You can enjoy the day at the community clubhouse with a fun arcade for the kids, a large movie theater for the whole family or take time to work out in the fitness center with state of the art equipment. For your convenience, there is a sundry shop with all of the basic goods! Windsor Hills Community is so close to all the Disney Parks including: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs, Typhoon Lagoon, and Blizzard Beach. Plus, attractions like Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Citywalk, SeaWorld, Aquatica, Discovery Cove, and so much more!!

 My group of 4 adults and 5 kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and it was plenty of space! This house is just perfect for multiple families and we loved having the 2 master bedrooms downstairs and my older daughter loved having the ‘mini-master’ upstairs to herself. While we never used the community amenities (pool, etc), the home amenities were definitely utilized and we all loved swimming in the pool and relaxing in the spa after long days in the parks. We also all enjoyed the air hockey table as well. One of the main reasons we chose this home was because there was not an additional charge to heat the pool and spa - other homes were charging a substantial daily fee for it. The home was very clean and well stocked with towels and linens, and kitchen supplies, though they do not provide extra toilet paper, paper towels, or cleaning supplies (maybe due to it being privately owned, but overseen by a housing rental company). However, the owner does provide a ‘welcome kit’ with a couple of laundry pods, dishwasher detergent pods, and a couple of garbage bags, which was appreciated. Just know if you’ll be staying longer than a few days you’ll need to purchase additional supplies. It was well worth the cost savings vs other rentals in the area though! The owner is amazing and responds very quickly if needed. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I would most definitely stay here again!!
