Our three bedroom\three bathroom townhome is less than a two minute walk to the clubhouse and main resort pool. Additionally, it is an end unit with no rear neighbors. We have recently completed a top to bottom renovation in the house. The first floor features a renovated kitchen with lots of storage space counter seating for six people with an additional table that has seating for for small children. The kitchen is unlike most others in the townhomes as we have a U-shaped concept with tons of counter space for cooking and storage. The, beyond comfortable sectional sofa, is featured in an open concept living room with no awkward kitchen table (like most of the Windsor Hills Townhomes) to obstruct your view of the beautiful 75 inch screen television. The first floor also features a queen size bedroom with private entry to the first floor bathroom which features a newly remodeled bathroom and shower. This bedroom also has a flatscreen TV. All flooring in the home has been replaced with a warm light gray luxury vinyl plank. NO NASTY CARPETS!!!! Second floor has a very roomy, king size master bedroom, which has its own private, newly remodeled master bathroom. The newly remodeled bathroom has double sinks, and a walk-in shower, which has three shower heads. These include your standard wall-mounted faucet, a handheld shower head, and a unique rain can shower-head coming down from the ceiling. The kids room, which is also on the second floor features a Mickey Mouse theme. This room has two single beds with two trundle beds so there is sleeping for four if needed. The bathroom in this room has also been remodeled with Mickey theme colors on the tile in the tub/shower. The kids are going to love the 65 inch flatscreen TV in this bedroom. Both upstairs bedrooms feature spacious closets. Also, on the second floor is a washer and dryer. The lanai features the standard 15 x 15 splash pool relax outside. We also have a table and chairs out on the lanai and a barbecue grill for all of your outdoor cooking and eating needs. The screened in lanai is very private as there are no rear neighbors and in the end unit.
