are within a few minutes

 We loved staying at this condo. It was perfect for what we needed. It was close to Disney World, Walmart and a lot of other restaurants. It was very clean, which is a plus in my book. We had a few hiccups at the beginning with the air, but it was taken care of immediately, which was so appreciated. We enjoyed the pool and the slides that were there and it was a 5 min walk from the condo. Overall I recommend this cute little condo and would stay again with my family.

 We very recently stayed for a week at Palm Tree Paradise with our grandchildren. They absolutely loved the Frozen room. The large pool, water slide, and playground were a big hit, too. The kitchen has every gadget and appliance you could want and more. The two king beds are very comfortable and each bathroom was very clean and spacious. The owner, Patti, was very easy to reach and was prompt with every response. We would definitely recommend this fun condo and Windsor HIlls Resort. It's on our short list of resorts to revisit in the future!

 This property is absolutely fabulous! It feels like a professional Interior Designer created this beautiful living space! The kitchen is outfitted perfectly! The beds are extremely comfortable! The Disney+ channel is great for us big kids and also children 👶!  Visited Palm Tree Paradise during this past Christmas and New Years. 5 of us stayed for 10 days after hearing wonderful reviews from a friend who stayed there prior to us in 2018. Such a great and welcoming place to stay. It was nice to be able to use the fully functioning kitchen to save money on meals out all the time. The beds were super comfortable which is a necessity, and it was nice to have separate TVs at night when we were winding down from a busy day. The pool, hot tub and arcade were much appreciated on down time as well. Kids tried out the new water slides too and gave them a thumbs up. Also, it is literally 5 min from Disney!  We were a family group of 5 adults and 2 small children. We loved our stay at this condo. It was extremely convenient to many stores and sites. It also accommodated us all perfectly and allowed us to eat in for the majority of our meals. With 2 young children, being able to keep them on routine and happy, allowed the rest of us to enjoy our holiday. Nap times were easily added in with the condo being close enough to the pool/slide area that walking back and forth was easy. The condo is beautifully furnished and well equipped. There was nothing that we needed that was not provided. There is a pack n play, high chair and umbrella stroller available for young families. We were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful grounds, play parks and pool area. Wonderful! Absolutely recommend this condo!

 We just got back from a wonderful week-long stay at this condo. I would highly recommend it! It was close to Disney World and was a great place to relax and unwind after the parks. My kids loved the decor of the bedrooms and sitting out on the lanai was great. The condo was clean, comfortable, and the pool and waterslides were fun!!

 The condo was exceptionally clean. Kudos to the cleaning service. They do an excellent job! Pictures do not do this place justice. It has a very spacious layout and there was more than enough room for our family of 4. We absolutely loved the Frozen room! It also offers a very short and easy drive to all of the Disney parks as well as Universal. I highly recommend Palm Tree Paradise!

 Went with my daughter and a very good friend of ours. We were celebrating my daughter graduating high school. This was her dream trip. I was looking to book something close to Disney and I came across this condo. It was just what we were looking for. I appreciated the ease of checking in, staff were helpful. The grocery store was right there which was super convenient. We found the resort easily, gate staff were helpful in directing us to the condo. The condo was stunning. No concerns. We had everything that we needed. Loved the amount of space in each room. So happy that the unit had air conditioning as it was very hot and humid that week. My daughter appreciated having access to Wifi. Also the option of using the amenities and the pool if we liked. We didn't get much of a chance to check out the pool as we spent almost everyday at Disney. Overall it was very comfortable, homey and we had everything that we needed. I also appreciated how close it was to the parks. A quick drive and we were there. This was especially helpful at night after a long day. Looking forward to visiting again very soon.

 The condo was perfect! The kids loved the pool and water slide! Short drive to Disney and enjoyed relaxing at the condo as well as the pool in between visits to the park. We are already planning next years trip! You will love it! There is an elevator as well...which makes it nice for carrying up groceries, etc.
