 This villa is a home away from home feel. Had everything we needed. We absolutely loved coming back following a long day at the parks. We found the facilities incredibly useful (washing facilities etc), our little one loved the play room and pool. Villa owners are great and responsive, we will hopefully be back in the future.

 Villa Park Lane at Windsor Hills made the perfect base for our winter holiday in Florida. A very generously sized single story family home with an excellent lanai and pool for the kids as well as the spa pool. It's all very well equipped too: comfortable beds, excellent kitchen for self-catering, indoor and outdoor dining tables, large sofa in the family space with the TV and the double garage space converted into a big games and play room. There's a big (really big!) Walmart 5 minutes drive away and Publix just a little further, but they both have delivery options. Plus lots of other shops for souvenirs, clothes and many restaurants to choose from. There's so much to do in the area with all the Disney and Universal Parks; also on our list was Kennedy Space Center, watching a rocket launch at night, Wild Florida airboats and gator park, a helicopter ride over the area. Plenty of information and leaflets are included in a file at the house and in the Welcome Center. Access to the community amenities just 10 minutes' walk away is also included: a well-heated outdoor pool, a small water park with a couple of slides, fitness room, movie theater and marketplace. We really enjoyed a great time with family and friends for an active but also relaxing time - and feel sure you would too.

 Really spacious house which was just as described! Very well equipped kitchen with lots of appliances and utensils. We used the BBQ to cook several meals and we liked the different eating spaces (using the bar and in the kitchen and the nook table for breakfast, then using the indoor dining table and outside table for dinner on the evenings we ate in. Bedrooms were perfect for our group. The kids loved the theming! We all slept really well - partly due to being "Disney Tired" or "Universal Tired" and partly due to the comfy beds! The games room was popular - with our 10 year old improving his pool skills! Our 4 year old enjoyed using the dress up clothing and hosted a fashion show for our party! The toys were popular with our 4-year old and the games consoles were popular with our 10-year old! Having access to our own pool and spa was amazing! Thank you for hosting us!

 The house and amenities were exactly as advertised and just what we needed. The location was great for our excursions (Legoland, Wild Willy's Airboat Adventures, Crystal River Fun2Dive manatee excursion). The pool and hot tub were heated as requested and this allowed for daily swims (hour by the kids!). Some kids used the water park within Windsor Hills Resort and said it was fun (but cold because it is March). Would recommend it for warmer seasons. You need to get wrist bands from the gate to use the water park amenities. Each bedroom had an en suite bathroom, which was much appreciated when traveling with another family. The hosts were responsive when needed (arrived to a broken dishwasher that was replaced within 2 days). The bbq was a nice amenity and easy to use with a full tank of fuel. Lots of TVs, gaming devices, pool table, and children's toys. Would recommend 👌

 Fabulous 5 days at the Villa. Very responsive and gave perfect instructions on getting there and into the Villa. The bedrooms are all lovely and the kids loved the 2 themed rooms, not to mention the brilliant play room. Pool was perfect and required no heating in July. We opted to heat the spa which was lovely to sit in at night. We really enjoyed our stay and was only 15 mins to get to Disney. Made it back from Hollywood studios at closing time in 16 mins! I would highly recommend a stay at Villa park lane.

 Wonderful holiday - the owners of the property thought of everything - everything prior to arrival was extremely clear making getting into the property very simple and arriving fully prepared after a long flight. Beds were extremely comfortable and space was plentiful. 10/10 hope to be back and absolutely recommend.

 Rick was great to work with and his home was perfect for us! It was a nice - large open concept where we could all gather - kids had there own rooms with there own Bathroom.  This home was so warm and inviting. It had everything we needed and allowed for a stress free time of having to bring or purchase a lot of items. My grandson was in heaven with the play area and the pool. Everything was right at our finger tips. It was so helpful the have all the tips on how things worked in the home. The clubhouse area with the movies, pool and slide area allowed for a lot of interaction with other visitors. I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a beautiful home with plenty of space (so everyone has their own privacy). A true pleasure to have had this opportunity!!!

 Best rental we ever stayed at! It is exactly as pictured with more amenities than expected. There were Disney costumes in the closets of various sizes. A Kureg coffee maker which is wonderful and not found in all rentals. Every room has its own bathroom which is so nice when everyone is trying to get ready to go to the parks. Plenty of extra pillows, towels, beach towels and blankets. It was spotless! Flat screens in every room. We all felt like we were at our own house that is how comfortable everyone was. My daughter loved playing with the toys. The adults loved playing pool. Having a washer and dryer is a must. The extra car seats were wonderful and if you needed strollers they had multiple. The location was central to everything Disney, only minutes away. There is a Walmart around the corner were you can buy groceries and cheap gifts. I was so impressed with the owners whom contacted us to make sure we had everything we needed and that the villa met our expectations. I am recommending this villa to all my friends, we will be back!

 We LOVE this house. We have stayed in Windsor Hills for our last 4 trips and this was by far our favorite home. The house was perfect for our needs (5 adults and 2 young children) and we will for sure be back. I'll highlight my favorite features not always found in other WH rental homes - plenty of towels (both bathroom and beach towels) Some homes come with one towel per person. Seriously. With the humidity in Florida you have two choices - wash and dry them every day or just accept they're going to be damp every time you get out of the shower. Second, my daughter and son were on cloud nine with the children's toy area in the game room. Last trip I had to bring a couple of toys from home. My daughter was so excited the first time we watched the home video and saw the toy area. It was great for them to just go play while we were preparing dinners. The dress-up clothes were amazing. My daughter has a complete collection of Disney princess dresses at home and wanted to bring them all on our trip. Yikes! She chose a different princess to be every night of our trip. Finally, the fully equipped kitchen comes with a ton of children's plates, silverware, bowls and cups. Last trip, I had to bring a few from home but this time we didn't need to use any of them! The owner is also very responsive and helpful. Before our trip, he quickly responded to some questions I emailed. During our trip, we had two minor issues and he solved them immediately. We can't wait for our next trip!

 Stayed with family (2 kids 7 and 5 years old) and had a terrific time. The home is wonderfully maintained and extremely comfortable. Kids loved the Disney themed bedrooms and the fully stocked selection of DVD's. Pool was a great benefit, as the kids liked to spend the afternoon swimming before dinner. And after dinner, too! The kitchen is well appointed. Publix grocery is close by and convenient for having dinner in. Community is quiet and relaxing. The property owner is very easy to contact and very responsive. All in all, a fantastic time and would certainly stay again on any future Disney trip. Highly recommended.

 This property was absolutely amazing. Lots of room for our party of 5 adults and two children. Everything I needed for my 18month old was there at my fingertips (playpen, high chair, bedding, stroller, toys) Villa was very clean and the pool was fantastic. I cannot say enough about the owners who were so helpful and always quick to respond when we emailed them with questions. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this villa!

 * Communication from the homeowners was prompt and thorough. They were kind enough to provide a comprehensive list of what was available in the home and suggestions for what to pack. We were notified about the refund of our security deposit in a timely fashion after our visit. * With a family ranging from 4 - 73, it was wonderful for everyone to have their own bedroom space and bathroom. * House is well maintained and includes several amenities, such as the pool and the game room. Our 4 year old daughter loved playing with the toys available in the game room, while our 15 year old son enjoyed learning to play pool. * Entire complex is very nice. Unfortunately, we did not visit the resort pool until our last night. It was very nice and actually featured steel drum music. * In short, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this rental.

 Everything here is just brilliant for families, every age would feel right at home. We just didn't have enough time to enjoy all of the extras the owners had thoughtfully included. It was very clean and had a very well equipped kitchen and plenty of extra bedding/towels if needed.  I stayed at the house from May 1st - May 8th and enjoyed every single second. The house truly is as beautiful as the pictures make it out to be. We arrived around 4:00 PM on Monday afternoon and the security officers were more than helpful. We did run into an issue with our keycode while we were there but we were able to get a response and help right away! Great customer service! I would definitely recommend to any of my friends and family. I went with my husband and our two boys (4 & 8) they loved the game room as well as all the dress up costumes. It truly was a home away from home.

 We had our best family vacation ever staying at this property. The house is clean, spacious and full of a variety of entertainment- pool, game room and tvs in each room. The owners were prompt in replying to emails and we had great communication. We loved the location. For us, the drive to the Disney theme parks was close and we were able to hit the parks in the early morning, take a lunch break and swim and head back out in the evening. The home had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone. We will be back! Thanks for a memorable vacation!!!

 We visited Orlando with the kids and Grandma & Grandpa. We decided to rent a house for the space and the private pool. We are so glad that we did! Everything about this house worked great for us. The owners had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was a great place to come back to after spending the day at the theme parks. Grandma and Grandpa weren't big on the parks so several days they stayed at the house and enjoyed the sun by the pool and took walks around the community and visited the clubhouse for lunch. The house has a great outdoor set up with plenty of seating and a nice warm pool. We saved quite a bit of money by buying our own groceries and cooking breakfasts and a few dinners at the house. The kids also loved the game room. There are tons of toys, games and dress up clothes for the kids. We had a great time connecting as a family and had a stress free vacation. We are already looking at dates to return. Thank you Rick and Mary Anne for sharing your beautiful home with us. We appreciate the thoughtful accommodations!

 We were happy to find this villa exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable with everything you would need and then some (even dress up clothes for the kids). The pool and hot tub were fantastic and very private. The kids spent hours swimming and playing while we laid on the lounge chairs listening to music. The pool was in full view from most of the house so we could make lunch or dinner from the kitchen and watch the kids swim. The home had a nice game room too. A full sized pool table, foosball, toys and video games passed a few rainy nights. The owners also left a very large selection of movies on DVD which was perfect for a movie night. We used the community pool, waterslide and playground which was fun! The entire community was well maintained and safe. We walked everywhere and met some great people from Australia and other parts of the US. All in all, we had a relaxing vacation and really enjoyed our time at this villa. If you're a family looking for a place to relax and recharge but still be near the action, this villa is for you. We are definitely going to book again in the future.

 We were a party of 7 (4 adults, 3 children). The property was ideal, plenty of space for all. Everything has been thought of from TV's, DVD players ,a plentiful supply of DVD's to suit all, games room with Playstation, Wii, full size pool table and table football, dressing up clothes for the little ones, board games and soft toys. The pool area is ideal with loungers, a spa and a chest of various pool toys. The only thing we needed to provide was the food and drink! The owners were very helpful with the couple of issues we had and corrected them immediately. We would definitely go back.

 Great, great place to stay for your Disney and Universal vacation!! The home is perfectly located.... just two stop lights away from the main drag into Disney. And it is also very close to I-4 which gets you over to Universal. I liked that the home is located in a gated community and I felt 'safe' since you need a dated access card to get in. The house is very clean, nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. Beautiful kitchen with all the necessities. Plenty of comfy couches to hang out on at the end of the day. The family loved the pool..... I loved the pool deck. I would definitely recommend this home to any traveler.

 This was the first time my family and I have ever rented a home for a vacation and I would definitely do it again at Rick and Mary Anne Albert's beautiful house in Windsor Hills. No need to look further for the perfect house! They thought of everything by way of amenities; we didn't need to purchase anything except sunscreen and groceries. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by the scent of a freshly cleaned home and the attractively set dining and kitchen tables. The view of the pool from the front foyer was very inviting and before long we were unpacked and in our swimsuits. I don't believe I have ever spent so much time in a pool but then again that was probably because I had two grandsons who never wanted to get out of it. I think I have to check them for fins! We only had one unforeseen issue during our stay regarding the refrigerator. With the quick actions of the resort staff and Rick it was replaced in record time. Rick and Mary Anne were true to their word; Disney World was just minutes from the front door as well as shopping and restaurants. We unfortunately were not able to visit the resort clubhouse as we were too busy enjoying our home but our grandsons did visit the castle playground. During our stay the owners communicated with us to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. Upon our arrival home they checked to ensure that we arrived safely and that we had enjoyed our stay. Our deposit funds were reimbursed within days of arriving home. Rick and Mary Anne, on behalf of myself, my husband, our daughter, son-in-law and grandsons we would like to sincerely thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and for the lasting memories we will enjoy for years to come (but not too many - as our daughter is already planning our next trip).  Upon entering the Villa it instantly wowed us as a family and we could not wait to explore the Property! Bed testing was first on the list after a long journey and how comfortable they were! Slept like a baby the whole stay..... The kitchen facilities were fabulous with all the essentials needed during our visit. Pool was clean and looked fabulous when all lit up and pool side furniture along with inflatables for the pool came in great use. Property was immaculately clean through out and fresh sheets and towels if needed!! Every last attention to detail was thought of. The garage converted into a games rooms was excellent, so well equipped. the villa itself was situated in a quiet location also the hedge around the pool made the pool area so private and has been well thought out. upon reflection we would not hesitate to book this villa again on our future visits to florida.

 This villa has it all! It is just stunning and a real home from home, it has everything you could ever think of needing (including an elecitric kettle which for us British folk is a huge plus as we do love our hot tea!). I have stayed in many holiday villas on our family trips to Orlando and normally we travel with a holiday company, this was the first time I had booked direct and organised the elements of our holiday separately, not only was it a lot more cost effective it was so much better! The villa is of a far superior standard to the ones provided by the holiday companies and the communication from Rick and Mary was superb. Being so close to the Disney parks is a huge plus, meaning you can pop back in the evening to watch the fireworks if you would like as its only 10/15 mins in the car. There are a huge number of restaurants within a 10minute drive along with supermarkets, pharmacies etc. The pool area of this villa is a highlight, it was so clean and the poolside furniture is superior to the normal you would get, there are a ton of pool toys for the kids to play with and I found the low hedge lining the outside edge of the lanai gave us a little extra privacy and it was the only villa to have this in our area. Windsor hills has great facilities if you have time to use them! And the estate feels extremely safe due to the security gates. Each bedroom having a bathroom is fantastic as you can all be ready and out for a day at the parks in record time! There was a great selection of toys, dressing up, video games, dvd's and games, we did not have enough time to make use of all the fantastic things provided but it's so nice to know they are there! I could go on all day about how fantastic this villa is but I'm running out of characters! Do not hesitate to book this villa for your holiday, you will have a wonderful time!  This was our second time staying at this lovely home. We had another wonderful stay and really enjoyed the updates the owners made to the property. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners have thought of everything including a decorated Christmas tree which was an unexpected surprise! We really enjoyed the pool and the covered pool deck and the planted bushes around the pool cage made the area very private. The toys were a big hit with the kids and the new pool table was a bonus for the adults. It was really nice to come back to our own little "quiet retreat" after long days at the parks. Everyone had their own space and the non-park days were very relaxing. It was a great place to enjoy each others company and recharge! The grounds of the community are beautiful and it is really close to restaurants and stores. We never had to go far to shop and dine out. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay while sightseeing in Florida. We have stayed at other homes in the area, none of which were as nice and as well equipped as this home. I am confident that we will be looking to book here again in the future.  Everything about this villa was wonderful - not least the helpful hosts who were so communicative and thorough in their dealings with us. We had everything we needed and more plus it was literally 10 minutes to the Disney Parks. The house is beautiful, groceries we ordered were put away when we arrrived, we had allt the amenities imaginable and the kids absolutely loved the play room (even kept asking for more time just at the house). Coming back at the end of a long day to relax in the pool was amazing and it was so nice to be able to get away from the crowds. The Community pool and tennis courts were perfect for us and the other facilities fantastic. We will be back!

 The moment I found this Villa I was excited, then with the prompt and informative email I received from the owners I didn't hesitate to book my family of 5 into this fantastic villa for 12 days on our first trip to Orlando from Australia. Check in to this 5 star gated estate was very easy and arriving at the villa we were not disappointed. There was more than enough space for us all. The villa was extremely clean, modern and well stocked with everything you need. The games room for the kids was an added bonus, as was the lovely out door area with pool and spa which we used every night after long days at the parks. The villa is close to all the major parks and tourist attractions as well as some great restaurants and shopping. We were sad to leave, we enjoyed every minute of our stay and could not recommend this lovely villa highly enough, we will defiantly be back. Thank you both for sharing your amazing holiday home with us.

 This was our second stay at this villa. The owners have obviously put a lot of time and money into the villa as the updates were noticeable since our last visit. The villa was very clean and comfortable as expected. The pool area is fantastic! We spent a majority of our time swimming and relaxing outside after visiting the parks. We took advantage of the BBQ and made a few dinners at the house rather than eating out. The kids spent most of their time in the pool and the game room. Overall our stay was very relaxing and hassle free. Rick & Mary Anne are very helpful and responsive as always and made our stay quite comfortable. They also made some excellent recommendations for restaurants and cheap park tickets which really helped out. We will definitely be booking here again when we return to Florida.

 This was my third trip to Orlando and third stay at Windsor Hills and Villa Park Lane has been the best villa i've stayed at so far! The villa was immaculate, well maintained and spacious. Plenty to keep the kids occupied after long days at the theme park with games room, plenty of choice on dvd's and private pool which has hedgerow for extra privacy (i really liked this!). Proximity to parks is great at just a 5 minute drive away and plenty of options to eat out nearby. The owners, Rick and Mary, kept in touch to make sure all was well before, during and after the stay I would definitely recommend this villa and certainly, when i return in a couple of years time, Villa Park Lane is where i will be looking to stay again.

 Our stay was perfect! This is a clean and spacious home with wonderful amenities. It was very close to the theme parks, making it easy to get there for our adventure days. We planned days to stay in and enjoy this beautiful home too. The extra touches made our stay truly magical- our youngest enjoyed the themed bedrooms and dress up clothes. Our older child loved the game room, and they both loved the private pool. We enjoyed the guide books, games, and DVDs as well. This place is very well equipped!! Everything you cold possibly need or want is there! Although we did not need them, I think it's worth noting that there were car seats and strollers in the garage- that would save families some money as I think those are expensive to rent in the theme parks! We will definitely return!!

 We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, spacious villa which has everything you could possibly need, including pool toys, games equipment, beach towels and even dressing up clothes! I especially loved the pool with its extended lanai which seemed to keep the evening sun much later than the neighbouring villas. Windsor Hills was a lovely community and it was just a shame that we did not have enough time to fully explore all the facilities here because we were so busy at Disney etc. It was a very straightforward drive to the parks and great to be within easy reach of restaurants and supermarkets etc. We really noticed the difference the second week when we had to negotiate I-Drive every time we wanted to go out. The owners could not be more helpful or accommodating and I cannot think of any reason not to book this villa if it is within your budget.

 Great home away from home while visiting Disney World and all that Orlando has to offer. The home was immaculate which impressed our son who is the general manager of a large brand-name hotel. There were 6 of us including 2 grand daughters (ages 3 & 5), and we had plenty of space to roam around. The enclosed pool was a bit hit for everyone, and the girls loved the Mickey/Minney themed rooms including the princess dresses hanging in the closet. Windsor Hlls is a gated community that takes security and privacy seriously. The home comes complete with everything, and we highly recommend it to one and all. Special thanks go to owner Rick Albert for making sure all our needs were met. We look forward to scheduling another visit to Villa Park Lane at some point in the future.

 I would highly recommend this beautiful home. Our two girls ages 4 and 6 loved the Disney themed rooms and had so much fun playing with all the toys, especially the pool toys. We had everything we needed including strollers and car seats. It was so nice to just pack our clothes and everything else was provided. It truly made our trip to Disney relaxing and stress free when we weren't at the parks and needed downtime. It was so nice to be close to all the parks and travel time was about 10 to 15 mins to anywhere in Disney. Thank you to the Rick, MariAnne and their family for sharing their home!

 We booked this villa for 10 days and had an absolutely wonderful time! This was our first trip staying off site while visiting Disney and we weren't sure what to expect. The owners answered all of our questions and were great to deal with. The villa was very spacious, comfortable and well decorated. The owners thought of everything right down to dress up clothes, character plates, cups and beach towels! The game room with toys and video games for the kids was a big hit as was the pool table for the adults. The heated pool and lanai was the gathering point after our long day. We spent a lot of time there and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The planted shrubs made for a very private area for us to enjoy ourselves. It was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking to stay off site.

 We were two families who visited the Orlando area to visit Disney for Christmas. We had great weather and a fantastic vacation and we truly enjoyed our stay at this villa. We had looked at a few other resorts but decided on Windsor Hills because of the reputation, amenities and close proximity to the parks. Were are glad that we did because the resort was just perfect! The villa was exceptionally clean upon our arrival and we found everything just as it was pictured on the website. We had a great time in the game room and the heated pool and the home overall was very spacious. The heated spa was a real treat after a long day in the parks too! We were also glad to have the washer and dryer. We didn't need to pack as many clothes as we would have staying in a hotel. The owners thought of everything and were really nice to work with. They answered all of our questions and provided some great tips for our visit that saved us money. We would highly recommend this home for anyone else looking for a place that is close to the parks. We will definitely be back!

 Our family absolutely loved staying in this home during our trip to Florida! The villa had everything we needed plus so much more. Comfortable beds, nice linens, soft towels, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner several nights. The home was spotless and everything looked new. Our kids loved the game room (especially the toys) and the pool. We paid for pool heat and were glad that we did. The temperature dipped into the 50's a few nights but the pool was in the high 80's. We even skipped a planned park day to stay at the house and swim. The owners were great to deal with, answered all of our questions quickly and checked in with us often to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. It was a great vacation and we will definitely stay here again, hopefully soon! We would also recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, well cared for rental home with lots of amenities.

 This house worked out perfectly for our 2 families. It has everything you could need. The kitchen is very clean and has lots of seating. The pool was a great asset. It was used every day. The games room kept the kids (ranging from 5 - 10) busy for hours. The layout is open and everyone was very comfortable in the space. Also, the owner was attentive and promptly returned any inquiries we had about the property. Overall, we would stay here again.

 This is a gorgeous home. The home met all of our expectations and I would HIGHLY recommend this home as a place to consider for your upcoming Kissimmee/Orlando visit. The home is located in a wonderful, well manicured, gated community. The driving distance to the entrance of the parks is about 2 miles from where the home is located in the Windsor Hills complex. The owners are a pleasure to work with. The owners contacted me several times during our two week visit to their home. The listing on this property is very accurate and this home looks and feels almost new. I would highly recommend this property. The two childrens bedrooms were wonderful for our grandchildren and the playroom that is setup in the garage is really and extra feature for this property that other homes in this area do not have. Our trip was mainly to this area to be able to take our grandchildren, son, and daughter in law to visit all the parks that attract so many people to this area. We plan on returning to this area in the future and I hope this home will be available again on our return trip.

 Our recent stay at Villa Park Lane was fantastic! We booked the home as soon as we connected with the owner who was very pleasant, flexible and was keen on ensuring the home was clean and ready for our arrival. We were three adults and two kids so the 4 bedrooms/4full baths were perfect. The home is quite spacious, nicely decorated (great fun bedrooms for the kids), clean and with ample space to move around. It is very well equipped to fit your needs - from fully stocked kitchen, a great playroom with pool table, clean towels (bath and pool) to little extras like strollers to borrow for park visits; lots of movies for a rainy day, etc. We also really liked that the home had video surveillance and is part of a highly secured gated community. The pool was perfect enough that we never visited the clubhouse. The home is also centrally located so that all parks and attractions are just a short drive away. Most of all, the attention of the owner was super! He stayed connected with us throughout our stay and afterwards. The level of care, attention to detail and responsiveness definitely make this property one that we will return to. We hope all future visitors continue to take good care of it as well. Thanks Rick and family for allowing us to enjoy your home, your level of attention and for taking into account our thoughts.

 We so enjoyed our time at this great rental property at Windsor Hills. The home was perfect for my husband and myself, our daughter and son in law and their three children ages 6 to 11. Lovely bedrooms and baths for each, great family living area with tv and DVD and fun DVD's for all the family, great pool and lanai with heated water being perfect for cooler evening swimming. We were only minutes from many of the parks, shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed walking and running through the lovely development. The children thoroughly enjoyed the game room with many options for them. All the amenities for travelers were great...use of beach towels, strollers, etc. Best of all was the experience working with the owner, Rick, who welcomed us and checked in with us periodically via email to see if all was well. Appreciated his great handling of the whole booking procedure! A lovely home that we will rent again if we are in the area!!

 Villa Park Lane was simply a great accommodation. The bedrooms, living spaces, game room, pool and patio and kitchen were all well kept and decorated and very comfortable! The bathroom accommodations were also quite adequate as each room had their own facility making it easy for big groups to get ready hassle free. The property was amazing and a great home away fro home! I also saved tremendously as compared to hotels and felt like I was at a home away from home! 5 stars and I would recommend this property to anyone at anytime!

 We had an amazing time at VPL, we really could not have asked for better! The house was comfortable, well decorated, and the owners really thought of everything!! Our kids enjoyed the toys and couldn't decide on the Mickey room or Toy Story room! There are a lot of advantages to having your own pool, washer and dryer. After long days at the park, it's nice not to have to pack and lug more things back and forth: everything is right there in the house! We did not try the Windsor Hills community pool but the castle playground was a big hit! In summary, if you would like a safe, clean, comfortable stay, with quiet and privacy, close to great shopping and restaurants without paying exorbitant Disney prices (benchmark: $9 for a 4 inch hot dog and bag if chips), while having a 5 min drive to WDW, Villa Park Lane is for you. We'll be back! Thank you Rick for the bed rails!!!

 Rick, Thank you so much for opening up your beautiful home to our family. We are already looking forward to coming again next year. For everyone considering this rental, We have a large family with two boys and two girls. Our oldest is 11 and the youngest is 5. It is not affordable for us to stay on property at Disney if we want to have enough space to be comfortable, but we didn't want to compromise on amenities or extras. Rick's home was as advertised - professionally decorated, newer, really - really clean, but had so many extra things and this is what really impressed us. To list a few extras: a fully stocked game room complete with play toys for young children, pool table, foosball, Wii and Playstation - including games and controllers. Each bedroom had a TV/DVD and the living room a giant Plasma TV and Blueray DVD player - including DVDs of all kinds from kids movies to comedies for mom and dad. The pool was bigger than I expected and safe, with an alarm on the door. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, corkscrew, new dishes (and plastic bowls / plates for kids) and the breakfast nook and table were beautifully set. The kids loved sitting at the counter and watching me make breakfast. We've rented homes in resorts across the US. I have never been in a home where I felt so comfortable and had all these extra items. Nothing was skimped on. My wife has really high standards - expects a lot (she married after all). When we were leaving, she told me "Let's come back next year, but only go to the parks for a couple of days and spend the rest of time here. The kids wanted to relax and spend more time playing in the pool and game room". Sounds like a plan. Best regards, Mike Turner

 Although I am a little late with this review, my memories are still vivid. We can't say enough positive about the home, the community or the home owners. From the time of booking until our return home, Rick was always in touch to make sure we had everything we needed to fully enjoy our vacation. The house was perfect for our 2 families ( 2 couples each with 1 child). It was very clean and obviously well maintained. The girls loved playing in the pool and games room after the long days at the parks. Even though there was a private pool, we took advantage of the community pool one day and it had the feel of a resort. The community was conveniently located and was very safe. I will be back for sure and have recommended this property to anyone who would listen!!!

 Villa Park lane was a wonderful choice for my family. We truly enjoyed all of the amenities!! My daughter loved the pool and hot tub as well as the game room. The Mickey and Minnie bedroom was also a favorite. The home was spacious, well decorated and very clean. In the past we have stayed at 5 star hotels, paid more for them and been disappointed in the size of the rooms. Having an entire home to relax in made this trip more enjoyable for all.  We had a wonderful stay in this home. The owners were very attentive to any requests that we had. They responded very quickly to any concerns. The house is very close to the disney parks as advertised. The complex is great. The home was equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. The owners have really thought of everything to keep families entertained. Video games, pool table, foosball, board games, TV, internet, etc. We loved having our own pool to relax in after spending our days visiting attractions.The house was very clean upon our arrival. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely look to rent this place when we come back to Orlando.

 We couldn't have been more pleased with renting this house! All of the furniture, linens, amenities were outstanding and new (not the case with many other rentals). Every room has a TV and DVD PlayStation) player and they have a huge selection of movies for all ages. Couldn't be a better location- took us 20 minutes from front door to sitting on a trolley to Disney parks. Easy to Leogland as well. Layout of house is perfect for private space and bathrooms for each room. Can't think of a thing that would have improved our stay except more time. Highly recommend this property.

 Nestled within the beautiful resort community of Windsor Hills, Villa Park Lane is a lovely 4 bedroom, 4 bath home with all the amenities you need to settle in and enjoy a Disney vacation. Located just minutes from the main access entrance to the WDW theme parks, this residence is equipped with a game room for children, (and adults) as well as a spacious patio with a well maintained swimming pool. The 4 bedrooms easily accommodates 8 guests, each room with their own bath/shower, and 2 rooms inspired by Toy Story and Disney themes. A very manageable 20 - 25 minute ride from MCO, everything you need is located on route 192 just outside the main entrance gate. The owners are tremendous, good communicators, thorough, and very accessible if you need to contact them. The booking process was simple, and you are provided with all the detail you need prior to your arrival. The property includes everything you need for your stay, we did not find a need to bring or purchase anything outside of grocery store items. Televisions in every room, and wireless access keep you connected to the world during your vacation, so bring you laptop, tablet or smartphone. The clubhouse includes all the amentites described, although you may find very little need to utilize it if you are going to take in all Central Florida has to offer. VPL not only met my expectations, but exceeded them, since the pictures do not do justice to just how tremendous this home is. I would never think of staying in a hotel after experiencing all a Villa has to offer. But do not take my word for it, but my 4 kids who wanted us to buy the house so we could come back whenever we wanted.....it is safe to say, we loved our stay.
