Property Details

We are in the "just right" building on Comrow St - close to the pool and game rooms, but away from the noise - your screened in balcony actually faces the neighborhood, but you can walk out the front door, walk to the right and see the pool and water park. Patriotic Mickey greets you when you arrive back home from a day at the parks or just a restful day at the new water park between park visits. There is no facility fee charged for entry.

We really like the convenience with privacy of the second floor location - you can turn left out the front door and go down a single flight of stairs to your vehicle or a short walk to all the facilities. Coming in or leaving, take the stairs if you have the energy, or if you're loading or unloading or just tired from a full day, use one of the two building elevators.

This condo also features full wi-fi including access to Netflix, etc. and a "land line" phone with free US calls.

This is not our "day job". Cancellations: We are usually flexible up to 60 days before arrival, but after that we may retain part or all of your payment depending on time before arrival - also, because of the Covid situation, we only require the security deposit as a down payment (we used to want 1/2 down at booking). Everyone got full refunds in 2020 where it applied, and we took that as an opportunity to do the remodel that summer. Covid is not the factor it was a year or two ago.

Damage Deposit - We know that accidents happen - if damage occurs, it comes out of the $250 refundable security deposit.

Facilities

Guests have all the privileges of owners, with free access to the water park, tennis courts, etc. Also check our other condo Mickey's Menagerie if you want a little more room - it has 3 bedrooms instead of 2, and is also close to the water park on the 2nd floor.
