 We enjoy staying near the Walmart, Black Angus and the closeness of Disney when we come down. We enjoyed the safeness of the gated community. The game room, pool and hot tub were a hit with my kids and kept them active and not staring into their phones all the time. Fun time had by all

 We stay in Windsor hills frequently as well as the surrounding areas. This home is very clean and modern looking. Everything was excellent and above average for price point. We would definitely stay again.

 We just got home from staying at Marcel's property for 4 nights. The check in process was super easy and we didn't have any issues our whole stay. The house is clean and the pool was warm! I would definitely come back and stay here in the future!

 Marcel's place was well-equipped and exactly as advertised. It is walking distance to the Clubhouse and Waterpark and 10-15 minutes from most Orlando attractions. Marcel was V responsive to any questions and i recommend this house to any family visiting the area.

 We just returned from a week long trip in Orlando. We came for Universal Studios! The house met all of our needs: very clean, spacious, well stocked and a great pool and hot tub.  The house is exactly as listed. Very comfortable inside and lots of comfortable seating throughout the house. It has ample amount of space for 2 families to stay comfortably. The kitchen is stocked well with everything we needed to cook at the house. The host was gracious and easy to communicate with. We had a great week and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend for your rental. It is super convenient to shopping and restaurants as well as 1-4 and Disney parks.

 We have stayed in the Kissimmee area multiple times and rented larger group homes each time. This house has been our favorite so far. The location was excellent for getting to Disney, Universal and SeaWorld. Plenty or restaurants, shopping, car shows, mini golfs etc in the area. House was clean and I would say it was accurately described in the listing in terms of privacy and south exposure. There is a nice green space out the front door as well. The complex also has multiple play grounds for kids. Games room was good, nice air hockey table. Pool heat worked well. Hot tub got very warm and the pool was warm as well, kids loved it. Check in was very easy. We were sent all documents and information well before arrival and checking in with security was simple and fairly quick. Communication with the owners from time of booking and the period leading up to the trip was never a problem, quick replies. We had no reason to contact the owners during our stay so I can't speak to that, in a good way, no issues. Overall the stay was great and we would rent here again.

 We had 5 people in our group and honestly this house is so big, it felt like 20 of us could have fit. Pool was warm and clean for the kids and the Windsor Hills pool was the same. No big concerns for our family. The property manager made check in easy and wasn't ever needed during our stay, which to me makes the stay that much easier.

 We stayed at this property with our kids and grandkids. It was an awesome experience. The home is set up excellent for three families with all amenities. We really enjoyed the pool As well as everything else the home offers. It was incredibly clean and very easy to work with the owner to get set up. The closeness to all the Disney attractions was so convenient with young families. Our family really enjoyed our stay

 We were a group of 10 from 5 years to 65 years, the house was perfect! Close to everything we wanted to do in Orlando and the pool and Jacuzzi were great to come home to. We had an issue with the Jacuzzi on the first day and they property mgmt had someone there within the hour to fix it, Great Service. We will definitely use this house
