My family decided to take a last minute trip to Orlando. I reached out to Lee and Sandra to book their property. The home was as advertised, clean and fully stocked with everything you would need during vacation. Kitchen The appliances were top tier and the kitchen was supplied with everything you would need for a home away from home! There were several good quality pot and pans to cook with. They even had a baby bottle drying rack! Living room The chairs were stylish and comfortable. The sofa was nice but low to the ground, my mom had issues getting up. The television and PlayStation was a plus. Bedrooms My husband and I slept in the upstairs master, it was hard to get out of bed because it was so comfortable!! All of the bathrooms were supplied with a bar of hand soap, shampoo and conditioner which was a plus. Patio The pool and hot tub was just what we needed after a day at the park! My 74 yo mom enjoyed the heated jets on her back! There we plenty of seats and the grill was amazing. Game room The game room was a treasure chest of family fun activities. There were several toys and board games to keep everyone entertained. Overall, our stay was perfect. The only down side was we couldn’t stay longer! I will definitely stay there again. PS- We didn’t visit the resort area :(

This house is very clean and was well set up for my wife and I, two children, and grand parents. The location really couldn't get any better, as it is a 10 - 12 minute drive from the Disney parks and 5 minutes away from the nearest grocery store. This was very convenient with young kids and not wanting to spend valuable vacation time travelling. The pool in the back space was where we spent most of our time, and really enjoyed. Pool heat in February and use of a barbeque are necessities for us, so it was really nice to find a property that includes both. This was a huge deciding factor in booking this house. South facing pool is a big advantage too. The owners were very good communicators and very pleasant to deal with. We recommend this house and would stay again.

The previous reviews of this property were very good and I was not disappointed. The house was well equipped and very clean. All of the beds were comfortable and we slept very well every night. This is my third time staying in the Windsor Hills neighborhood because the location is so close to all of the parks and ESPN Wide World of Sports where my daughter was competing. Sandra and Lee were perfect hosts. This has been the most organized stay that I’ve had at Windsor Hills. The first entry into the neighborhood can sometimes be tricky if the host doesn’t give the correct information ahead of time, but with Sandra it was a breeze. I’m unable to review the pool because the weather was so cold and our days so filled that we didn’t use that part of the house. The backyard area looked great and I could see the steam coming off of the heated pool. I highly recommend this property.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful 6 bedroom home, and we had the best time ever!! The house was perfect for 12 of us, the rooms were large, the pool deck with two tables was just what we needed to accommodate all of us. The owners were quick to respond to my million and one questions, and there was one problem that they took care of immediately! We would 100% stay here again and again and again. Thank you for opening your home and helping to make such amazing memories for my family. The only downside was having to leave to go back home, but we can’t wait to come back.

It was immaculately clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable, and the pool and seating area were fantastic. So nice to not have to pay additional for pool heating and have a gas grill furnished at no cost. We would give this home our highest recommendation.

The pool and hot tub were awesome and larger than expected from the pictures. The living room with the television was also more spacious than pictured. Driving to Disney was timely and we went to dinner in Celebration which is very close. Wal-mart is right down the street. The house was clean and spacious for our family of 6.

We are VRBO owners too, and this home met our expectations of a very clean property. We’ve stayed at 4 other properties in the past and this was the cleanest by far. The little ones loved having their own pool and being so close to Magic Kingdom. Neighborhood is quiet and couldn’t have asked for a better space for our family trip. Sandra and Lee responded quickly to questions, that too was appreciated. Will be staying again when we plan our next Disney trip.

Sandra and Lee were terrific to work with. They were easy to communicate with and were in touch throughout the rental process. The house is great. Our children enjoyed having their own bedrooms and bathrooms, and the master bedroom/bathroom is very large. The beds were super comfortable as well. The kitchen was perfect with both a coffee maker and a keurig to get us moving in the morning. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub, especially after long days at the parks. The pool is very private which was a concern of mine prior to arrival. I would return to this home any time I was going to Orlando.

This property was a great fit for our family of six! Everyone had their own room and never had a dull moment in this home. We almost didn't even have to go to the store for anything but groceries because most things were already provided. By the way, the store is literally 1 minute up the road and this house is away from high trafficked roads for peaceful and quick arrival and departures. This definitely takes the stress off of traveling with teenagers and everyday life. Anytime we had an issue, which was very rare, the property manager and owners were very prompt in response and very helpful in guidance. This made it really easy for a first time VRBO renter. I would reccommend and rent this home again!

Our accommodations for our stay in Kissimmee were perfect! The kids loved the pool and the game room and the adults loved the grill and being able to have space to spread out and relax. After driving 17 hours with 2 kids (4 and 2) we were so relieved when we got to the gates of Windsor Hills. Immediately upon walking into this home we were refreshed to find the home to have every amenity we needed. Although we only had a group of 6 - this house would accommodate a group double our size without feeling cramped. We went grocery shopping at the nearby Publix and Whole Foods (for Prime steaks of course) and were able to cook most of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen and the included BBQ grille. I never had a worry of running out of propane for the BBQ as the owners have the 3 extra ones standing by just in case! The pool and hot tub were amazing after a long hot day at Sea World. Everything was super clean and all amenities were amazing. Although we didn’t have any issues - I know the owners would have handled anything needed quickly as they were super responsive during the booking process. My family and I were super bummed to have to leave....however I am excited to have somewhere to book again for my family’s next Disney park vacation! Thanks Sandra and Lee!

Lots of bedrooms bathrooms beautiful living room area and kitchen. And the outdoor space with the pool and a hot tub were very enjoyable. The owners of the property Sandra and Lee were very responsive to any requests we had prior to the trip and during the trip. The location is excellent very close to parks or shopping or restaurants. This was our second time renting in Windsor Hills. The nerighbourhood is safe, quiet, close to Disney with groceries and other services not far away. With an extended family of 10, we appreciated the ability to spread out in a comfortable environment. The pool was a big hit and the backyard is relatively private. The kitchen was very well equipped for making meals. The kids loved the games room and PS4. The house was extremely clean and communication with the owners was excellent. We were very happy with the property and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect family getaway with private pool, playgrounds and clubhouse pool and waterslides! We really value our family vacation time and it is so refreshing that the owners of this home have provided everything to make our experience magical! We were two young families totalling 9 people and we stayed for a week. The owners sent us a very detailed information package and really seemed to know the area personally. The home itself is spacious, comfortable and beautiful. It is located in a very safe, secure gated community. The bedrooms are great sizes, and the kids loved the fun decor. The bathrooms are so spacious and well layed out, with more than enough towels. The kitchen was perfect to cook in and every piece was good quality and in working order. Everything and more than we needed to cook for a family of 9! Even when I forgot to run the dishwasher there were more than enough dishes and cutlery to use. The clubhouse is fantastic! The kids loved the waterslides, the arcade and the ice-cream we bought at the little store. We will be back to stay at this property and I have recommended it already to friends who are looking.

"We had a fabulous stay at this property while in Orlando, we even extended our stay because we were enjoying it so much. The facilities are great, we particularly enjoyed the games room and hanging by the pool and the house is well-kept and spacious with plenty of room. Sandra was friendly and prompt in her communication and a pleasure to deal with. It was an easy, well maintained house to stay in, felt like home. The location of the house was ideal. The house was exactly as explained. There was lots of living/ dining space. My kids loved the game room. We used Uber and Lyft to get around and it was harder to get in the gate. Each security guard told us different things. If you have a car it would not have been a problem. We loved the backyard pool especially after visiting the parks. It was a great place to cool off. We also had a wonderful time at the community pool. Great slides and splash zone. I would definitely stay again.

A truly stunning home in an amazing location very close to all of the local Disney attractions. Having stayed in Disney hotels on previous visits to Florida I wasn’t sure what to expect.
We felt at home the moment we walked through the door, a luxurious feel to the house is immediately evident (even down to the towels and Ralph Lauren bath mats) and it has all the creature comforts, plus so much more. A wonderful pool and hot tub to relax in, a games room with a full sized pool table, DVDs and Netflix for the kids in their rooms was just the ticket after a hard day walking around magic kingdom. There is so much space in this home that you will never feel like it’s crowded, it’s easy to enjoy a bit of quiet time in one of the sitting rooms or pool area.
The gated community the house sits within gives you that peace of mind when taking a young family overseas. The screened pool was an absolute winner to stay mosquito bite free! Disney hotels are now a thing of the past for me because Lee and Sandra’s home has it all, I can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to go back there.

This was a beautiful home in a safe gated community. Location was perfect and only minutes from Disney. Everything was clean and up to date. It had all the amenities you would want for a vacation home from heated pool, game room, to big screen tv's. Owners provided all the pre-arrival information timely, and were quick to respond to all questions. We plan to return.

This property was awesome! Not only were Lee and Sandra super easy going and easy to communicate with, they have everything you could need. It was clean, comfortable, big enough for our large family and the pool was the highlight of the week! There is an alarm going out the sliding door, which was great since we had small children. We have really enjoyed our stay in this house. We have stayed in other houses before, but this one is our number one choice moving forward. It has everything we needed for a perfect family vacation: it is clean, well maintained, and close to the parks. For our families it provided great space and comfort. The kitchen is well equipped and the entertainment room offered enough fun for our kids. We all loved the pool, which offers enough privacy and grilling opportunity, too. The owners were very responsive and supportive throughout the process and during our stay. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone and we will return ourselves.
