Amazing Private Theater and Game Room!

 Beautiful house! We stayed for 4 days and all 5 kids loved all the house had to offer. The game room and theater room was a huge hit. The house was very clean and stocked for all our needs. We will most definitely be back!

 We give this amazing vacation home 10 STARS!! The home was clean, well maintained and had everything we could need or want. We had 9 people traveling in our group: 3 couples, a single, and 2 toddlers! Our kids loved the pool and the movie room. The movie room had tons of movies and the chairs were extremely comfortable. Another cool feature of the movie room was the LED lighting around the room! My Dad, brother, and I all loved the game room spending time each day trying to beat our own high scores! We enjoyed the simple drives to WDW Parks. We were within 15 minutes to Magic Kingdom (Ticket and Transportation Center), 12 minutes to Epcot, 10 minutes to Animal Kingdom and 10 minutes to Hollywood Studios! We were very thankful for the location of the home. We were less than 5 minutes from Walmart, too. With a full kitchen, we were able to cook meals and have snacks anytime we wanted them. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were very spacious. The King bedroom on the first floor had enough room for a full size crib and a cot for our toddlers! If you are thinking about going to the beach during your stay, we were within one hour and 30 min to Clearwater Beach and about 20 minutes to either major outlet mall in Orlando. We utilized pool heat for our stay in December and it was awesome! David was a great host and helped with any details for our stay! We have stayed in several vacation homes through VRBO and have never worked with anyone who was more kind and accommodating than David! We will definitely rent this vacation home again!

 This property was all it was advertised to be. Very comfortable home with five big bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Extremely clean with upgraded appliances that all worked perfectly. Plenty of utensils, glasses and plates for adults and plastic bowls, plate and cups for my grandchildren. My granddaughters loved the bunk beds in the Mickey and Minnie bedroom and the pool. We all enjoyed the theater with its huge library of videos to watch. I enjoyed the pool table. The King and two queen beds were great and each of the bedrooms had a large flat screen TV with cable in addition to the living room and theater. The Wifi work well. In addition to the fabulous house, the owner checked in several times during the week to make sure everything was going well. Additionally, the owner was able to help us purchase Disney and Universal Studios tickets and he developed a daily itinerary for each park for us. He was amazing and helped make this a great vacation for all of us. The house was only 10-15 minutes from getting into the car to getting out of the car in each parking lot for the three Disney parks we visited (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios) and 25 minutes from Universal. Our last day at the house we went to the water park inside the Windsor Hills community. My granddaughters loved the swimming pool and especially the water slides. We spent over 1.5 hours there and they didn't want to leave. The house was also close to numerous restaurants, pharmacies and groceries. It was just a perfect location and a great comfortable home that was made even better by the owner helping us plan a great week at Disney and Universal Studios and was very fairly priced. We will definitely stay at this house for our next trip back to Orlando but feel sure I will need to book 6-7 months in advance to ensure it is available. It you want a great vacation in Orlando and plan to go to Disney this home and owner will help you meet your goal. I highly recommend this property.

 This place was amazing, great accommodations and lots of activities. The kids loved the arcade games and theatre, a perfect place to unwind after the parks. The private pool and spa were a perfect place to relax. Home was very spacious, very clean, each kid got their own room and private bathroom which they loved. Best family vacation, close to Disney and Universal.

 We come to Orlando at least once a year and have several family members and family units that travel with us. We have been coming for more than five years and have rented many villas before…..however, none have compared to the Finding the Magic Villa. Frankly, there was so much to do in the home and in the area that we couldn’t get to it all. From the moment we entered the house we felt welcomed and it was clear that the home is being cared for and not just used to run as many people through it as possible. The owners checked on us and showed genuine concern for our well-being, not just that of their house! (We stayed there during hurricane Dorian.) I cannot recommend this home or its owners highly enough. We will be back.

 My family and I had a blast, the kids and my husband enjoyed the pool and the game room and I of course enjoyed the kitchen. The house was wonderful and we look forward to our next vacation.

 Perfect space for more than one family with kids! Super clean! Everything was super nice but not where I felt the need to tell the little ones not to touch everything. The game room and theater was as big if a hit with the grown ups as the kids, classic games like pac-man had all of us trying to get the high score! Kitchen has EVERYTHING you need to make meals of any kind, including a crock pot and Mickey waffle iron. The price was perfect and the homeowner was instant to respond to my messages. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

 My family and I really enjoyed this Home. It was spacious clean and had more than enough excitement for the kids. Everything we needed was there in terms of kitchen supplies. The little welcome snack package was also a great surprise. The owners reached out on more than one occasion to ensure that we were well taken care of. We definitely will consider staying here again in the near future.

 We had an amazing time staying at Magic Villa. It far exceeded our expectations. Love how each family had their own bathrooms with plenty of room for the kids. My husband enjoyed being able to stay back and cook in the fully equipped kitchen. It was nice to have a home cooked meal when we were done park hopping. Would highly recommend this house in the future. We will definitely be back.
