This is a well maintained property in Windsor Hills. The game room and pool are both great for families with kids including a TV out by the pool. The property management company also is good and helped us with a special request before we checked in. Overall a great Windsor Hills experience that we would look to book in the future!

Perfect way to do Disney off grounds. Quick uber/drive to most parks. House was super clean with everything we needed. Game room was awesome/fun for everyone. Loved having the back patio and pool for the evenings.

Our family and another family stayed together at this property (total 4 adults and 5 kids). There was a ton of space for everyone to be together, or separate if anyone wanted a little quiet time after tiring days at the Disney parks. Kids absolutely loved the game room, plus the TVs and games in their own rooms. House is clean and beautifully decorated. We all thought the beds were really comfortable, which we don't typically say for hotels or while traveling in general! We also really enjoyed the central community pool/slides area. We would definitely come back and choose to stay at the same house again! Next time if we visited at the same time of year, we'd probably add the pool heat option at the house. Coming from the chilly northeast, we (mistakenly) thought November in Florida would be warmer than it actually was :) All in all, thank you so much for a lovely vacation!

We stayed for a week at this location and spent everyday at the DisneyWorld parks. Exhausting days but coming home too this house was wonderful. Very comfortable, great layout and loved the hot tub. House was immaculate and look forward too another stay here. Great location also helped with traveling too the parks everyday. Will be back!

Long story short this place was immaculate. Very easy to get in/out of property. Place was very clean. Management was very responsive to questions. It is close to all the parks. Community pool was awesome and the food was great there as well(told the staff i'd give them a shout out!). We will do it again and we'll try to get this same exact house. Thanks!!

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting the nearby parks of Disney and Universal. The house was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The entire family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and game room as gathering spaces and the nearby playground and the water park. The property management were very attentive for any questions that came up throughout our stay. I’ll definitely recommend this property to others and will keep it on my list of favorites for future travel.

This place was impeccable from the moment I walked in. It was beyond clean, and in our 2.5 days that we were there some one came to clean the pool for us. All the rooms were well decorated and well equipped with anything we would need. We appreciated staying here so much and made some beautiful memories w/ our kids. All the TVs were smart TVs, kitchen was well equipped, easy to throw out trash, pool was so so warm (I went w/ babies so this was important to me and temp was perfect). I loved everything about this house and am already looking to re-book. It was approx a 18 min drive to Disney world which was perfect as well! The arcade room was amazing although my kids are small and didn't use it much, they were more interested in pretending all the remotes were phones! lol. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We had a great time at this home. The pool and spa were clean and warm. The house was clean and decorated well. Literally less than 10min away from Disney (only 3 traffic lights), so our commute was super easy. The master bed was a bit firm, but we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

We typically don’t splurge on vacation homes when traveling with the kids because we usually aren’t in the home long enough for us to justify the cost but we fell in love with the pictures and it lived up to its expectations! This place was definitely binge worthy! Everyone loved the home and didn’t want to leave, easy route to and from Universal Parks. All the TVs had roku. Game room was a huge hit! We requested pool be heated since it still cool in the evenings. We got in spa once and it wasn’t hot but once we turned jets on and it heated up within 2 minutes. Think it was on a timer of some sort so it’s not just constantly heating all day, pretty fancy pool heating system! There is a small pool/water park in the neighborhood that was free to use. This was fun to visit, they also had a small market with commodities, ice cream and adult beverages! They also have Amazon fresh in Orlando so we were able to order groceries and had them delivered the morning after we arrived! This was a big deal for mom(me)! This is the first review I have done for a vacation home because I hadn’t ever been awestruck like I had been with this property. For us this was a splurge compared to normal vacation but as my kids would say, YOLO!

This was a first class experience from beginning to end. We even had to stay an extra day due to a potential hurricane and the communication was stellar. Book this home you won’t regret it. This house is huge and the game room is the seller. The kids room are away from the grown up rooms. My kids did not want to leave and my husband and I didn’t either. Home is very clean and pool was super clean.

Amazing house and perfect location!
We stayed at Lily Pad with our 3 older children (young teen, tween and grade-schooler) and we had more than enough space to stretch out! The house was incredibly clean with beautiful decor. The game room was hands down our favorite room. Soo fun! The themed kids bedrooms were adorable and the beds super comfortable. We paid for pool and spa heat and it warmed up enough for all of us to enjoy them after a long day at the parks. The tv outside was a very nice touch. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. Less than 15 minutes to all Disney Parks. Overall, one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed at! Property management was easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. We’d stay again in a heartbeat!

I WOULD GIVE IT 20 STARS IF I COULD!
If you are looking for a perfect vacation home in a development that you really never want to leave, in a house that is absolutely perfect, then look no further because Lily Pad is your place. I mean it when I say that this development, Windsor Hills- with it's awesome water slides, splash park, huge heated pool, and very hot and luxurious hot tub, workout room, game room and convenience store, will make you never want to leave. There were several days that all of our kids just wanted to stay at the resort and not visit any theme parks or go anywhere, it's that appealing!
We have stayed at other properties in Windsor Hills twice before, and this was our first stay at Lily Pad. Compared to our other stays, LILY PAD IS FAR AND ABOVE ALL OTHERS!!!! Our very large foster and adoptive family was smitten by this property the minute our feet passed over the threshold. The decor is absolutely beautiful with fabrics, furniture, and accessories that felt rich and elegant, but comfortable at the same time. Everything was very posh and modern. You could tell that it had been completely remodeled and redesigned because it was spectacular. The kids rooms were whimsical and charming, and each room has a tv where the littles, middles, and bigs could all watch what they wanted when they wanted! The tv on the patio was a plus as well. Every room had their own bathroom, so I knew exactly who was making the messes and not picking up their wet towels. SO convenient!!! There was more than enough room for all 12 of us, including our 2 year old. Much to our surprise, there were TWO pop up playpens which was perfect for our little guy to sleep in! But the game room.... what can I say about this epic game room except AWESOME!!!! With 10 kids, (2 yrs to 20yrs) there is always that age group that gets left out or doesn't get to enjoy everything- but not with this game room! Something for everyone!
