Being a top floor end unit, this is truly one of the most private and quiet settings available with no foot traffic noise from above ! There are no streets or traffic directly in front of the condo or lanai. The Lanai is the largest available with open sides and is totally private on all sides, with open resort sunset views, not looking across at another building !
All other amenities (tennis, basketball, putting green with child mini golf, BBQ area) is all directly adjacent and closest to this condo and building ... also a great open green space area for just an enjoyable walk !
