We offer all the facilities that you could want in this comprehensively equipped villa. We include fully air conditioned rooms, cable TV in all rooms with seating for 10 in front of a 55" smart TV with free 5G Wifi throughout. Also there is a 40" cable TV in the Coca-Cola themed gamesroom with Pool / Shuffle Board and Foosball games.

Pool deck has plenty of sun loungers and chairs, plus safety features for children, so that you can relax & watch the sun set in the evening from our south facing pool. You can enjoy the warm evenings with a nice cool drink after a long day at the parks or just chill in the Spa while the children play in the pool.

Many other attraction are at Windsor Hill Resort, which are availible free of charge.

Large open plan family room with seating for 10 people on a luxury corner sectional sofa with access and views of the Pool / Spa. Seating is around the 75" Smart TV that can be best used with the 5G WiFi. Also included is a DVD player.

A small kitchen breakfast table for four is featured in the bright bay windows area letting in the morning suns rays, plus a open breakfast bar over looking the dining room.

Dining room has a large fully laid table that seats 6 comfortably or up to 10, where you can enjoy a dinner with family and friends also a sit-up breakfast bar and two stools.

5 Bedrooms, sleeps 10.
2 King, 1 Queen Bedrooms downstairs, plus 2 twin rooms upstairs, each with 2 single beds. All rooms have cable TV in various sizes with hairdryers in the master bedrooms.

Our South Westerly facing pool and hot-tub are heated all year round. Plenty of sun loungers and chairs, Large round table for outside dining, Pool door alarm for childrens safety, Pool Safety fence if required

Large heated South Westerly facing Pool with Spa to catch the afternoon and evening sun. There is a high ceiling covered Lanai and shade between the two master bedroom bay windows with a ceiling fan for cool outdoor dining at the table.

Converted to Themed Gamesroom. A utility area is incorporated within the games room and includes an automatic washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Parking for 3 cars Only off road on driveway.
