Windsor Hills - The Closest Residential Community To Disney Property. This gated resort is the very best of its kind. The already fantastic pool area was recently extended to have some new water park features which opened in late 2018 - also games room, fitness room, and mini grocery all about 100 feet from the condo. On the other side of the condos you'll find tennis courts, putting green, and kids play park.
ALL this with NO facility fee.
There are many shopping plazas within a few miles from the community with restaurants such as Red Lobster, Outback Steak House, Carrabba's Italian, Denny's, Olive Garden, IHOP Restaurant, Longhorn�s Steakhouse, Miller�s Ale House, Applebee�s, Chili�s, Macaroni Grill & Subway. Sakura Asian Fusion and about 6 Pizza places will deliver to your front door. WalMart with groceries, supplies and low priced Disney items is less than a mile away, and other grocery/departments stores such as Target & Publix are just a little further on US192. There is also an urgent care clinic, a hospital and drug stores as well. A small convenience store is by the pool.
Disney is about a 5-10 minute drive, Universal Studios, Sea World & the Convention Center are about a 15-20 minute drive, Busch Gardens is about a 45 minute drive and the ocean beaches either direction is about a 60 minute drive. Normally guests fly into MCO Orlando Airport, but we have found that sometimes the half hour longer drive from TPA Tampa Airport may be cheaper. We save about $100 a ticket flying into TPA on United, but that will vary from airport and airline.

We are directly across the street from the pool and activity center. A short walk but quiet. We are on the second floor and a single flight up stairs or take the elevator in the building when you have luggage or groceries, or just had a long day at a theme park!
We have a beautifully maintained and decorated condo with individually coded keypad keyless entry. In addition to the above we offer a stroller and pack'n play. There are TVs in every bedroom, wi-fi, and a "land line" telephone in the master bedroom for toll free US calls. Enjoy the "treehouse" view from the screened balcony.
We did a complete renovation in April 2019 - new mattresses and carpets, plus theme rooms
Magical Mickey from Fantasia greets you with a Welcome Home! as you enter. Chef Remy inspires your culinary side in the Kitchen, the Queen Bedroom is Lion King themed and the Twins Bedroom is Toy Story themed. The adult Master Bedroom is NOT themed, because, believe it or not, sometimes adults have had just too much of Disney and Universal - it can happen. Fortunately, a relaxing day at the newly enhanced pool and water park is often the best recovery from that condition.
