A spacious, very clean house close to Disney. The house is perfect for large families as there is enough personal space for everyone. The pool table and air hockey games were an added bonus. The house has a screened-in pool and hot tub and a patio area. We sat beside the pool several evenings. The wifi is very fast and reliable. The home even has a stroller for those with young children. Moreover, there is an alarm on the patio door leading to the pool area and a fence around the pool, making the area safe for very young children. The Windsor Hills development has lots of amenities - such as several playgrounds and a water park - that are wonderful. The house is close to lots of restaurants and shops and about 10 minutes from Disney. The host was very helpful and checked with us regularly throughout our rental week.

Truly the best place we have ever stayed. The house was an oasis of relaxation after each day at Disney and Universal...a great place to unwind relax and get ourselves together for the next day...we walked about 11 to 12 miles each day...the kids LOVED the house and pool.

Fantastic villa minutes from all the parks. Lovely property on the Windsor Hills estate. The whole place felt very safe and secure.
Villa was amazing. Tons of space - so big we never even used the upstairs!! (family of 4) Kitchen had everything you needed and the huge fridge was great to stocking up on drinks and snacks which we took to the parks.
It was great to come back in the afternoons to chill by the pool or in the hot tub.
I'd certainly book this again and recommend to friends. Thanks Janine for all the help and excellent communication over the last 2+ years as we dealt with covid and moving dates, The best property manager!

Highly Recommend this Villa. This was one of the best decision we made for our vacation. The home was exactly as described (maybe even better!). It was spacious allowing our family of 5 to really spread out. Janine was the perfect hostess. Her communication was outstanding! We had all the information we needed for checking in and navigating the clubhouse, etc. Any questions that we had were answered very promptly and we never ever felt like we were bothering her. The pool and spa were ideal after long days in the Amusement Parks. There was an abundance of thick, plush, comfy towels and extra soft blankets. The appliances were modern and clean. We loved the privacy afforded by the translucent screens in the pool area. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa and would stay there if I was lucky enough to visit that area again.

Great Experience
The property was clean, beautiful and comfortable. We had a few minor issues but the host was very quick to respond with solutions. The kids loved the complex's pool and waterslide. There is a 35 seat movie theatre with current films you can select which was super fun for the family. After 12 hours days in the park (which are very close) it was nice to come back to cozy place with lots of room to relax or hang out with the family. Kids also loved the games in the garage. Highly recommend staying here!

This property was perfect for a family of 5 adults and 3 children 3, 5, & 8. The bedroom sizes were perfect and the pool made life after a day at Disney a perfect way to relax. Everything was clean and there were even pool towels to use! We spent a day off from the parks at the larger community pool which was lots of fun with the splash pad and water slides. I would definitely recommend this property, as the owner was most helpful with any questions and general information!

This was by far the BEST VRBO I have ever rented. The manager and the host was outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure my family and I was as comfortable as we could get. Wonderful Experience!
I am all about communication and great customer service and Janine definitely delivered. If there was anything that would have caused an issue with some people, she communicated ahead of time to give us a heads up. The whole process, from reserving, to leaving, has been a breeze and she has just been a wonderful person to work with. My girls loved the home and they definitely asked if we could come back again. It was very cozy, temp was on point with the smart thermostats, and had everything we needed.

An amazing visit!
This property fit our family perfectly! Everything was exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed both the private pool/spa and the community pool. This kids loved the pool and air hockey in the garage. Best of all, Janine was an amazing host. She answered all of our questions prior to our visit and was extremely responsive while we were staying on the property as well. It was an easy drive to all of the Disney parks. Wonderful Home away from home
There were only 4 of us but this home will easily accommodate 10, with 5 bedrooms, 2 with king beds. It is a great location to all the park attractions. It is in a gated resort community with lots of amenities.
Our host was amazing and made sure every thing was perfect! Even though they were on a vacation of their own, they were in contact with us to answer questions.

What an absolutely beautiful home! We had a family trip to Orlando with 7 adults and 1 toddler and there was so much space for everyone. The baby equipment and safety fence for the pool helped to make the stay more relaxing. Everything is as listed, there was not one thing that we wished we had, Janine is fantastic! The kitchen is so well stocked..best coffee cups ever! One of our favorite parts was having coffee by the pool in the morning watching hot air balloons out over the backyard! The house is located just right, close to everything but back off the traffic. We had the best family time and really enjoyed the comfort of this home. Thank you to Janine for being such a wonderful host!😊

Great location to the parks and the neighborhood was quite nice. Property was well kept and even had a few extras such as strollers, high chair, and Pack n' Play which we used as a sleep area like a crib all for tenant use which was a nice touch.

Vacation Getaway

Perfect place for a Disney based family holiday. We were 2 families (my family of 4 and my sisters family of 5) it was the perfect size and location for us. The house was clean and well equipped and the rooms are really spacious. The pool was clean and had safety nets surrounding and door alarms for extra piece of mind. The owner was extremely helpful and informative, whenever we asked any questions she answered very quickly. If we come back to Disney again I would look to book again with Janine :)

Great house. Great experience. The house was beautiful and very spacious. We were a family of 5 and a family of 4 and we all had our privacy. The pool, hot tub, and bbq outside were a plus and the kids loved it. The house was very well situated, being close to Walmart and on average a $15 Uber ride to the Disney Parks. Last but not least, Janine was a wonderful property manager. She answered all of our questions in a timely and professional manner. We don't regret our choice at all. We definitely recommend this house for any family going to Disney.

Awesome! The house is larger than it appears to be in the pictures. It is decorated nicely and was great for our family vacation. We did not use the upstairs bedrooms but would be great for kids because they are decorated really cute. The pool, grill and kitchen was perfect. The house is decorated in a Polynesian style and has updated appliances.
Janine, the property owner, was so sweet and accommodating. We recommend anyone wanting to stay in the area to choose this home.
I will say that the club house pool did not have towels so you should bring some beach towels with you. The binder in the house said the clubhouse provides them but they do not. Also, you will need soap, toilet paper and trash bags, along with all the ordinary stuff needed when you rent a home i.e. shampoo, etc. The home has all the dishes and pans you will need.
Overall it was a great place and very comfortable for me, my husband, our adult children and our grandchildren.
