Our extended family gathered here for a long weekend. The house was large enough to comfortably fit us all and had a good mix of 'adult' rooms and 'kid' rooms. The game room was a hit with everyone, as was the pool and hot tub. Only slight downside was the seemingly non-stop traffic jam just outside the neighborhood. Hopefully we just caught it on a bad weekend!

This is a great property in the Windsor Hills Community and our family very much enjoyed our time in the house. The owners were great with their communication -- before, during and after our stay. The check in process was very easy. In addition, they sent a Welcome Packet which included information on everything you need for your stay, including recommendations for shopping and restaurants in the area. The kitchen was well stocked and the whole house was labeled so you knew where everything was. In addition to the items in the Game Room (Air Hockey, Foosball, Pool table, putting green game and darts), there was an XBox in the Main Room and family games (Jenga, Monopoly, etc.) and books available also! The pool was fantastic and my kids enjoyed the basketball hoop and other pool toys that were available. Each bedroom had a comfortable bed, a ceiling fan and a white noise machine. While my kids are older and didn't need all the 'baby items', there was quite a selection -- exersaucer, booster seat, jogging stroller, pack and play, bed side rail, etc. I would have loved having that available in a rental home when my kids were younger! In addition, the Windsor Hills community is great and a short drive to Disney -- plus this home is located closer to the entrance to the Community and is walking distance to the Community Center. Overall, I can't say enough about this house. It checks all the boxes of what you're looking for in a vacation home!!

We stayed at Steve & Sandy's Villa by the Castle for four nights in February 2025.Making the reservation, payment, and communication with Steve and Sandy was super easy. They answered messages right away. The house was super clean. We loved the pool and all of the pool toys.The garage was a game room, which was great for the kids. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean! The kitchen was stocked with the essentials and made cooking easy. Parking and driving in and out was easy. We were 5 minutes from Magic Kingdom, which was really nice. We left the house at 7:15 am and had no traffic issues. Coming home we did hit traffic at 5 pm. It took us about 15 minutes to get back to the house. Traffic in Orlando is just crazy! Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Villa by the Castle! It was worth it to stay here instead of the overpriced Disney properties. We loved that it was private compared to a Disney resort. Grocery stores were close by, but they were busy. Walmart was a zoo on the weekends. Again, Steve and Sandy were great hosts and they keep a very clean property! We give them two thumbs up! : )

Planned a quick trip to Hollywood Studios to see Muppet 3D before it closed. The house is amazing! Very clean and well kept. My husband I traveled with our adult children to celebrate his retirement. We visited Universal, Magic Kingdom, and Epcot. When we weren't at the parks we enjoyed the home, especially the pool and hot tub! The house was super clean and there were QR codes to assist in logging on the Wifi as well as link you to directions for the hot tub and pool. We utilized both of the living areas and kitchen. It was a great value as well!

Spent 4 days there with my adult children and their significant others. We had 8 people stay there and the house was the perfect size. Wish we could have stayed longer! The location is perfect for going to The parks. I don't think it took us more than 20 minutes get to any of the parks.

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone and stocked with everything we needed and more. The biggest pleasure was the pool and hot tub. That was the biggest hit with everyone. It was used every day even though we out every day doing theme parks and sightseeing. House was nicely decorated, and everything labeled and was stocked with needed items for cooking if you were doing that but we at out or did take out. Would definitely use this location again if every had the need. I will recommend this property to anyone looking for this type of property.

We had a wonderful stay at this property for our family reunion. It was spacious, clean, and all adults/families had a space of their own. There was also lots of baby gear, which we really appreciated. The pool and hot tub in the back were fabulous and felt secluded and peaceful. My husband, 1 year old, best friend and her husband and their one year old stayed here, and it was honestly sucha a great stay! Sandy and Steve were the BEST hosts we have ever had. So communicative, so sweet, so informative, just all around great hosts! And their house!? OMG amazing! We all couldn't stop talking about how great it was! The pool was clean, hot tub was amazing, living areas were perfect for our boys to run/crawl around, the beds were so comfy and the main master bathroom was incredible! It genuinely felt like home to us! We had one very small issue with the kitchen faucet, but I reached out to Sandy & Steve, and the NEXT DAY we had a handyman there to fix it! HOW CONVENIENT AND ON TOP OF IT ARE THEY! Highly recommend this rental, and I am genuinely hoping we can stay here again!

Me and my friends of 15+ years love to take a yearly trip if possible where all of us reunite and spend time with each other since we all have wives/kids/careers. My family and I had the pleasure of being guests at the Villa by the Castle to celebrate our children's May birthdays. Let me start off by saying the villa did not disappoint! We traveled with our twin 1 yr olds, our 2 yr old and and our 11 yr old plus the grandparents. Everyone was so comfortable and throughly enjoyed their stay. The amenities were plentiful and Steve and Sandy really put a lot of thought into their accommodations so that each guest, no matter the age, could be comfortable. From fully equiped sleeping arrangements for all ages (cribs etc.), to a fully staged kitchen equiped with all your cooking needs during your stay. The pool was clean and ready for use upon arrival. The pool staff even came to clean the pool during our stay. Steve and Sandy, I can't thank you enough for all you did to make our family vacation a success. We WILL be back!

Eleven family members together. The house and the resort offered everything anyone could want. We spent 2 days at Disney and I at Universal and then the other days we enjoyed the house/resort amenities. We cooked in several evenings with the fully stocked kitchen. It was perfect for our family. The owners were super nice and made the entire process easy.

My wife and myself wanted to have a once in a lifetime Disney experience for our family which included our 3 sons and their better half's as well as our 4 wonderful grandchildren. So it was very important to us to have no surprises. Well from the very start our host Sandy and Steve were absolutely marvelous they made the whole process really easy and they covered ever detail of the rental process. If I had a question I got my answer immediately. The house was everything we expected and more. It was spotless and organized and everyone really enjoyed the game room and pool. Disney world was an easy 10 min drive from the house so we didn't need to get everyone up really early to get to the park. The days when we didn't go to a park the main pool area in the resort was fantastic. I couldn't recommend this house and the wonderful host any higher. If I could rate this review eleven out of ten I would.

The house was clean, had plenty of space for my family and was very kid-friendly. My daughter loved swimming in the pool, and it was great to be able to use the crib and strollers rather than having to bring our own. The neighborhood felt safe and we had a great time at the community pool with water slides. The house is an easy, short drive to Disney. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Our family went on vacation to visit Disney and found this home to be exactly what we needed! It had all the amenities we could have asked for and more. We stayed at this property to visit universal and Disney and we had a wonderful time. The hosts were quick to respond to messages and very helpful. The property had all the baby equipment we needed so we didn't need to pack our own. The property also has wonderful amenities to entertain kids and infants both in the house and at the property club house. We were only about 20 minutes from Disney and maybe 25 minutes to Universal and that made it easy to get to the parks at opening. We definitely plan to stay at this property again if it's available for our next Disney vacation.

This house worked great for us and let my teen and college kids spread out a bit and have their own rooms and bathrooms. House was very clean and the kitchen was very well appointed. We didn't use the pool or game room but those seemed nice as well. The house is inside a large gated neighborhood so it does take awhile to enter and exit due to car backups and it isn't necessarily walkable to shops or restaurants if that is something you're interested in. About a 15 min drive to Disney with traffic and all of the stop lights. Sandy was great to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her Vrbo.

Our family absolutely loved our stay here. You just can't ask for more: spacious, clean, near to everything you will need from entertainment, (for us: Discovery Cove, Legoland, Sea World) to shopping and restaurants. It is also only about a block from the clubhouse and arcade/swimming. Steve and Sandy, our host answered any questions I text them within minutes. You can't ask for more and we hope to go back one day.

Our family of 11 (children ages 6, 9, 12 and 16) stayed here over Thanksgiving for one week. It would be impossible for you to find a better place to stay if you are considering renting a home near the Disney World parks. The owners have thought of everything to make it easy for renters. In addition, Sandy & Steve are excellent hosts, always responding quickly to any questions or issues you may have. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, is spacious, has comfy beds, super nice washer and dryer, lovely pool, is close to anything you would need (Starbucks, Walmart, the parks). This is the best house we have ever rented. When not at the parks, the kids used the pool (pool toys are provided), the X-Box, and the pool table and air hockey in the game room. Our time together at the parks was the highlight of our week, but this house will always be remembered as a highlight also. You cannot go wrong if you decide to rent this house.

The house was beautifully kept and very clean when we arrived. There are signs and labels for everything so no one gets confused. Every switch is labeled with its function. We had a little trouble with the spa upon our arrival, but the hosts were very responsive and quick to get the problem fixed. Overall, we had a great time and would totally stay atvthis house again.

We stayed for our fall break for 4 nights. Everything was perfect. The house was easy to access and the hosts were friendly, efficient, and gave me all the information I needed well in advance. We traveled with two dogs and they loved the house and there were plenty of spaces for the crates. Beds were super comfortable and with 4 king beds we were all able to have our space. It was easy to access the Disney parks and the other local attractions like sea world. We will definitely come back here for our future vacations.

Since, we've come to feel like Steve and Sandy's home is reliably clean and welcoming. They are available and ready to assist if needed. When we stay in this home, we feel like every detail is considered to make sure people have what they need and feel comfortable there. The pool and spa area are clean and maintained. Additionally the security in this neighborhood is strict in a good way. They enforce the rules and provide the reassurance that a family neighborhood should. This home is way more than what is advertised. Steve & Sandy were the best host. They provided us with everything we needed while staying at their property. The house is amazing. I literally stayed in the pool everyday i was there and didn't want to leave. Our children loved the video games, pool table, pool toys etc and it kept them occupied. We didn't even venture to the resort pool because this home had all you needed to entertain. We will definitely ne back again.

This property is by far the best we have ever stayed in. We travel a lot. The Owners - Sandy and Steve have thought of everything! It's immaculate and organized. New flooring, couches and kitchen countertops. Baby stuff to cover all ages, including all pool toys and a huge game room. Our Grandchildren had a blast. It's close to the all the parks, Disney Springs and Sea World. We were so busy we didn't even have time to enjoy all the amenities within the neighborhood which included dueling water slides, pool and so much more. You will feel safe in this gated community! Beautiful property in a great location. The backyard was great and we spent most of the non Disney time in the heated pool. The house is very well laid out for two families. Host was very helpful and responsive. Thanks for a great vacation spot!

This property exceeded our expectations!! We had a 3 generational gathering at this home and we truly don't think we could have picked a better place! The location of the house is so convenient to the Castle Park and Community Pool (both places we frequented ALOT due to our grandkids' ages: 3-1/2, 1-1/2 & 7 months). The zero entry community pool was absolutely perfect for our 3 littles!! We felt like we were at a resort!! We also enjoyed many hours in our house pool! We loved having the natural barrier around the pool which provided us privacy. The close location to Disney Parks (and a huge Walmart!) was so convenient, too. Finally, Steve & Sandy were amazing hosts! We had a slight glitch with the house code when we originally arrived and they immediately replied with a new house code which worked. They were also quick to respond on a few of our other inquiries we had during our visit. We would definitely rebook this home for a future FL family gathering!! Steve and Sandy, thank you for being top notch hosts and for allowing our family to make so many amazing memories at your home!!

Thank you Steve and Sandy for a wonderful home away from home! This was our first time traveling since having kids (and due to Covid) - we were with a one year old and soon to be three year old, plus had two friends and their daughter joining us so a super clean and baby/toddler friendly home was essential. I wasn't sure it existed until I found Villa by the Castle. All the baby stuff we could think of was there - stair gate, pool gate, high chairs, strollers, cribs, non-slip tub mats and baby bathtub, stool for our toddler to reach the sink, even a potty seat...just so much! And when I noted that the sun umbrella was broken on a stroller - the owners had a new stroller delivered the next day! Baby stuff aside, the house was awesome. Spacious, comfy beds, lots of seating, lovely decor, and safe thanks to being in a gated community. It was stocked with all the essential appliances including two coffee makers for big groups and even starter consumables such as detergent, toilet paper, dish sponges, etc. which was nice. The owners made a really handy welcome guide that addressed everything we needed to know and for a few random questions we had, they were quick to respond. It was close to Disney and we had a wonderful stay. If you're thinking of renting this house, don't hesitate. The owners are very attentive and thoughtful people who clearly enjoy sharing their home with people who will care for it and appreciate it. My only regret is that we didn't book longer!

We had an amazing stay!!! The home is exactly as described and the owners have thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable. Everything is extremely organized and baby friendly. We liked how we walked in and could find everything immediately. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and there are plenty of toys for children. The community center is terrific and there are plenty of playgrounds. The owners are extremely responsive and attentive to every detail. A must stay!!!

We were so happy with this rental! Steve and Sandy were so accessible and responded right away to our questions. Beds were comfy. We really appreciated that everything was labeled and organized so well. It had absolutely everything we needed. What sold us on booking the house was everything was included in the stay. I didn't want to have to worry about the pool or hot tub being too cold for the kids to swim or have to worry about additional fees. We spent hours in the pool and hot tub and it was wonderful! We had lots to do in the area - discovery cove, sea world, and aquatica. We also took a day and drove to Clearwater. We appreciated how close this house was to grocery store, liquor store, etc. This house has everything you need for a fun and memorable vacation! Thanks Steve and Sandy!

Let's start with the negatives. There are none- that was easy. We had a wonderful stay. The pictures on the site are accurate but really don't really do the place justice. It's beautiful! We found it clean, open, bright and comfortable. The pool and hot tub on the lenai were a fantastic amenity. Let's talk about the kitchen! As a family that likes to cook we were pleasantly surprised to find every kitchen appliance and convenience tucked neatly inside the pantry! Steve and Sandy were excellent hosts. They sent us all the information we needed prior to our stay as well as some very handy extras on locations of nearby stores and attractions. They checked on us to make sure we got in ok and when we had some car trouble they were exceptionally responsive to our questions about a repair shop. My family and I look forward to staying again! Thank you, Steve and Sandy!

Kids loved the play room and pool , it was great not to fight technology time haha they didn't even care to go on devices between the pool and the playroom! Kitchen had everything you could need! We stay a short weekend to do Animal kingdom, Disney parks are 10-15 min drive which is awesome!! Definitely saving this property on my favorites for the next orlando trip! Communication with host was great and quick!

Such a wonderful two weeks. Everything you need is there. If you have a family with small kids like us and find yourself packing strollers, pack n plays, high chairs, even a waffle maker - do not look any further. This house had it all. This house was perfect!! We had 12 people. 8 adults 4 children ranging in age from 10 months to 66. The villa had everything you would need for children. Very close to everything!! Our children loved the pool and game room. My 8 year old grandson finally learned to swim and we couldn't get him out of the water. Steve and Sandy thought of everything you would ever need. Would definitely recommend villa by the castle to everyone!! Thank you again for a memorable family vacation!!! Will be back!!💕

I'll just say I spent way too much time reporting issues on vacation! It changed from being excited to enjoy the house to making due. I definitely expected better. Ranging from ants all over countertops and kitchen table, the refrigerator never really got cold but we just used our coolers, dirty spa and pool (beyond normal expected things) issues with TVs freezing (family room was frozen and would not operate until night before leaving) I took a picture of the upstairs master suite tv requiring a parental code to watch tv after a certain hour, that the host knew nothing about. In mentioning it at breakfast the next morning 2 other rooms had the same issue. I received fast responses but not a lot of solutions. Pest control coming was a 'no' almost everyone in my group has respiratory issues etc so spraying chemicals while we were there wasn't the answer. I just feel like quality in allowing time to take care of the home between guests is more important than booking a new stay the same day someone checks out if it's going to cause so many over sites. Someone did come out to clean the spa and pool after I messaged the host.

The house was also very clean and included anything you could have needed. (Kitchen supplies, cooking supplies, and other miscellaneous items). Really enjoyed our stay! The splash pad was the best we've ever seen and our kids loved it. Great water slides too. Main pool was a bit warm for our liking, but the pool at the house was always nice and cool. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Everything was as described and our family of 12 fit very well. Not sure we found 12 bath towels in the house, but there were 6+ pool towels as well. Didn't like the owners rule of 74 degrees on thermostat at night. I understand the need of higher temps during the day due to heat of the area, but 70 should be acceptable at night. Would recommend some curtains too for windows to keep heat and light out. House was very clean except for the floors. The tile floor will turn your white socks black. House was very homey, great kitchen supplies and excellent amenities for kids (the reason we ultimately chose this home.) Would not recommend going to the Walmart close by. Drive the extra distance and go to Publix. You will save yourself time and sanity. Four corners has to be the busiest intersection area in Orlando. Always traffic, just give yourself a little time and be patient.

We went on a small vacation with our family. The house was in a completely safe and nice neighborhood. There was a water park 2 mins walking distance from the property. We were near restaurants and shopping centers. The hosts were absolutely wonderful and accomadating. Quick to respond to any issue or question. They made us feel at home. The house had everything you needed. We will definitely be back!!!

Wish we booked to stay longer. Our family vacation was amazing. Everyone had so much fun. The villa has so much to do for everyone. We went to clear water beach on Monday and Tuesday to universal studios for the first time. The house was completely stocked with everything we needed and the owners communicated with me promptly. The rental process was simple from start to finish. Check in was made so easy by the use of a passcode and enabled members our family to get into the rental house at separate arrival times. The home was immaculate, comfortable and spacious, and well stocked with anything you might need on a vacation with children and adults! There was nothing we needed that we couldn't find right in the house. The property was located very close to the Disney Parks, had a beautiful private pool and a park/ playground right on site!

We had an amazing time here! The house was set up perfectly for our large group with room to spare! We had 5 adults and 7 children. Everything was so neatly labeled and they had everything we needed (even cereal bowls with the straws attached- so fun!!). and Steve and Sandy were easy to get ahold of and responded right away. Having the pool right out the back door was great and so perfect for letting the kids swim and play anytime of the day! The kids couldn't believe there was a game room in the house!! The location was close to both the playground and the large pool and water park. We had a wonderful vacation and wish we could have stayed longer, but we definitely made the most of it in this perfect house!

Spacious, plenty of amenities, fun game room, clean pool and hot tub. Had everything we needed for 9 people. Kitchen was well stocked, had a brand new fridge. Plenty of towels, washer and dryer were great. Gated community, felt safe. Would stay here again. A few things were in need of replacing (cushions at outdoor table, hole in 1 couch), but nothing to deter me. Hosts were responsive prior to trip and honestly didn't need to contact them during our stay because everything was set up and labeled with directions so nicely!!

If you have a large family with young children this location is ideal. The house has everything you could possibly need from a wealth of dishes to pool toys for all ages. There is a great children's play ground 2 minutes from the house. The central resort style pool caters to the very young with beach slope access to the older children who can utilize the water park type slides. Close to everything you will need in terms of food or food delivery and to the Disney parks. Super clean and well organized upon arrival.

The house, pool and neighborhood were great. There were a few problems with the house and the owner took care of them immediately. My gripe is with Windsor Hills. Our family had 3 cars. We needed a pass for all cars. No problem. Third car had to park at Club House (Windsor Hills policy) No Problem. Saw many homes with 3 cars parked on their driveways! Had a family member staying at Disney and wanted to come to the house for Super Bowl. Called the front gate to see if she could come for a few hours and they said no. Only 3 cars. She had to park her car at the local Walmart and we had to go and pick her up. Not happy with that. Overall a great house!!!

This was the perfect home for our recent trip to Disney. Close enough yet far enough it didn't seem like we were in the hustle and bustle. The home was very clean and had most everything we needed. Only thing is that I wish it would have had a Christmas tree but we made do and my girls didn't seem to mind. The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe feeling. It has a really nice water park and we loved the pool and hot tub in our backyard. Steve and Sandy were awesome communicators! Cannot wait to visit again!

This property was very clean, spacious, and well stocked. I appreciate that you provided laundry detergent, dish detergent, cleaning supplies, and garbage bags. We didn't use that much but it was nice that it was available. Thank you for also offering pool heat and propane for the grill at no extra cost. The baby gear came in usesful too for our little one. We couldn't have had a more perfect place to stay. It was wonderful!

We loved this house! Steve and Sandy were so great to work with, and super helpful and readily available if we needed to ask a question. The house has everything you may need. We cooked at home a lot and we're thankful for a stocked kitchen with all the appliances and dishes etc. The baby equipped house was great so we didn't have to bring additional items on the plane. The washer was acting up prior to our arrival (but still functional) so they arranged a brand new one to be delivered during our stay. Much appreciated, because with 4 kids there is a lot of laundry! Having the playground and clubhouse so close was great, we loved walking the neighborhood as well. House was clean and plenty of space for our family vacation with 8 adults and 4 kids. Kids loved the pool at the house as well. Getting to Disney was super easy and we loved how close the parks were. We will be returning for sure!

We visited for Disney World's 50th. Steve and Sandy were extremely responsive, kind and helpful. The house is great- we loved the pool in particular. So close to the parks that it is as convenient as taking monorail/gondola/bus/cab to your hotel, but with lots more room, a full kitchen (so quick and inexpensive breakfast), a great pool, and all at a better cost! We will certainly return.

The house was perfect for 14, 8 grandkids and 6 adults. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The private pool and hot tub were clean and everyone was able to enjoy them. Lots of toys and floats were provided. The owners provided everything you could need as far as cleanjng supplies whereas other houses we rented only provided starter packs. The owners were great when it came to communicating with them. They answered all questions and provided everything that was needed. Locations to Disneyp parks, Disney Springs and Universal were great! All within 30 minute drive. If you like to shop, there were plenty of outlets and mall near by. I would highly reccommend this house for anyone with a large family looking to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Everything about this vacation rental was on point... check-in, description of property, neighborhood, communication with owner. And the kitchen!! No need to eat out when you stay at the Villa by the Castle, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. But, if you want to grab food out the choices close by are numerous!! We were in town for an AAU national basketball tournament which we also turned into a family vacation. We traveled with 10 adults and one teenager. The house was spacious, clean, and very inviting. Sandy and Steve were amazing with their response time and instructions. We were so relaxed it felt like a home away from home. The Lanai was definitely our favorite spot in the house. We will absolutely return to Villa by the Castle and recommend it to anyone we know who may be traveling to Orlando!

The location was great, the house was large enough so we didn't feel like we were on to of each other (3, 6, 8, 12,13 yr olds and 7 adults), There was so many activities we could do in the house and then there was the pool! The house was perfect for our family of 13, lots of items for 18mo old, kids 4-8 adored the game room and pool & hot tub was enjoyed by parents , grandparents and kids. We ordered food in a couple of nights and the local restaurants were great having all orders quick and correct. Plenty of pool towels available, lots of extras to meet all needs and comforts of home. Community pool was fabulous and all community staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this property to all.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a quick trip but having the pool, game room and space was great! We didn't even get a chance to use the club house amenities and didn't feel that we missed out. The added touch of access to a baby gate, bed rails and baby monitor made me feel more at ease with a toddler in the home too.

Really good spot for a family to say who wants to go to Disney but doesnt want to stay on Disney property. Very close (under 15 min) drive to all the Disney resorts. The house is big, clean and nice. Great pool/hot tub. The community pool is fun too. This is well managed and the owners are great at communicating and preparing you for your trip. Highly recommend.

We love this house and location of this house to everything, WDW and a Walmart just down the rode . We stayed here in 2016 and will be back again ! This house is always clean and quiet . We just spent over a week in this wonderful home. It is perfect for a family vacation to Disney or other close by attractions. Windsor Hill has lots of amenities and the water park is very nice but our grand children really enjoyed coming home each day to the private pool and spa at Villa by the Castle. When not experiencing Disney, we spent lots of time swimming, playing games and relaxing on the lanai. We went to each of the parks and the drive was so short. It was awesome having the well stocked kitchen and grill for meals. Steve and Sandy have anticipated all of the things you need in a temporary home to have a wonderful, relaxing vacation. We are looking forward to another visit in the future.

We totally enjoyed our spring break stay here! The pool and hot tub were well maintained, the house was immaculate... and exactly as pictured. Even our dogs adjusted great to being there cause it was so homey. Something of great importance to our family..the protective removable fence to keep a two year old safe when not using the pool was a great thing to have. A well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates and utensils. The only thing we can recommend is booking any reservations for restaurants in advance or you may not get in! We were there spring break and they may have had a lot to do with it. The entire community is well maintained and the kids all enjoyed the the main pool with the slides. The response from the owners was almost immediate to any questions we had. They were beyond gracious and helpful. Do not hesitate to book this house....absolutely great family vacation with little ones and our pets.

This is a perfect home for a family, plenty of room in the house. Pool was fine for four families to use, with 6 kids from 1-10. The location is perfect with a short walk to water park/community pool and there was a park for the younger children one block away and a park with tennis, basketball and volleyball for older kids and adults a couple blocks away. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful week. Planning on coming again next year.

We wanted a place that our big family could enjoy while also exploring Florida. The big house and indoor pool gave us plenty of space for our group of 11, with 4 little ones, to not only spread out but also enjoy precious time together. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the kids loved the rec room. We also made multiple trips to Cocoa Beach for awesome beach time and deep sea fishing just an hour drive away. Overall the house was amazing, the location was great and the homeowners had great communication. We will hopefully be back!!

If I could give them 6 stars for communication I would! Steve & Sandy were wonderful hosts and anytime we needed anything they were on it! The property itself was spacious and very clean. Loved having the pool and hot tub! They even accommodated our 2 big dogs and loved having the sidewalks in the neighborhood to walk them. I even walked them at night and felt totally safe. The resort amenities were fun for the kids. We loved everything about this place and will definitely keep it in mind for the future! Thanks again!

The house had all we needed for our winter getaway! Plenty of room and having 4 king beds was great! Kitchen was fully stocked with all you could want! This house was a fantastic base for a much-needed end-of-2020 family vacation. The location is perfect for beach days to the Atlantic or the Gulf, swimming with manatees, and the theme parks in Orlando. There was plenty of space to hang-out, there were enough bedrooms with king beds for all the adults in our group. The pool, hot tub, and especially the grill all got used often. Communication with the hosts was always helpful and very responsive. Overall, this was a very nice vacation rental.

My family of five and grandpa and grandma were blown away by this house. It hit every check mark that we were looking for. Great location, heated pool, BBQ (both of which you didn't have to pay extra for) the game room and overall space and cleanliness of the house was emmaculate. What you see is what you get with this house and the icing on the cake are Steve and Sandy. They checked in with us, the one time that we did text them the response was very quick. This house truly had everything you needed. Above and beyond with the little details and we will definitely be back and have already told several friends about the location.

Our original plans were to go to Gulf Shores, but due to the damage from Hurricane Sally it was canceled. We decided to go to Orlando because it's been years since we've been to the parks. The house is large, but very homey. We loved the pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed having the game room, we played a lot of pool, air hockey and darts. The washer and dryer are great, we were able to wash our clothes before heading home. They also provided pool towels which was awesome, we didn't need to pack any. It was close to everything. We enjoyed the resort too, nice pool area, workout center and game room. We will return someday and hopefully be able to get this lovely home.

We were so fortunate to find this property that could fit all of us. The communication with and from the owners is by far one of the best aspects of the home. Everything was spotless throughout the home and was made very user friendly with labels and detailed documentation /instructions. This rental home is absolutely fantastic. It was extremely clean which is more important than ever during the pandemic. We felt very safe and had no concerns about the sanitizing practices. It is also well stocked, instructions for everything and it's all clearly labeled. I very much appreciated that cleaning supplies, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc were included because that is not usually the case in a rental property. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and provide so much information before your vacation. I highly recommend.

The community pool, water park, and playground were all also enjoyed by the kids. The house was as exactly what we needed. It was close to attractions and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. We had 2 babies with us and the house had all our needs, cribs, strollers, high chairs and bouncey playthings. Not only a complete set for one but for two. You do not find that in many places. One thing that made me book this house was there was no extra fee to heat the pool. That was a plus and the big kids loved to come home from the parks and swim in the evenings. They also enjoyed all the games provided, PlayStation, board games and Air Hockey. We adults loved the pool table, darts and foosball.
Our host Steve and Sandy were great. They provided welcome packets with great information and directions on how to use everything in the house from the TV's to the lights. We were welcomed with a gift of snacks that was so sweet! Any question I had were answered very quickly. If you want a great experience this is the place to stay you will not be disappointed and we will definitely be back.

This was the perfect VRBO! We had a nice Welcome Food Package was a life saver after a late flight with 5 children. Villa was stocked with every appliance you would need, Towels galore, and a game room that our grandchildren fell in love with, not to mention XBox. The saltwater pool and hot tub were game changers for us. Windsor Hills gated community offered awesome swimming pools as well. The Villa is a perfect location to all fun Orlando places and beaches. Communication with Steve and Sandy was exemplary. We will be back for sure!

This is a beautiful place to stay! The property looked exactly like the pictures showed! There was plenty of room for our party of 10. The beds were very comfortable and everything was in good shape. We had one issue with a TV and it was resolved very quickly...Steve and Sandy were very prompt in answering any questions we had. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing in after a long day at the parks and the kids loved the pool! The location of the villa in regards to all the parks was perfect! It didn't take us more than 10-15 min to reach the Disney parks each day. We would definitely recommend this place and if we fond ourselves in the area again would not hesitate to stay again! Also the welcome package from Steve and Sandy was an awesome surprise after a day of traveling!

We booked this house for the week after Thanksgiving while we did the Disney parks. Great location for the parks, gated community, and close to everything we needed. Spent the week in this great property with extended family ...9 people 3 generations. The week started with sunny days and 80 plus temps and ended in rain and 50s..but this house made it a breeze. So close to Disney World (10 minutes) but the best time ended up being at the house swimming in the heated pool and grilling out on the large propane grill. Every thing we needed from coffee pots to pots and pans were there. The kids (age 9-15) loved the gameroom and were never bored. Thanks for a great week.

We had a marvellous 2 week holiday at the villa. It had absolutely everything you would need - from dishwasher and laundry tabs to a great gas BBQ with propane included. Our party which included children from ages one to eight were so well catered for. There was an abundance of baby equipment including cots, buggies, books, toys and games for all ages. The kids were never bored. The pool (with plenty of pool toys) and hot tub were sublime! We all had an amazing stay. I would highly recommend this great villa and the Windsor Hills resort. The Disney Parks were so near that when we didn't feel like driving an Uber taxi was under$10 each way! We would definitely return!

This was our first time venturing into a VRBO (as opposed to hotels) and we have to say that Steve and Sandy made the process so simple and enjoyable! From the prompt responses to every question leading up to our stay, to the welcome package upon arrival, to the thank you messages at the end, it was all great. We stayed with 2 children under 4 and the amenities for kids were clean, easy to access and included with our stay. Given that we had 2 kids, the net fence in front of the pool was a huge bonus. The house was beautiful, spacious and each room had plenty of space for us. Plenty of towels for everyone, even laundry soap for a load of laundry we needed to do! Entry and departure from the complex was also very easy. Super close to Disney which was the reason for our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Hosts were very responsive and helpful. The house was spacious and worked so well for our large family The pool was extra fun Location is perfect. You couldn't get closer to Disney unless you were in a Disney property. My personal favorite part was all the baby amenities. We have twin one year olds and we didn't have to pack much for them because this house was so equipped with baby items. It made traveling with babies very convenient. I will be coming back to this house for sure. I also enjoyed the starter pack of food as it helped us not rush to the store. PS: the store is less than a minute away. Oh and last thing: the clubhouse pool was so amazing... Again perfect for families with kids and babies.

Everything was clean & tidy (although the maid was still there when we arrived at 4:45 she made an effort to be thorough yet hasty) The 'little extras' are what made this place perfect. To arrive and have even a couple of drinks in the fridge & snacks for my ravenous family after travel was extremely thoughtful & a perfect touch. Updates & notifications about the weather / airport reports from the owners showed concern & offering of any assistance for numbers for travel and lodging with impending hurricane. The weather ended up holding out and our trip was perfect. We could not have asked for more perfect accommodations & we hope to return to the Villa by the Castle for future vacations.

I picked this property over others initially because it seemed most equipped for the extras you need when you travel with a toddler. From the minute we booked Steve and Sandy started taking care of every detail. The house guide is very thorough to ensure you can be most prepared for your time at Disney or whatever you do. We like to hit a theme park, take a day off, then hit a theme park again, take a day off... This Villa by the Castle really catered to every age. We loved playing pool, and air hockey. The swimming pool had so many play toys and even a puddle jumper. The clubhouse pool was nice too. The kitchen was equipped well. Wish there was a bigger crockpot to accommodate a larger crew and a pancake skillet, but we were still happy without those items. Steve and Sandy even had a welcome gift waiting for our family to help us begin our trip without running to the store. The Wal-mart was always busy! Thank you for making this part of our trip fantastic!

'The property was everything that we hoped for! The kids had a blast in the swimming pool and the game room kept them occupied when they were out of the pool. The house was very clean and spacious. My wife was surprised at how many useful things were in the house for us to use. We brought a small foldable stroller for our youngest, but saw that there was a bigger stroller in the house for us to use when going to the theme parks. I would definitely recommend renting from Steve and Sandy again, they always kept in great contact with us and gave us more than enough information on what to do while we were in town. Would rent this property again the next time we're back down in Orlando.'

We were a party of 7 adults and 3 under fives so we needed plenty of room and we certainly got that as everybody had a bed room and a bath room to each family group. With 3 under fives we also had all of the equipment we could have wished for. The whole experience from booking to arrival and the actual 2 week stay itself went like a dream, the owners Steve & Sandy communicate at all stages and left a nice welcome pack for our arrival which was much appreciated after our long journey from London. If you want a villa that includes everything and I mean everything with no additional or hidden costs such as gas for the bbq or heating the pool etc then please book the villa by the castle you wont be disappointed. Would we book again yes we would a 5* rating from our party.

Our family had a fabulous reunion at Villa by the Castle. With 6 adults and 4 children we needed a large space that was fully equipped. This property had it all. The owners Steve and Sandy had excellent communication from first contact to check out which was very reasuring. There was a large welcome package waiting for us at check in so we didn't have to rush to the store for essentials. Cleaning supplies, laundry and dish detergent was added bonuses. The house itself was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable with extra linens and lots of towels for the pool. The salt water pool was warm and the hot tub was a great hit with everyone. I appreciated that there was no extra charge for the pool heat. We spent hours in it every day. Two of our kids learnt to swim during our stay. Within a short walk, was the community pool with water slides for the kids, also a huge hit. The games room in the house was used by all with air hockey being the favourite. Although the we didn't use much of it, there was lots of equipment for babies and young children. The stroller was very handy during our days at Disney. We cooked most of our meals so the extremely well equipped kitchen was greatly appreciated. There are lots of dishes, glasses, pots, pans & cooking equipment. We even made 3 birthday cakes using the equipment on hand. The house is just a few miles from Disney and we were even provided with a shortcut to the front gate. LEGO land was only 35 minutes away and was loved by all. Walmart is really close and all other major chains are nearby as are a variety of restaurants if you want to eat out. We stayed 12 days and we still didn't do everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend Villa by the Castle; it is a great value and is the best equipped rental home I have ever stayed in. The six of us just loved this lovely, roomy home and hope to go back in the future! It had everything we needed for eleven days of fun and relaxation! This property had plenty of room for our whole family. The grandchildren & adults had a wonderful time in the pool in addition to the waterpark and movie theatre at the Villa. We were very thankful for all the baby items that were available so my daughter didn't have to haul extra things with her. The pool toys came in handy for the grandsons enjoyment while in the pool also. Steve & Sandy were great in answering all our questions before we arrived and keeping us informed up til the time we got there & after. Had a quick check-in with both my husband & I and our kids when they arrived from the airport late at night. The welcoming package that was at the house was greatly appreciated. The location was very convenient for our agenda in going to the parks, ocean and gulf. The house had everything we needed for cooking, laundering and playing. The game room was enjoyed by all the family too. We would definitely give Steve & Sandy a call at staying there again in the future for another family vacation!

The house was great, it had SO much stuff - I over packed (having 3 little boys I wanted to be prepared) and the house was incredible. The owners were amazing to work with and so attentive the entire time. We had an issue with a crib mattress not being in the house - someone previous must have damaged or removed it from the house - and they immediately ordered us a new one and offered to rent us a crib until the mattress arrived. We arrived to some grocery essentials to get us started, soap and shampoo starters... they also provided garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent - a lot of little things other homes do not provide. The beds were comfortable too!

We rented this property for 10 total, 7 adults and 3 kids age 2,4 & 6. Had a first floor bedroom and full bath for great grandma! Large kitchen, well stocked with everything you would need and completely labeled! Large washer/dryer, plenty of pool towels and bath towels, baby gear which came in handy at the parks. Kids really enjoyed the community pool and snack shack (great prices too). Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling with a large group. Kids used the pool and hot tub every day. This large home was extremely comfortable for our group of 10 adults and a 4 month baby. Lots of baby equipment was available (we did have to clean stroller...only item we planned to use). Everything listed was available and then some. The kitchen was well outfitted to do plenty of home cooking as well as baking! The way everything was labeled made it super easy to put items back in their place. If you are looking for a great layout, plenty of space, great location and so many thoughtful touches all at a decent price, this is the one. The owners are very responsive. This worked perfectly for us. I always read reviews before booking, so it's very important that what is written is accurate. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!! Any negatives? Well, if you are looking for posh and super up-to-date, this may not be what you want. There are some updating issues (suggestions: carpet replaced, re-grout showers, kitchen counter needs to be replaced) that could be addressed, but once again, this is very worth it!! I would give it 5*

Our family of 11 had a wonderful week in Florida - great rental! The house is very close to Disney and Universal and many other shopping areas and restaurants. It was extremely clean and comfortable and had the most stocked and organized kitchen we've ever seen in a rental home! Steve and Sandy were great - they left a welcome gift for us for our Friday night arrival and were extremely responsive checking in with us throughout our stay as questions came up. The kids loved the pool and hot tub right out back and there's a large pool area with water slide that was a 5-minute walk away. They also made good use of the game room and gaming systems in the house during down time. If we ever needed a space for a large group again, we'd love to make another trip and stay here.

It was the first time our granddaughters have been to Disney and to see their beautiful eyes light up was just magical. I would highly recommended this vacation home. It has everything you could ask for. Steve and Sandy are wonderful. When you had a question or a concern they got right back to you and fixed the problem. We just returned from 8 days at this property. We had a great experience with both the house and the owners. We found the property very clean, well-stocked with essentials, and organized. Steve and Sandy provide a fantastic welcome package that includes some cold drinks, snacks, and adult beverages, which were welcomed after traveling with 4 children! The kitchen has absolutely every tool you can think of and everything is meticulously labeled so you know where to put it back. They also supply basics like trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, salt/peppper -- things that you don't want to have to buy, especially for a short trip. And they have a ton of baby equipment that's in really good shape -- we used their jogging stroller all week and the bedrails they provide for the twin beds. The furniture is comfortable, clean, and attractive. We spent a lot of evenings exhausted on the couches watching movies and there was plenty of room for our group of 8. Steve and Sandy are also highly responsive. We had an issue with the grill malfunctioning while we were there and someone was out to check it (on a Sunday I believe) within an hour and a new grill delivered a day and a half later. It was seriously impressive. They make everything very easy for guests, with a very detailed guest manual, including menus for local restaurants that can get through the long Windsor Hills gate line without having to check in with the guard. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from Steve and Sandy again. You really can't go wrong with this house.

All three families enjoyed our week-long stay at Villa By the Castle. The home had every amenity possible, including everything we needed to accommodate our 2 year-old grandsons. We also took advantage of the community playground and pool. A new section of the community pool opened during our stay, which includes new water slides and a splash zone. We would definitely come again the next time that we visit WDW and recommend that others should stay here.

Great place with all the amenities and even more (strollers, darts, air hockey, netflix, pool games, etc.). We had great service from Steve and Sandy. The place is very well located for the proximity to Disney. A big house with a nice pool. When we had questions, Steve and Sandy responded very quickly. We were 3 friend families and we had a lot of room inside the house. Only downside, only one fridge, we were a little limited;). Thank you for everything again.

This trip was 3 years in the planning and involved the joining of families from Scotland, Australia, and the US - we had high expectations for this long awaited trip and they were far exceeded!! The house was a perfect fit, it had everything we needed and the pool provided constant fun for everyone (especially the kiddos!). As a parent of a 4 and 2 yr old, I loved how well supplied the house was for them (crib for 2yr old, strollers for the parks, pool toys, etc) and for entertaining/dining for our 3 families there was everything we could possibly need. We also loved the clubhouse pool and the close proximity to the Disney parks - only a couple miles away which was great! We all had such a wonderful time that we are already talking about trying to plan another trip! I also have to say that Steve and Sandy were amazing with their correspondence, so kind and always promptly getting back to me with my questions. They also left a very thoughtful 'welcome' package for us when we arrived with some food staples and wine :) I can't say enough about our trip, you will not be disappointed if you stay here! The villa was all we hoped it would be ... and more. Plenty of room for our family of 13, which included our adult kids and their toddler-to-adolescent age children. The kitchen was well-equipped, the kids really enjoyed the game room, and everyone loved the pool with hot tub. Steve and Sandy were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They responded very promptly to every inquiry along the way, making our experience there worry-free. The 'welcome package' we discovered upon arrival (with some very thoughtful items such as bread, milk, coffee, even a bottle of wine) was especially appreciated after a two-day road trip to Florida. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. I know we'll be back the next time we plan a family vacation to Orlando!

The first thing my mom said when we arrived to the property was how CLEAN the place was! The owners were very thoughtful in providing all the amenities to make our stay as comfortable and fun as possible. There were more kitchen supplies than we expected and my brother's babies made good use of the baby gear. Our family of 11 (including babies) had so much fun at the pool playing basketball and volleyball games. I highly encourage families visiting Orlando/ Disney World to come stay here! You would not want to leave the place :)

Our extended family of 9 enjoyed our stay so much! The kids loved being able to swim at any time. This home has an open plan with 2 family rooms/sitting areas on the lower level. Nice appliances in kitchen and laundry. Fun games in the game room. Five bedrooms are upstairs and 1 queen bedroom is downstairs. The air conditioning worked great in all areas of the home. Owners were prompt with all communication. Windsor Hills is a great area and close to so many attractions.

Our family had a wonderful time at Villa by the Castle. It's a beautiful house and everything was better than expected. Having enough supplies in the house for the first day was amazing and made it possible for us to jump right into our vacation; we had no need to run out and grab trash bags, laundry pods or dish detergent. The hosts even provided a lovely welcome gift that gave us something to cook up for breakfast the next morning. Everything was clean and clearly marked to make navigating the house (and all the electronics) very easy. It was the perfect place for our large family vacation. We were many adults and many children and we felt like we always had enough space to get some alone time when we needed it. We will definitely visit again!

Oh, and the location was perfect, 10 minutes or so drive into the parks and everything available right a short ride away on 192. We had 5 day park hopper passes and went Mon-Fri, next time we'll do 3 days and spend more time enjoying the house more.

This was the perfect house for our 3 families. Clean, smart and beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. The location was excellent as it was extremely close to everything Disney so we could pop back to the house for a break and easily go back into the parks. We really enjoyed the warm swimming pool and hot-tub and it was hard to get the 4 children (and adults) out of the games room! The baby equipment was extremely useful in particular the stroller and high chair and all the children enjoyed the pool toys and basketball. The house made our holiday really special as it was such a comfortable and relaxing place to be and made visiting Disney very easy. This vacation home more than exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, very comfortable and extremely family friendly. As was immediately evident from the thoughtful welcome package, the owners pay attention to the details and this home had everything our family of eight needed to make our stay truly enjoyable. The kids loved the heated pool and game room. I loved the fact there was plenty of space for all, including four, nice bathrooms. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close to the property and we were within 10 minutes of all the Disney Parks. I can highly recommend this vacation home and would absolutely stay there again.

We arrived to discover the fridge thoughtfully stocked with milk, orange juice, beer, bottled water, a carton of eggs, a package of bacon and other sundries. There was also a bag of fresh ground coffee, a loaf of bread, a box of cereal and a welcoming bottle of wine on the counter. We've rented a lot of houses, but have never before been greeted with such generous hospitality. A family could arrive late and not have to immediately run to the grocery store for breakfast foods. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable and the pool heated (it was 50 degrees outside). Adults and kids LOVED the air hockey and pool tables. We also really appreciated the heavy duty stroller which we served us well at Magic Kingdom. The book of instructions covered everything we needed to know. Our only improvement suggestion is to provide more paper goods. We ran short of paper towels, Kleenex and toilet tissue. Kudos to Sandy and Steve for making our home away from home so very homey! This house was perfect! We had multiple families with us for vacation. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. It made our stay more enjoyable than if we would of had to share hotel rooms. This home could not have been more comfortable and cozy. We had everything we needed for 2 families staying together. The layout was perfect and we had all the amenities we needed and wanted. The beds were comfy and the use of house towels and linens really made it simple. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy a home cooked thanksgiving day dinner. The 7+ of us actually fit on the family room sectional for movie night (Swiss Family Robinson) which included popcorn. The pool and hot tub just made this home even better. Long days at Disney, the hot tub was a great way to relax and soothe sore feet. Sandy and Steve even checked in on us, which was very hospitable. We will absolutely come back to this house for our next family trip! Thank you!!

My 3rd time staying in Windsor Hills and we love it. This house was largest we have stayed in and it worked perfect. The pool, spa, and game room were awesome. We had 3 families of 4 and the set up works great. Plenty of room and plenty of amenities. The proximity of the house to the main clubhouse is great too. This house allowed us to enjoy each others company, yet have enough room to have quiet time. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub, whether it was early in the morning or later after a day at Disney. There were plenty of bedrooms and baths so we all had our own space. The location was great so we were not spending a lot of time getting to and from the attractions. The weather was even good so what more could we ask.

This house has everything you can ask for. Kids love the decor and all the games in the game room. Adults love the T.V entertainment with all the Netflix movies. We all enjoyed the heated pool. Stayed here for three weeks and it was just fantastic there were eight of us and we had plenty of room don't think we even used the downstairs bedroom. The Villa had everything we could possible want and there were no hidden charges for anything. Pool and hot tub were well used and was an excellent addition to the Villa. The games room came in handy during the rain storms. The Villa's location in Windsor Hills was great as it was close to everything we wanted to visit, all the Disney Parks and lovely restaurants.We would have no hesitation in recommended this Villa and look forward to returning in a few years time.

We arrived to the most wonderful welcome package! There were a couple of issues right off the bat, but Steve and Sandybtiok care of it immediately. The kitchen is fully stocked, the pool towels are soft and thick and the pool itself is so warm!! We loved the big, modern TVs in each room and the perfect location so close to the club house. This was our fifth year at Windsor Hills and by far our favorite house!

A great house with fantastic owners who were very attentative. They had fresh flowers and a starter pack of milk, bacon eggs, bottle of wine etc. The home is very well maintained and even better than the photos. Big tv's in each room with gaming systems for the kids. Air conditioned game room with carpet- a plus. Nice outdoor furniture with great loungers. Fantastic like new grill with extra gas tank ready to use. Plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware and an awesome washer and dryer.

This was a wonderful experience. The home was better than we expected. I am already recommending this place to friends and family that will be going to Florida. The attention to detail in this home was excellent. The home is very guest orientated. Everything thing including instructions were laid out for the home. There was so much to do just in the home with out going outside. We were entertained the entire duration of our week stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will be renting this home again. A huge point to me was the excellent communication from the owners. I have rented other properties where you cannot get ahold of the owners for anything. That was not the case here. The owners left us a nice welcome package and checked in with us before, during our arrival, our stay, and departure to make sure all our needs were satisfied. 5 stars all the way. We had a young family of 5(kids age's-1,3,5) 2 sets of grandparents and one aunt. Everyone has their own room and space. The house never felt crowded and had everything we could have needed. Baby monitor, crib, pack and play, extra strollers, trash bags, laundry detergent pods etc. It made our stay very comfortable. The owners are great and checked in to see if we had everything we needed. We will book this one again! Thanks!!

Plenty of room for our active family of 10. Papa and Mimi had a bedroom on the main floor. The two sets of parents had the TWO master bedrooms and the cousins enjoyed the Mickey Mouse Bedroom and the flower bedroom. Each had their own twin bed! We used the pool And hot tub at least three times a day! This property also enjoys a resort style community pool with an awesome slide that the five year old was tall enough to use. This same five year old was glued to the x-box. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dishes. There are even pool towels! We will recommend this property to our friends.

We were a group of 12 with 6 kids. Everyone had their own space and the boys enjoyed the Xbox! We had plenty of room for preparing meals and sitting areas. This home has all the comforts of home and then some. Spacious and beautifully decorated, yet kid friendly with game room and heated pool. Also, very close to the theme parks. Bonus, clubhouse with heated community pool, large slide and other activities (within walking distance). Owners were very easy to work with and responded almost immediately with answers to all of our concerns. Definitely will be returning and highly recommend this home.

Perfect house. If you are agonizing on selecting a property (like I was) then pick this one now. The owners, Steve and Sandy, have gone to great lengths to make sure guests have everything needed for a delightful stay. I mean everything. We had a group of 8 with ages between 82 and 17 and everyone was happy with all the house had to offer. I slept in the master bedroom and I slept like a rock (I track my sleep and I got way more deep sleep than normal!). Everyone was very comfortable with the beds. It was very nice that there were 2 bedrooms with King beds, which is hard to find. The pool was enjoyed by all. My daughter and I used the clubhouse pool only once but it was very nice too. The best thing is that we could go to Disney parks and come home and take a very comfortable break and then some could easily go back. We were really visiting to celebrate my nephew's graduate degree from Florida Tech and it will be a week that we will always remember. My wife missed this trip but I plan to bring her back and stay at this house again. To summarize this stay in a word, 'Perfect'. Thank you, thank you, thank you for a very nice stay at your home. Grandpa and Granny didn't get to join us this trip however, us and our five children really enjoyed our stay. It could not have been better. Your home is huge and laid out perfectly. The billion bedrooms and zillion bathrooms were perfect (per our kids). The beds were very comfortable and all of the little extras were very much appreciated. We didn't even use 3 of the bedrooms/bathrooms! This house would have been roomy for double our group +! Even though the weather was perfect our children did not want to go to Disney, they wanted to stay at the house and swim! We utilized the stroller, again perfect! Laundry and dish soap, trash bags and towels galore! Not every rental supplies those little things but, those little extras really make the stay that much more enjoyable (not to mention the little food welcome pack). Again, just perfect! Keep doing what you are doing, it worked very well for us. Just minutes from Disney and we even made the 25 minute trip to Lego-Land one day. What a trip! Your house made it a fantastic one. We took a gamble, and it paid off. We had never stayed outside of Disney before. Now we will never go back to the cramped hotels, loud commotion and overpriced rooms. Our family of 4 had more room than we could handle (6 bedrooms!), which was great for relaxing and spreading out after long days at Disney. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Windsor Hills. So much to offer and so little stress. Sandy and Steve were absolutely wonderful to deal with and helped us plan our trip well in advance and were always available via a quick email or phone call if needed. We enjoyed the pool off the back of the house, and actually never made it to the clubhouse and community pool/arcade...etc. until day 6 since we were more than satisfied just at home. I don't think we even made it into the game room because the kids never got out of the pool....... I highly recommend their home if you're looking for an option outside of Disney. So easy to get to all of the parks (and Sea World) from here, and tons of restaurant and entertainment options within just a few miles. Not a big deal to hit Disney for a few hours, come back and relax, and head back to Disney at night. We will definitely be back next time out to Disney. Thanks Sandy and Steve for a wonderful vacation.

This house was wonderful for our family of 6! Four kids under 7, and two adults, this was an absolute ideal location for our family. We had a great time in the pool and had all that we needed in the kitchen to make our meals. The owners are very thoughtful and even had a welcome package waiting for us. The grounds are secure. We've been to Disney World many times but normally stay on the Disney grounds. Having our own Villa in a quiet location but so close to Disney was the perfect way to start and finish each day. It felt like home. Steve and Sandy were the best and replied to any question or need we had within minutes, both before and during our stay. We traveled with our son, his wife and their two children (4&6). We enjoyed the pool at the house and spent 2 days hanging around the community pool, which was very large and had a slide and concession stand, plus 5 days at different Disney parks. I enjoyed the days at the pool as much as the time at Disney World. The house was huge, there were plenty of games and videos to keep everyone entertained and we enjoyed playing pool and air hockey in the completely finished and air conditioned game room (garage). The house was fully furnished with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, and they even had strollers. The welcome package was a nice touch too. Our 3 other kids and their families can't wait to come and stay at this Villa too. Awesome place and great owners who sincerely want you to have an exceptional vacation.

This home is awesome! Steve & Sandy are awesome! My first family vacation, took the kids & grandkids and we had such a good time, Hurricane and all :-) I appreciated Steve & Sandy's quick responses, this made the planning portion of the trip less stressful. They had everything listed and ready for us. Not only before our trip but during, as they checked in on us when the news was full of the Hurricane weather and they advised us where to go for safety and had flashlights dropped off in the event of a power outage. They take care of their guests truly from beginning to end! Home was clean, spacious and close to all attractions. I hope I can come back again some day!! From the moment I sent an email inquiring about availability, to the time we checked out, Steve and Sandy were welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Their thorough instructions and preparations prior to check-in anticipated our every need. Their home was clean, welcoming, and perfectly accommodated our group of 11, including three boys, ages 2-10. The kids very much enjoyed the game room, pool, and the Mickey Mouse room, and there were bedroom/bathroom combination options that fit each of the adults' various needs. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals at home--a great way to save! In addition to enjoying family time at the home, we were in town to visit the Disney and Universal parks. The Disney parks were a short 5-7 minute drive each morning, and the Universal parks were about 20 minutes away. Very convenient. And a Super Target is also only a short drive away; great for groceries and all those little things that a busy traveler with kiddos might forget to pack. We had a few questions during our stay, and Steve and Sandy consistently responded within an hour (or less) of my sending an email. Can't thank them enough for such a great experience, and for helping to make our trip one we'll always remember fondly. If we're ever back in Orlando for any length of time, Villa by the Castle will be at the top of our list.

We had a lovely experience during our stay at this Villa. We have rented many times via VRBO and this by far was the easiest, most enjoyable experience. Steve and Sandy were very responsive to any requests and quick to be of help if ever needed. The house is huge and has all the little extras included such as pool heat and grill use that a lot of other owners try and to nickel and dime you for... We even arrived to a welcome package including snacks and drinks to get us started at the house! It is unbelievably refreshing to have owners who value the customer experience like Steve and Sandy. The house was in great shape and had a gorgeous game room. The location is awesome within Windsor hills. We were a short walk from the main club house which was awesome for the kids. The check out process is by far the least complicated and stressful for the guest that we have experienced. This comes in very handy when you have an early flight and are trying to get out of the house at some ungodly hour with kids in tow. We could not offer a higher recommendation for this property and its owners! Looking forward to coming back next year!! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

We could not have been happier with our stay at the Villa by the Castle! From before we arrived and through our entire stay everything was top notch. We had our whole family of 13 (11 adults and 2 kids - ages 5 and 2) and we never felt like we were on top of one another or lacking space. The house is close to everything that you will want to do so you are not wasting your vacation time driving to and from the different attractions. The owners are very receptive and respond promptly so you never feel like you are waiting on a management company to get back to you if you have questions or need anything. The house is stocked well for kids and the pool area is just beautiful.
We would definitely recommend this rental to friends; in fact, we already have and are trying to put together a return trip with friends for 2017. Thank you for providing a worry free vacation home!

Our stay in this home was great for our large family. 5 kids (10 months-14), parents & both sets of grandparents all had plenty of room to relax & unwind after Disney. Our trip was only to Disneyworld for our time there. 5 minutes tops to get the start of the Disney property. 15 minutes to reach the Magic Kingdom (furthest park from this house). We were greeted with a wonderful welcome package of basic supplies when we gained access to the home. The home is showing its continual use and the management company could do a better job with maintenance/cleaning. All of the little things we noticed we let the owners know & they were very receptive & appreciated the feedback. We were a 5 minute (max) walk to the clubhouse/pool/game room. It was nice to let the bigger kids go explore on their own but know they weren't really far away. The game room in the home was awesome. If the kids weren't in the pool they were in the game room. Even things for the baby to play with safely! For those with little ones you need to bring absolutely no baby gear. Two strollers, 1 crib & at least 1, maybe 2, pack-n-plays, 3 high chairs, TONS of plastic cups & plates. We chose to eat our meals out of Disney to save money & this kitchen had plenty of supplies. Definitely do the pre-registration. It makes it much easier at the gate getting your pass. Would definitely recommend this home for a large family or multiple families. Some suggestions are to bring AA batteries in case the remotes die. Also go to Publix or Super Target (to the west) for real groceries. The small stores close to Windsor Hills are convenience stores on steroids. If you're planning a trip to Disneyworld with a large group & aren't wanting to stay at the Disney Resorts check out Windsor Hills and this house.

Our family of 10 adults spent two weeks here in May. The location of the villa is very good for visiting the theme parks. There are a range of shops and restaurants a short drive away. Make sure you visit the Longhorn Steakhouse for an excellent meal. Security of the development is first class, with a 24/7 staffed gatehouse. The whole complex is immaculately maintained and the villa is very comfortable. Wifi is fast and reliable. The kitchen is well equipped with every possible item you will need for your stay. The pool is a good size and gets plenty of sun in the morning. The games room was a hit with a full sized pool table and foosball table. Excellent air conditioning and plenty of hot water for all four bathrooms. The owners, Steve and Sandy were easily contactable by email and sorted any queries promptly. This is the best villa we have stayed in and is well worth the rental price.

My entire family enjoyed this wonderful home over spring break. Ages 2-74..11 of us total. It was great to leave the hectic parks and return to the serenity of our own pool and home. The home was very clean and spacious. Our kids enjoyed the resort pool too and it was just a short walk. The owners were wonderful to work with and always quick to respond to our questions. There was an issue with the pool temperature and they quickly sent someone to check it out. I cannot say enough about how great they were. All the little things stocked in this home made our stay one of the best rental homes out of the dozen we have tried. When we hit terrible traffic causing a super late arrival, the owner surprised us with all we needed to have a great breakfast. In addition to having a waffle iron, coffee maker w mesh filter, great pots and pans they provided all the little things that add up financially. ( dish soap, dishwasher detergent, etc). In addition they had 2 xboxes, a TV in every room, 2 awesome strollers, games and anything else you might need. Lastly, the mattresses were fantastic! The hosts were very accommodating and we look forward to returning next year. The only thing I would request would be some serious curtains in the master in addition to the current blinds because the afternoon sun does a number on the temperature in the master bedroom. Luckily, the ceiling fan worked well and cooled it off quickly.

We were 6 guys on a golf trip to Florida in January and the house was great. It is in a great location to get to Orlando, Disney and the golf in the area. There are tons of restaurants nearby for those who don't want to cook. The house is the perfect size for 6 guys on a golf trip. It would be tight for 8 as two of the rooms with twin beds are not very big. The The kitchen/ eating/ living area was nice size as well. Not too big and not cramped. We did have some issues with the water as the hot water heater was not functioning properly and the pool/spa heater was out for most of the week. The owners were incredibly responsive and had technicians at the house every day to fix the problems. I would guess that house will not have a problem with the hot water and the pool/spa for a long time. I would definitely recommend the house to visitors to Disney and the area.

The location within the complex is very convenient for children in that it is a 2 minute walk to the playground or the large shared pool/clubhouse. Steve and Sandy were extremely pleasant to deal with and helped with any questions we had. In terms of the house itself, beautiful and spacious. Very clean upon arrival, has everything you would need for small children (pack and plays, high chairs, night lights) and the layout itself is great for multiple families. The only downside to the home was that I had a hard time coming back to my own 40' TV after watching the 70' home here. Overall, excellent home and I would stay again in a second!

Windsor Hills is a gated community with centralised facilities such as pool, sports facilities and club house. The villa is within easy access of many good eateries and travelling distance to Disney/Universal parks and Kissimee Old Town. The villa is spacious, very well-equipped and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here spending lots of time in the pool, games room and having family time in the main living room. The males in the group really enjoyed the 70' TV and x-box. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

The house was perfect for us and had everything we needed for our stay. We had two families with a total of 4 adults and 8 kids. Everyone had a bed (and crib for the smallest) to sleep in. The kitchen had everything we required and more. It took us a while to figure out the pool/hot tub heating but with the help of the owner we had it running properly. The house was awesome and the location was in close proximity to the theme parks. The owners were always quick to respond to my emails/inquiries. I would recommend this house to anyone.

We loved staying at Villa by the Castle. It provided so much space for us and was very clean. There were so many activities that our kids loved including the awesome game room and pool toys. The game systems in the bedrooms were also a big hit with the kids. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi, but the owner responded very quickly and guided us through some troubleshooting that took very little time. The ceiling fans were also really nice. The one on the back porch made early October weather very bearable, and the ones in the bedrooms provided a nice white noise to help us sleep.

Steve and Sandy: Thank you so much for offering your home. There were 9 of us on vacation and the house was perfect. It was large enough for us not to be on top of each other. Everyone had their own TV and Games in their bedrooms and your new game room was beautiful and lots of fun. The first day on vacation we stayed home and went to the big pool slide. We swam in the pool for hours and had a BBQ's on deck. The property was clean and maintained extremely well and fully stocked with every amenity you could possible need. The description of the property was exactly what we saw online and the furnishings in home were very comfortable. In fact, once we got home I text my son to see if he slept well in his own bed and he asked me to find out what was the brand name of your mattress because he wants one! We noticed our pool area was a little larger which was nice.
The location of your property could not have been any better. We went to 5 parks all together. The three Disney Parks were a few miles away and Universal and SeaWorld were very close as well. That helps not to have to drive a long time after a long day. Next time we will do one less park because the kids just wanted to stay at the house!
We have already recommended to my family and friends that they have to stay at your home! When we do this again we will definitely be staying with you!

We visited from London on vacation and stayed in this wonderful house for 10 days. Overall, we had a really good experience. The house is massive and very well equipped. There are 6 bedrooms (including one downstairs), more bathrooms than I can remember, a really nice games room and a swimming pool/jacuzzi. The place was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The house is located within a secure development so you always feel very safe. And I must say that the owners are superb - always very responsive and helpful. There is a comprehensive book of house instructions and useful local area guide available on arrival. I would very much recommend this house to other families - there aren't many better than this. Also only 10 min drive from Disney and all major routes. Many thanks to Steve and Sandy for your kind hospitality.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa By The Castle. The home was beautiful and well equipped. The pictures do not tell the full story. The Windsor Hills property was lovely and well maintained. The only recommendation I have is if there were more towels, clothes and sheets. We brought extras with us and just took advantage of the nice washer and dryer. The owners provided great customer service and were quick to respond to questions. We ventured out only a little to the outlets and Ripley's as we found just as much enjoyment at the pool, game room, movies, playground and the clubhouse. This vacation rental was worth the money!!!

This house was a pure delight. It was very clean, the game room is air conditioned, TV's were excellent, and the customer service was excellent. The short cut the owners provided to Disney were excellent, and anytime I had a question, they responded instantly. There is no need for our family to look further, any time we come to Orlando, we now know where we will stay. This place was everything we wanted and the location was perfect!!!

This home was everything described and more! We were a group of 9 (6 adults, 3 kids). The space and amenities really made everyone feel at home. Everything we needed and wanted was there for us. The kids were able to enjoy the new game room and pool (the adults did too). The huge TV was perfect for enjoying movies and the Stanley Cup Final! And anyone could sneak off to their own room for their own peace and quiet.
This is a perfect location for Disney World and was close to shopping, other attractions and hot spots in the Orlando and Kissimmee areas.
We would absolutely recommend this home and plan to return ourselves! A true home away from home!

This home was a great choice for our Florida vacation!
We ( family of four - kids 3, 5) stayed for a week at the Villa by the Castle with friends (family of 5 - infant and two kids 3, 5). The layout was perfect, with enough bedrooms upstairs for everyone, plus an extra downstairs that the kids used as a 'movie room' while the parents relaxed in the main livingroom/kitchen area.
The best part of this house was the pool. The pool deck is large and there were lots of pool toys/floats for the kids to use. The outside fan worked really well and gave a nice breeze. The kids did not want to leave the pool to do anything all week, they had a blast playing together which made for a perfect relaxing vacation for the adults.
We did venture out however, we used the castle playground, resort pool (kids loved the water slide and splash pad), and the resort shop for snacks. The resort location is also very close to Disney, Downtown Disney, shopping, outlets and restaurants.
The weather called for thunderstorms everyday, which most days did happen but only in the late afternoon lasting only 20 mins- an hour. It was +30 degrees everyday and a wonderful break from our long Canadian winter.
There were only a few small 'bumps'...we didn't realize the propane for the BBQ was an extra charge (but only $35) and had to be ordered in advance. Once we called the management company it took a day to receive the tank. Use of the BBQ, however, was complimentary and that isn't the case with all rentals. Also the pool heater was not working properly, when we arrived it was too warm to swim in. This was fixed and the pool was perfect. Also, by the end of the week the pool needed to be cleaned (maybe an issue with the filter?). We called the management company and they showed up minutes later and we were able to use the pool later that day.
Overall it was a great vacation home...very clean, updated and family friendly. The owners were a pleasure to work

Many stores and restaurants were less than 10 minutes away. Google maps gave precise turn-by-turn directions. Loved every minute of our stay! Thank you Steve and Sandy!

The property was very clean, spacious, warm and inviting and was able to accommodate our family. The Club House, Lagoon Pool and Market was so convenient and minutes away. We were so pleased that the cribs, high chairs, strollers, toys etc. were brand new and provided for our use. All the comforts of home, there to enjoy. The dishes, utensils, pots and pans were high quality which we put to good use making delicious meals. Our treasured family time will be remembered for years to come.

First impression - the property is even nicer in person than the pictures online. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The home owners were very accommodating. We had an issue with the internet once and they got back to us within 5 minutes with a solution. We have 2 kids under 3 and the owners provided us with the use of 2 pack n plays, a high chair, a stroller, a baby monitor, an exersaucer and small wooden crib, which made packing and travelling much easier on us. My grandmother and her friend also stayed with us, so it was nice having a bedroom and bath on the ground level for those that might have a hard time with stairs. You can't beat the location - it's a short drive to Disney and a very short walk within Windsor Hills to get to the club house. Our son really enjoyed the splash pad and walk-in pool at the club house. The playground, which is right around the corner, was also great. Since we have 2 small kids we rarely ate out and everything we needed to cooks meals (besides the food) was provided and clean. We will definitely stay here again!
