I have a one year old and the home was very accommodating for him. Pack and play, highchair, baby gates , all plugs covered. We will definitely be back. Short distance to Disney and Universal.

 Professional and Efficient !! We have stayed in My Mickey House at Windsor Hills, Kissimmee, Florida twice for 7-8 weeks each time. We cannot say enough positive comments about this townhome. We have stayed at other townhomes in the same development during the last 12 years and have never stayed in a townhome that is so comfortable in many ways. It is clean and everything works! The furniture, appliances, rugs, paint, etc. are all updated and in excellent condition. The owner, Kris is a pleasure to deal with. The property managers were there when we needed them (how to work TV, set thermostat, etc.). We have never had such a level of efficiency and professionalism in all the years before staying at this townhome. Our only regret is that we did not find this sooner!

 WILL BE BACK We stayed at "My Mickey House" In early February 2022, we had a great time! The house was tastefully decorated, kitchen fully stocked with all essentials and the bedrooms were very comfortable.The pool is right outside the living area and is a wonderful convenience. This property has it own driveway making unpacking and packing up super nice … It is located within minutes to all the parks , grocery store, great places to eat and shop.  PERFECT FOR FAMILY OF 5 Hi Kristina, We had a wonderful visit to your beautiful home. The property was clean, comfortable and perfect for my family of 5 adults. Everyone had their own space and we had the shared living room to gather and play games. The private pool was also a big hit and provided welcome relief after spending all day walking around the parks! The location was ideal as each of the Disney parks was convenient and only a few minutes drive.  Tremendous We enjoyed our stay at Kris’s townhome tremendously. We stayed with 3 adults and 2 kids and the ample bed and bathrooms were perfect especially after a long day at the theme parks.  Strongly Recommend 5 out of 5 My Mickey House Russell family review July 2021: We’d strongly recommend this home for your stay here in Florida. It is minutes from Disney which is perfect if your planning to visit the parks! Another great thing is there is many stores and activities to do just down the road! The home accommodated our family perfectly. Was cozy and had everything we needed. Including a pack and play and high chair to travel light if you have a infant or young one. We also loved having our own private pool right in back of the home as well as being able to go to the resorts pool to swim and have the kids play in the water park area there! Overall I’d give it a 5 out of 5 rating! You won’t be disappointed with this affordable roomy stay! 😊

 ZERO COMPLAINTS ! What can I say? I have 0 complaints about this property!! Check in was a breeze, the property was clean and comfortable, there was plenty of space. Everything was as it said it would be. We were in the Windsor Hills Community and had multiple family saying throughout the community. We had easy access to family and to the community pool. I would use this home over and over again!

 AMAZING ....TRULY FELT AT HOME Kristina, I wanted to take a minute to tell you how amazing your place is! My family and I really enjoyed ourselves! The place is so clean and exactly as it was pictured online, we truly felt at home there! My kids are ages 6 and 8 and they loved every second of this trip! They loved all the Disney décor in the house, especially the Mickey shower curtain! They also loved the twin beds, this was the first time my kids slept so well on a trip! The pool at the house was awesome, it was so nice to lounge out there and not be bothered! The main pool was also amazing, so much for us all to do. We loved to get ice cream at the little shop and check out the arcade after a long pool day. The location of this property couldn’t be better! It took us no time to get to Disney and to other shops and restaurants! The check in/out process was also super easy and I felt very secure there. I can’t wait to visit again, so much to do out in the Orlando area and just a quick trip to the beach as well!  A BEAUTIFUL HOME...HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! This home far exceeded our expectations! It was AMAZING! We have stayed in Windsor Hills each spring since 2008 in a couple of other townhomes/homes – and I have to say that this home was by far the BEST! We appreciated the home being clean (the cleanest we have ever been in), appliances working, the kitchen being stocked with just what we needed to make meals while staying there, the beds being so comfortable, linens soft and just like I would want at home. On top of all that - the updates that have been done to the home are absolutely gorgeous – you can tell the owners you really care about their property and have made it a place for people to really enjoy! And the location in Windsor Hills – could not be any better – privacy in the back and close to the community center! A huge benefit to Windsor Hills is also the security on the property. We appreciate the gated community and the extra measures they go to keep the resort private and safe! If you have a chance to book this property do not hesitate to do so!

 YOU HAVE LIFETIME CUSTOMERS IN US !!! I could probably write an entire book with this review, but I'll try to keep it short and sweet. Our stay at this particular townhome was awesome. What made this an even more enjoyable experience overall was the personal contact and responsiveness of the owner. (Kristina). She dealt with us directly right from the beginning, answering any questions and/or concerns that we had during our stay, which included helping us navigate the check in and check out process. We may have been able to figure it out on our own, but Kristina made it so much easier for us. As far as the actual house itself, we couldn't have asked for a better place to live for the week. We felt like it was our home away from home. Everything was very clean and organized. There were signs posted all over to help with questions regarding trash pick, thermostat settings, which light switch turn on which lights, etc. The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse had more than enough room for my wife and I, and to top it off, it resided in a gated community which made us that much more comfortable. Even though the place was spacious, it definitely had a cozy feel to it which was nice. The pool was awesome (can be heated for an extra fee) and each room had a nice size tv for when we wanted to relax and just binge our favorite shows. All in all, we had an awesome time here and can't wait to return. Kristina as long as you're renting your beautiful home, you have lifetime customers in us. :-)"

 WONDERFUL TIME We had a wonderful stay! So much so that we didn't want to leave. The place was very clean and we enjoyed the pool very much. The king size bed was super comfy! This condo is perfectly located for all the the e parks. The Walmart was right down the road along with other restaurants and gift shops. Our kids had a blast at the resort pool and slide. I have nothing bad to say about this place at all! Btw there were a ton of towels and some extra linens.

  JUST PERFECT & DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ! My family and I visited Disneyworld the week of Christmas 2020. With Covid going on, we thought it would be a great idea to stay all together off grounds in a townhouse and rent a car to avoid using transportation. It was the most wonderful vacation. The townhouse was in a lovely subdivision with great amenities. The actually townhouse was just perfect. It was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed for the family for our trip. Everything was decorated so welcoming. It made you feel very comfortable and at home. The personal pool was an awesome touch to our stay. The townhouse was conveniently located to a Super Walmart, several fast food restaurants, and the Disneyworld parks and resorts. It was also about a 20 minute drive from the airport.  The property was exactly as listed. The only disappointment was the pool was not heated but the owners responded promptly and in a timely manner and had a technician come out. The place is very close to the Disney parks. No problems getting on/off the highway. HVAC worked really well. We plan on coming down in a year or two and we would stay there again. Ray S

 This was a great resort community close to all major attractions and easy driving access to major highways if you are looking to venture a little further away such as Cocoa Beach or Winter Haven. The condo itself is in good condition. Carpets and master bedroom mattress could use an update. The private pool was WELL worth every penny! We paid for it to be heated and the kids swam almost every night after returning from parks and various activities. The living space was comfortable and it was great to have an on suite bathroom off each bedroom. The kitchen provided plenty of space and seating area. During our visit there were booster seats and a stroller for guest use as well as a few pool toys. The resort amenities were also clean and wonderful. A new slide/water play area was under construction during our stay but looked like it would be an excellent addition to their offers (anticipated to open April 2018). The club house had household items if needed, snacks and food for all day pool days. The game room was spacey and the gym although we did not use it was clean. The owner was a pleasure to work with and responded to requests or questions promptly! We certainly work with her again.

 Hi Kris! I just wanted to send you an email, since I never got to when we returned from Disney after staying at your place in September. We had an AMAZING trip.. and your place was absolutely PERFECT!! The pool, the accommodations, the location, everything! We loved it, and it fit us all perfect. We actually couldn’t have had a better trip. The reason it took me so long to get back to you, is tragically, 10 days after we got home from our trip, my mom got very sick, and passed away very suddenly. It’s been a terrible loss to our family, and 6 months later, not getting any easier. I’m so thankful, grateful, and blessed that we had that amazing time in Disney and were able to share those memories with her.  This place sets the bar high!” Kris was great right from my first enquiry, answered all questions promptly. The property is second to none. The only problem was that no other place was as good, we started our holiday with the best, and none of our other accommodation could match it! Felt very secure in the quiet gated village. So close to all theme parks, as well as day trips to Daytona Beach and Kennedy Space Centre. The place was so clean, all bits and pieces that we could need. All photos are true and accurate. It was great for the kids to have their own bedrooms, as well as bathrooms! If Florida wasn't so far away, this would definitely be a regular return destination. Will be recommending Kris and her property to all friends and family.

 Thanks again for everything! :) My Mickey House was perfect!! Every comfort of home for a great value. With young kids, it was so nice to be able to wake up and give them a normal breakfast in a full size kitchen before heading to the parks, and the option to have a home cooked meal for dinner if you so choose. The private heated pool was so convenient and perfect for my little ones. Everything was well maintained and in great working order. What more could you ask for? Clean, comfortable, and only 2 miles from Disney World! We would definitely stay again!! Shannon

 This is our third time staying at Windsor Hills, and our first time at MY MICKEY HOUSE and now we won't stay anywhere else! We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen had all the pots, pans and utensils you could need to prepare anything. It even has a full compliment of corelle and plastic dishes for your less co-ordinated three-year-olds. The backyard BBQ was a real bonus. It was also nice to have things like a permanent coffee Kris was very easy to deal with, answering all questions quickly. Everything arrived just as promised. The bedrooms were exactly as pictured and quite comfortable. WIFI was consistent and the instructions for everything were easy to find and follow. Having two kids with skin problems, the saltwater pool was a life saver! The kids were in The pool a couple times a day. My husband has never been a big fan of Disney, but he was so comfortable at this home during our stay, he is already planning next years trip! Kris - I thank you again for making our vacation so magical!

 We had a wonderful time at My Mickey House. We rented the town house for a month, but it wasn’t long enough. I could go on forever writing about the fantastic month we had. Everything was perfect. Staying in a gated resort was wonderful. We always felt safe and the guards were always so friendly. We enjoyed everything the resort had to offer, even the entertainment in the club house on some late afternoons. The town house was very clean and so nicely decorated. I couldn’t believe how Kris thought about everything that might be needed. We have stayed at quite a few vacation properties and by far My Mickey House was the best. We enjoyed our afternoon walks and visiting the theme parks. We also got to visit Celebration and make a day trip to Cocoa Beach. Our family from St. Petersburg even came to visit for an afternoon. Our son and his family visited over the President’s Day weekend. The house was plenty big enough to hold all eight of us. Our granddaughters just loved the Mickey Mouse bedroom. To have a television in their room and very own bathroom was beyond wonderful for them. All three of the grandchildren loved the heated private pool. They couldn’t believe that the pool was all theirs. Our family made many wonderful memories during our stay, and we’d like to say thanks to Kris for giving us this opportunity. We’d also like to thank Kris for being so helpful, answering questions we had, and for being so professional. Because of the weather in the northeast, we weren’t able to leave on the date planned, and Kris allowed us to extend our stay by two days. We plan to come back next year to make more dreams come true.

 Hi Kris, Thank you very much for letting us stay i your vacation home. It was such a pleasure being back in the house. We really enjoyed it "We just got back from 15 fantastic days in Kris' vacation home My Mickey House It was our second stay in the vacation home and everything was just as good as we remembered them. The vacation home is perfectly located on a quiet street in a great vacation resort with a the pool area facing south west. We felt very welcome and safe in this beautiful gated community. The home had plenty of room for our family. Location is super. Most parks and shopping areas in Orlando is less than 30 minutes away. A great choice for families. Maria & Thor.  Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your home for our Disney vacation. Your home is lovely and was just as we expected based on your pictures! The complex is amazing and we wished we had been able to spend more time taking advantage of all the amenities, but as it was our first trip to Disney, we spent the majority of our time at the Parks! The location was great, quick drive to the parks and easy access to I4. The home was clean and very well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Thank you so much for the card that you sent. You make the whole process simple and always answered my questions promptly. I will definitely recommend your home to family and friends and hopefully will return again soon! Thanks again!   We are an American expatriate family of 4 (mother, father, 3-year old and 4-year old) currently living in Asia. We spent 8 days at My Mickey House in early February 2013. Real estate is about location, location and location. In terms of location, we definitely made the right choice with Windsor Hills. It is a beautiful gated community where security is efficient, helpful and not overbearing. The property is less than 10 minutes from the 4 Disney theme parks with Universal and Sea World only a little further away. For an expatriate family with lots of shopping needs, we were especially pleased that it was close to the full range of shopping from Target to outlet malls to high end shopping at the Mall of Millenia. However, our only regret is that as we were basically out from morning to night, we really did not fully enjoy Windsor Hills but liked what we saw during our brief tour of the common facilities (i.e. pool, clubhouse, etc). We were also very pleased with My Mickey House itself. Although there were only 4 of us (we were joined on the weekend by my brother in law and his fiancee), we really appreciated the extra space. We were glad that we rented the townhouse instead of a condo (the extra space is definitely worth the few extra dollars and is highly recommended). The townhouse was very clean and was exactly as represented in the pictures. It had everything we needed. Even though we did minimal cooking, the kitchen was sufficiently stocked for anyone who wanted to be master chefs while on vacation. With little kids and lots of changes of clothes, we appreciated the new washer and dryer. However, the thing that makes My Mickey House stands out the most is Kris Greco. She understands customer service and is very responsive. From the quick and efficient communications, it shows she cares that her tenants have a positive experience in her townhouse. You will love dealing with her. The best recommendation is a referral and I will definitely be referring Kris’ home
