We are Canadian, have owned property at Windsor Hills Resort since 2008 and visit our property regularly to guarantee quality control. Our 4 bedroom/ 4 bath single level villa at Windsor Hills is conveniently located: the volleyball and basketball courts are just around the corner and the main club house is two short blocks away. We are also a short walk to the main gated children's playground. With no rear neighbours, the villa also boasts added privacy other rentals may not have.

Amarillo Villa is equipped with everything needed to make your stay enjoyable...and so much more. Being a single-level bungalow, it is well suited for individuals with accessibility challenges.
There are four bedrooms and four full baths: two king master suites, a queen and a bedroom with twin beds. The chair in the nook makes into a single twin if necessary. Each bathroom has a hair dryer and each bedroom has a flat screen television. The living area boasts a 55" flat screen.
A good quality safe is provided to guests so they can secure passports and other valuables.
The kitchen is outfitted with a full range of large and numerous small appliances.
The villa has a full-size clothes washer and dryer. In-house laundry means you have fewer suitcases to pack!
The spacious living room is a great place to view our movie collection or watch the 'big game'. A PS2 gaming system (along with a variety of games) is in the twin bedroom, and readers can relax in the nook area, enjoy reading from our library of books, play a variety of board games or listen to music on the radio/iPhone docking station. We also have 4 bicycles with lock and tire pump which we keep in the garage for our guests to use.
September 2019 saw numerous improvements to the backyard: new pavers, resurfaced pool with new glass tile and a new pool safety fence. We also replaced our old oak tree with an adorable Robellini palm. I could stare at that thing all day. We also replaced some of the sod.
Other notable amenities include free long distance calling within North America and high-speed internet WIFI.
We also supply two umbrella strollers and one Greco stroller, a 3-in-1high chair, play 'n pak/crib and a several infant blankets. We have a blue tote wagon (for use on property only) which is great for hauling everything you may need for the playground or main pool area.
