 I recently stayed in this home and I would give it 5 stars out of 5...beautiful home. Lots of room. No back neighbors. Close to pool or just hang out in pool and spa on Lanai...kids and parents both loved it.....1000% worth every penny!!!

 BOOK THIS HOME This home is the perfect spot for your next vacation! Upon inquiry, Katie (owner) was very kind, prompt, and helpful. We were trying to get multiple homes close to one another, and she went the extra step to contact other home owners on our behalf. At arrival, the location and cleanliness of the home was top notch! Throughout our stay, I had a few questions and Katie answered them very promptly and was helpful as well. This home is very close to the basketball, volleyball and tennis courts. The community pool/hot tub/water park is a short four minute walk. Your backyard view from the pool is an open area with a lot of greenery. If you can

 I would like to say a huge thank you to Katie, the owner of this villa. We stayed in this villa before and decided to book it again as we enjoyed our first visit so much. We were booked for July 2021, but with all the uncertainty of COVID, we were unsure if it would be safe, or even possible to visit then. We made the decision to change our holiday to 2022 and contacted Katie to tell her of our plans. Without any hesitation, she changed our dates with NO additional cost to us. We cannot thank her enough. I would say to anyone considering renting this villa, please do. You will not be disappointed. As well as being in a lovely, safe gated resort, the villa has everything you need as well as being spotlessly clean. This owner will look after you well and is always available for any questions you may have. Thank you.

 Fantastic Family Vacation Site We stayed here with our family this past March and had a fantastic stay! This is our third time staying here at the villa and we love the resort location - close to Walmart, Disney, as well as MANY restaurants. The kitchen has all you need if you want to cook your own meals as well. The pool was a hit with the kids especially after a long day at the park. The community splash park and pool on site is great for all ages to have a break in the trip for a relaxing day. The community park is just a block or two away as well. Not having to haul a stroller, playpen or high chair was an added bonus! Great place for a family vacation! Date of stay: March 2019

  Highly recommend this villa! Just returned from a 12 night stay and highly recommend it. We chose Windsor Hills because we stayed here before . It is a very secure gated community with a newly developed pool/slide area. The location can't be beat, very close to all attractions, Walmart, restaurants and easy access to the airport and major highways. Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had plenty of room and privacy in this spacious home. Katie was extremely helpful and prompt with her replies. The property management company was also very easy to deal with. Upon arrival a couple minor issues were promptly dealt with. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and more. Ample tableware as well as plastic bowls, cups etc for children or poolside use. The waffle iron was a nice touch. Its obvious this villa is not only a rental property, but a welcoming well maintained home with many upgrades and beautiful decor. We especially enjoyed the little extras like beach towels/chair for a day at the beach. The girls enjoyed the games/books in their room and we used the large stroller each day at the parks, not only for our toddler but especially for our jackets/cooler bags with water/snacks etc. Being able to do laundry every couple of days really helped as well. If we would have had more time we would have loved to use the bikes. Katie has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The community pool is very shallow and warm for the little ones. The new slides/splash park water however was extremely cold so we chose to use our private pool most days . Nothing better than a drink in the hot tub after a long day on your feet. Soothing for the back and knees ;) Great view of fireworks too! We purposely planned a down day to relax and enjoy the pool. Thank you Katie for sharing your home and all your advice!
