We just got home from staying at Marcel's property for 4 nights. The check in process was super easy and we didn't have any issues our whole stay. The house is clean and the pool was warm! I would definitely come back and stay here in the future!

Marcel's place was well-equipped and exactly as advertised. It is walking distance to the Clubhouse and Waterpark and 10-15 minutes from most Orlando attractions. Marcel was V responsive to any questions and i recommend this house to any family visiting the area.

We just returned from a week long trip in Orlando. We came for Universal Studios! The house met all of our needs: very clean, spacious, well stocked and a great pool and hot tub. The kitchen had a great supply of kitchen items that you could allow you to cook full meals everyday if you wanted. Check in was a breeze and coming and going was easy. The game room was a favorite for our entire crew! Marcel, our host, was so easy to work with and very responsive to any questions. While we didn’t do Disney this trip, the house is so close to those parks! Lots of restaurants, shopping options are nearby! It was a great vacation!

The house is exactly as listed. Very comfortable inside and lots of comfortable seating throughout the house. It has ample amount of space for 2 families to stay comfortably. The kitchen is stocked well with everything we needed to cook at the house. The host was gracious and easy to communicate with. We had a great week and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend for your rental. It is super convenient to shopping and restaurants as well as 1-4 and Disney parks.

The house was Amazing it was everything we needed. Everything was clean and nice, We loved that the adults rooms was downstairs and the children rooms was upstairs. Also appreciated they had towels for the pool due to we didn't bring any. I would definitely rent this property again me and my Family loved this house…..

The house exceeded our expectations and was even better in person. It’s the cleanest rental house I’ve ever stayed at, and in the perfect location. Plenty of space for the whole family, and we spent our non-park time as a family in the pool and game room. Our group consisted of grandparents (age 70-80), parents (ages 40-50), teenagers, and a child. My family kept thanking me for finding and booking this place. Plenty of room for everyone and the pool and patio is the perfect size. We travel together often and this was the best rental house we’ve ever found. Everyone was so happy with it. Don’t give it a second thought - book this house. I know I will book it again next time we are in the area. We made great family memories - it’s perfect!

We have stayed in the Kissimmee area multiple times and rented larger group homes each time. This house has been our favorite so far. The location was excellent for getting to Disney, Universal and SeaWorld. Plenty or restaurants, shopping, car shows, mini golfs etc in the area. House was clean and I would say it was accurately described in the listing in terms of privacy and south exposure. There is a nice green space out the front door as well. The complex also has multiple play grounds for kids. Games room was good, nice air hockey table. Pool heat worked well. Hot tub got very warm and the pool was warm as well, kids loved it. Check in was very easy. We were sent all documents and information well before arrival and checking in with security was simple and fairly quick. Communication with the owners from time of booking and the period leading up to the trip was never a problem, quick replies. We had no reason to contact the owners during our stay so I can't speak to that, in a good way, no issues. Overall the stay was great and we would rent here again.

We had a great stay at the villa. Communication was excellent with owner. Villa was spacious and well kept. The pool and hot tub together with the view at the back were wonderful. Will definitely look to book again in the future.

We had 5 people in our group and honestly this house is so big, it felt like 20 of us could have fit. Pool was warm and clean for the kids and the Windsor Hills pool was the same. No big concerns for our family. The property manager made check in easy and wasn't ever needed during our stay, which to me makes the stay that much easier.

We had a fabulous stay at Marcel and Michelle’s Windsor Hills home. The pictures are all beautiful, but don’t to the house justice. It is much larger in person. We travelled with 7 adults and two kids under 3. The house it self was plenty big for all of us and had everything we needed for the week. Three bedrooms on main floor and two upstairs (themed) all with their own bathrooms. The garage had a game room with ping pong, foosball table and air hockey etc. which came in handy during our Hurricane Ian lockdown. The pool and spa were also a huge plus during our stay, it was very clean and we opted for the heat which was great (end of September). They had a playpen we used for our 8 month old, as well as a baby walker and highchair. There was also a baby gate we could have used if needed. During our stay there were a few baby pool floats and lots of little sand toys available in the garage if you plan to make a trip to the beach. There are parks close to the house for the kids and the community pool was beautiful with an awesome splash pad area. Despite hurricane Ian ruining some of our plans we were more than comfortable in the house. We didn’t lose power or water and there was no damage to the house. Just a few trees/ branches down around the community. We had a car rental which was very helpful to grab groceries (Walmart 5 mins up the road) and to get to Disney. We did make it to magic kingdom on the Monday which was very easy to get to from the house, maybe a 12 minute drive or so. The community has a valet garbage service every day which was pretty awesome to be able to get rid of some smelly diapers daily. Overall, everyone I travelled with would definitely recommend Marcel and Michelle’s home if you’re looking for a nice stay close to Disney, but off property with plenty of things to do. Marcel was very quick to respond to all of our questions/ concerns we had throughout the week. Thank you for the great stay!

We stayed at this property with our kids and grandkids. It was an awesome experience. The home is set up excellent for three families with all amenities. We really enjoyed the pool As well as everything else the home offers. It was incredibly clean and very easy to work with the owner to get set up. The closeness to all the Disney attractions was so convenient with young families. Our family really enjoyed our stay

We were a group of 10 from 5 years to 65 years, the house was perfect! Close to everything we wanted to do in Orlando and the pool and Jacuzzi were great to come home to. We had an issue with the Jacuzzi on the first day and they property mgmt had someone there within the hour to fix it, Great Service. We will definitely use this house

This house was perfect for our party of 3 couples, 4 teens and a 5 year old! Very roomy and so nice to have a bath for every bedroom. This house was exactly as advertised. No surprises. Boys loved the game room. We all enjoyed the pool and patio area. I highly recommend this place and hope to be able to return someday.

“Great home for families
The property was just as described. It is located close to all three playgrounds in the resort which was great for some variety for the little ones. The house was clean and well stocked. All the dishware and cutlery you could ask for. There were starter supplies as well (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and dishwasher detergent). Dish soap and general cleaners were not supplied, but this was expected because it was stated in the description. There is a Wal-Mart 2 minutes out the gate of the resort and a target and publix just 10 minutes away. The area has all the ammenities one could ever need, and they are all so close to the house. The check in process was smooth. Our one interaction with the property manager while we were there was pleasant. They addressed our need quickly “
