Mickey & Friends themed bedroom, has a set of twin beds with an AMAZING mural by Florida Artist Felix Herrera that takes you away to that magical place!

The master suite has a queen bed, walk in closet, walk in shower & granite countertops in its bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a door with direct access to the second bathroom which also has granite countertops!

All bedrooms have flat 42 flat screen TV's! The living room (with 65 flat screen TV) and dining room have tropical, stylish furniture and decor.

If you love to cook this beautiful, open concept kitchen is a dream! This stylish, one of a kind kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for any foodie. A Keurig Coffee Machine is also available for your convenience.

All Windsor Hills Resort luxury condo buildings have elevators! Relax and enjoy a cocktail and evening Florida sunset on our screened in balcony with breezy tropical fan.

Our rates vary from $169.00 to $219.00/night depending on the season. The only additional charges are a $125.00 cleaning fee, $10.00 owner booking fee, 13.5% Florida State Taxes and 4% Credit Card Processing Fee.

Declaration: please note we have a Ring Doorbell/Camera mounted beside our door in the hallway. This is strictly to monitor compliance with capacity limits and our condominium No Pets bylaw. We also use it to keep an eye on the occasional nosy raccoon that pops by to try to get into our trash bench. Keeping it locked will assist 🦝 😊

DAMAGE DEPOSIT:

A damage deposit in the amount of $300.00 will be charged to your credit card at the time the final rental payment is due.

After the final clean and inspection have occurred by Palm Tree Vacation Homes, the monies will be refunded to the guest a maximum of 14 business days after the stay.

In the event of damages caused by misuse, negligence, or general filth where extra cleaning is required, any additional charges that are incurred to replace and or repair these damaged items within the condo will be deducted from your $300.00 deposit and the remainder of the deposit will be automatically refunded to the guest.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Failure to cancel your reservation in writing will result in us reserving the right to keep the rental fee.

Any and all charges processed with a credit card will be subject to administrative fee.

Cancel within 60 days; you will be charged 25% of the total rental charge plus 4% administrative fee.

Cancel within 45 days; you will be charged 50% of the total rental charge plus 4% administrative fee.

Cancel within 30 days: you will be charged 75% of the total rental charge plus 4% administrative fee.

Cancel within 14 days: you will be charged 100% of the total rental charge plus 4% administrative fee.

Guests have full access to all the Windsor Hills Resort amenities including 50' zero entry beach like access to SPECTACULAR lagoon style pool, new water features including kids wet zone and duelling slides, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, beach volleyball, putting green, welcome centre, market store, games room, fitness centre and 50 seat movie theatre. For your added safety and security we have a 24 hour guarded gate house.

Guest Reviews

 Tropical Luxury condo was not only a convenient simple drive to many theme parks but had all the comforts of home. It was easy to drive to and from the International Airport. There are many grocery stores and restaurants conveniently located close by. The beds were clean and comfortable, the patio had great evening sunshine and the Mickey Mouse room was a bonus for our daughter. Chris and Karyn answered any questions we had promptly. The pool and waterslides are a quick 2 min walk and we enjoyed lounging by the pool. We didn't use the playground but it looked really fun if you have younger children. We give 10 out of 10 for this clean, well stocked, 3 bedroom condo. We will be back! Thank you Chris and Karyn. The Henry's

 ï¿½Tropical Luxury� within the Windsor Hills Resort. We had the pleasure of returning to Chris and Karyn�s beautiful condo. Everything was clean and fresh. It felt like a designer put it together on HGTV. Loved the patio view and location. Very tranquil and appreciated the ceiling fan on the patio with classy decorative lights that set a beautiful mood at night. Amazing value!!!! Definitely will return.
