 5/5 Great location & Nice house I stayed at The Mouse House with my 15 year old son and 3 of his friends. The house worked out great! We had plenty of room to sleep and chill. All the beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The owners thought of every need, they had beach towels, bathroom towels, ponchos, plenty of cookware, etc. We had dinner every night at the house. I was able to make simple meals with the cookware and utensils available at the house. The house is conveniently located just 10-15 min to Disney World and 25 minutes to Universal. There is a Walmart 5 minutes away and a target and a Publix just 7 minutes away. We took a day off between theme parks and stayed at the property. We enjoyed the pool at the house and the waterpark at the property. It was nice having these options for hot days. June was very responsive with my questions. They truly were the sweetest and sincere to couple to work with. We picked this home because of modern and clean home design, location to places and location to the club house pool. It was perfect for all three of those. Great price for this is home with private pool and clubhouse pool. The pictures were exactly what the rental was like. Clean home, modern and bright. Great size bedrooms, great space to move around, nice bathrooms, great kitchen, perfect private pool. Very easy drive and quick drive to Disney, shopping, grocery stores and restaurants, yet tucked away from the city noise. The location was GREAT!!!! The clubhouse pool area was clean and the kids really enjoyed the water slides. We ordered the pizzas the last night from the clubhouse and they were delicious! House bonus: was all the items provided. Huge screen TVs in every room. Pool towels, in addition to nice bath towels. Enough kitchen gadgets to cook and prep food. Enough starter items, like tp, paper towels, soaps, etc, until we got groceries. This home was set up for family and kids, which worked great for our crew. Only problem, a week was not long enough!  5/5 Best VRBO experience in 25 years! The Mouse House exceeded our expectations. The second we walked in the door we felt at home. The house had absolutely everything you could ever need to help make your vacation a perfect one ! The home owners and property manager were so friendly and very helpful. Beds were so comfy, the house was extremely clean and the whole house was decorated so nice. The kids room was so well equipped with video games, large TV, laptop, gaming chair and a comfy couch to sit on. A great hangout for kids or teens. The house was a very short walk to a beautiful club house pool and waterpark. Close distance to restaurants, Disney, grocery store and shopping.  5/5 Just Like Home, Only Better! From the moment we entered The Mouse House, we felt at home. The color scheme is very soothing, and the Disney centered decorations got us excited for the week ahead. The warm pool just outside the back door was a hit with the kids, as was the huge playroom with plenty of games, toys, TV, and an Playstation 4! We were so grateful that they loved it up there and we were able to relax downstairs with a cup of coffee from the darling coffee bar in the morning, or wine at night. We rented a car with the money we saved on lodging and easily entered each of the four parks within minutes. Every night we looked forward to coming "home' where we could easily cook in the well appointed kitchen and get to bed so we could do it all again the next day. June and Erik have thought of everything! We were going to rent a stroller when June informed us that there was one at the townhome. We were going to buy a cooler, then found one at the home. Pool towels: included! The list goes on and on. And, for the few things we needed, WalMart is only five minutes away. The best part was their concern for our comfort. They checked in with us and made us feel extremely welcome. We will be back!

The townhouse was conveniently located and even though our weather wasn't great, adding the heat to the pool basically gave a giant hot tub to play around in. June and Erik have created a beautiful home that was clean, comfortable and so centrally located to everything you could want to do in Orlando - we truly were only 10 minutes away from the WDW main gate! Our party of 4 adults and 1 child had more than enough space to call home for the long weekend we were there. Any questions or assistance we needed was handled in a quick and efficient manner during our entire stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone but we are also looking forward to coming back in the future - thank you June and Erik!

 5/5 This is our fourth or fifth Windsor Hills townhouse. I've tried other options, including staying "on-property" and feel very strongly that Windsor Hills is the best option for families going to DisneyWorld, and this townhouse is the best so far! The owners have done a fantastic job updating the property. Everything was spotless and shiny like new and the decoration was lovely, particularly the Mickey Mouse bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for complete meals or just quick-breakfasts. The living room is comfy and the smart tv is HUGE. The floorplan is very well designed with lots of space and convenience AND the owners have left open a couple extra closets that are sometimes locked off. (I do love having a pantry.) The splash pool is fun and included pool toys and beach towels. The community pool has been updated with a really nice slide feature recently. The owners have very prompt and clear communications, and everything is very professionally managed. Overall, property is very highly recommend!

 5/5 I have done several rentals and this experience has been one of the best! The property is exactly as described. The property manager was very responsive when I had any questions. My family enjoyed all fo the little touches that the owners provided (large cooler, echo products, game system, computer, etc.). We plan to return to the area in two years and this will be the first house that we will check to see if it is available. It was just like being at home!

Kudos to June and Eric - they poured love into every inch of this property and it shows in every detail and “extra” that the house has to offer.  5/5 We stayed at the Mouse House for our summer vacation in July 2019. We were so impressed with the immaculately clean and updated home - it's obvious it's been newly renovated and furnished, and we were very comfortable during our stay! We appreciated the little amenities like a day's worth of toiletries and coffee, especially since we arrived at 10:00 pm and I didn't have the energy for a trip to the store. Little things make all the difference! There is plenty of room for everyone with three generous size bedrooms and the kid's room with bunk beds was the perfect hangout for our kiddos! They loved the PlayStation, laptop, and Alexa of their own in their room! The kitchen was nicely outfitted and made meal times a breeze for our crowd. The resort pool was awesome - kids loved hanging out there in the evenings! Just a 10-minute drive to Disney and 25 minutes to Universal - it's the perfect location! Thanks June and Erik for our week at the Mouse House - we can't wait to return!

 5/5 Amazing!!! We really enjoyed staying at this house. Very clean, very good located, fully equipped. Everything we need: beach towels, soap, coffee, toys for the pool, and a stroller!!!   5/5 CLEAN, Modern "Smart" home! This townhome looked exactly like the pictures. The pool area was clean and included toys/floaties. If you have multiple cars the overflow parking is directly behind your townhome allowing you to enter from the pool/backdoor. Having "Alexa" in the home is the cherry on top. We will rent this home for our next trip to Disney. *Pro-tip* avoid Wal-Mart that is a block away, it is always packed but Super Target is located less than a mile away and is not as busy and has great produce.

June & Erik's place is a dream vacation home, cozy, beautiful & with all the amenities for you or your family to enjoy your vacation. The house was superb, equipped with latest technology to keep everyone entertained. My family enjoyed the pool, the water parked and being so closed to many restaurants & entertainment options. June & Erik's responded promptly to all my last minute questions. They even went out of their way to address a problem with the tv, which turned out to be user error. The kids room was a major plus. They would come from the big resort pool to the home pool daily and it was just perfect. The added touches made it feel like home. Just a beautiful house.   5/5 Loved This House I go to Disney every 3-4 months and staying at Windsor Hills is a must for my family. This house is exactly as shown/described. The house has been remodeled and it shows. The kitchen has a great stainless steel fridge, the sofa was comfy, and the second bedroom upstairs is perfect for kids. (Gaming chair, gaming system, bunk beds, and a laptop!) Every room has big screen TVs (that’s extremely rare) and every room also has an Echo that you can use to communicate with your party, exactly like an intercom. It was awesome. Cleanliness is an absolute must for me -I’m super picky about that. I had zero complaints. The owners are great with communication. My messages were always responded to in a very prompt manner. While I was staying at the house I needed to contact the management company about two minor issues and they were also amazing at handling everything. The matters were resolved by the time we got back to the house that evening. I absolutely would love to stay here again in the future. I highly recommend to anyone.

  5/5 Vacation Saved This unit was/is exactly as advertised. The owners were/are an absolute pleasure to work with and communication surrounding our last minute emergent booking (long story) could not have been better or more seamless and we are eternally thankful for it. This is a gated community with round the clock security but once you have gone through the initial check-in the day you arrive you have a pass that opens the gates automatically so you only need stop if you need something. We have rented units in this same community several times and never had a single issue or concern for safety while at the same time never feeling "inconvenienced" entering or exiting. There is a waterpark area on the grounds near the clubhouse which is less than a 5 minute walk from this specific unit but as we were there in January we didn't have an opportunity to make use of it. This townhome also has a small "pool" inside the unit itself. (No, there was no issue with chlorine or bromine odor and yes, it's safe if you have small kids as there is an alarm that sounds if the door to the pool area opens.) As for the unit itself, the place is immaculate. Very comfortable, lots of light, quiet neighborhood with one parking space in front and several others available behind. All of the rooms are well appointed and every modern appliance you might need (washer, dryer, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, dishwasher, etc) are on hand and easy to use. I'm not well versed on modern video games but I can say that our 14 year old never came out of that room so it had to have been a newer model. The beds were comfortable and we didn't experience a single maintenance issue but phone numbers for the property manager were readily available as were numbers for local restaurants/delivery services. We were traveling as a family of four; myself, my better half, a 14 year old and 19 year old that each not only had their own bedroom but their own bathroom.
