Our 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa offers all the comforts of home under the Florida Sun.

Each of the 5 bedrooms features upgraded mattresses, cable TV and a clock radio along with ceiling fans and full air-conditioning.

Professionally furnished and styled each bedroom has its own identity encouraging a restful nights sleep after a busy day experiencing everything Orlando has to offer. With 1 King Master, 2 Queen Masters and 2 Twins our villa comfortably sleeps 10 with cots and other baby equipment available to hire if required. The ground floor offers 1 King, 1 Queen and 1 Twin suite with the remaining Queen and Twin suites being located upstairs. Both floors have their own air-conditioning units so can operate at different temperatures.

The formal dining area seats 8 at the spacious dining table with seating for a further 4 in the lovely kitchen nook area.

Our bright and spacious family room features cable TV, DVD/VCR & stereo system. With books, family board games, DVDs and CDs available for your use this is the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day.

Fully air-conditioned and furnished to the highest standards to ensure a luxurious holiday, the open plan family room opens directly onto the pool and deck area. South facing; the pool benefits from maximum exposure to the Florida sun although the covered lanai offers shade if you prefer! With yet more ceiling fans, sun loungers, security fencing (to keep your little ones safe) and outdoor dining furniture the pool area is the perfect place for casual entertaining and alfresco dining.

Our fully fitted kitchen features all the usual amenities – dishwasher, full range, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer with ice-maker, kettle and an unusual item in Florida – a teapot!! With an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer located in the garage we really do offer home from home vacations. Free wifi is a given but free long distance and international calls available to all our guests is the icing on the cake.

 We have been back and forth from Florida more times and the location of this home is perfect. The area itself seems so safe and clean and well maintained. We loved the villa and found everything very comfortable and in great condition. The pool area was a huge fav. It's overlooked but we realised nearly all the villas on this estate are in the same situation. Most importantly though it gets the absolute most of the sun and the pool itself was super clean and lovely and warm which was needed on the cooler mornings. I would definitely recommend this villa to all my family and friends and look forward to returning again in the not to distant future.

 Well that is us done! Cannot believe how much we have crammed into our holiday and yet we have not ticked everything off the list. Your home has been our home and I am truly grateful. It is an absolutely amazing place so thank you so much for letting us stay here
