 Communication with this host was top level... We had to make some last minute requests and they accommodated our asks and set expectations. Out of the three houses I have rented near the parks this was the best/easiest experience... 10/10 would recommend and will be back.

 The hostess extremely welcoming and left a lovely welcome basket my family enjoyed! Many beach pool towels to use. Family loved game room! We had a wonderful time there with family celebrating our daughter turning 30!

 Awesome place! We never used the water park as the house pool was amazing! The pool/spa heat was phenomenal!! House location is literally 10 minutes from Disney properties! Home is very nice with great amenities!!Perfect rating from this family!!!!

 This house is perfect for a large group enjoying the Disney area. Where do I start? Location is perfect, minutes from Disney. So close we could hear the fireworks at night. The pool was always sparkling clean and refreshing after an August day in the parks. Our grandchildren enjoyed the waterpark, a short walk from the house. They also enjoyed the game room during afternoon thunderstorms. Laura was a dream, she always responded to inquiries (before, during and after our stay) within minutes. I could go on and on. If in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

 Had a great stay! Laura was the perfect host. Kids loved the pool and we had a hard time getting them out of it. :) Beds and pillows were super comfy and theater room was a great addition. Would definitely stay there again.

 The house was perfect! Very well equipped with children needs, gates for steps, strollers and monitors. The pool was so relaxing and having pool towels was one less thing we had to bring.it was nice to be able to cook instead of eating all meals out. Kitchen was stocked and spacious. My family was able to relax and enjoy each other. We will be back

 Laura rescued us and made our spring break AMAZING!We took our family on spring break to Tampa and got to our VRBO and immediately realized it was not livable for a whole week. I quickly started searching for properties and found this one. I messaged the property owner and Laura responded within minutes letting me know they had a cancellation and her property was available. We couldn't check in until Monday and needed somewhere to stay Sunday night. Laura looked into hotels for me near her property so we wouldn't have a long way to travel when her home was available to check into. She knew we were so stressed about having to move and texted me as soon as the property was ready and it was ready 3 hours early!We walked in and it was so clean! Everything you could possibly need was there. The kitchen had ceramic plates and glasses for inside, plastic plates and glasses for outside. They had sets of knives, every utensil you can think of, storage bowls, mixing bowls, a griddle we used to make pancakes, a blender we used to make smoothies...the list goes on and on. We didn't have any young kids but there were plenty of supplies for babies/toddlers as well. The closets were stocked with bath towels. Beach towels were provided for the pool. Plenty of seating by the pool. Unfortunately, the air conditioner broke while we were there, nothing that could be predicted or prevented, and Laura had her handyman there within hours to fix it. We would definitely stay here again!

 We chose this home in our favorite neighborhood for our annual June (school's out!) trip. The home was ready for us when we arrived and was as clean a home as we've ever stayed in. Beds were super comfortable, everything we needed was there to get started and we particularly liked the fun of surprising the kids with Disney themed bedding of their favorite characters! Laura was super responsive to our questions before hand, and easy to work with! We will definitely choose this house for our next Disney trip!!!

 A Nana with four 22 yr old college grads enjoyed our stay. Loved the home, great layout. Very comfortable, clean, convenient to Disney Parks, shopping, 192 restaurants. We enjoyed the pool very much, lots of room. A beautiful and quiet neighborhood tucked out of the busy traffic, but close to everything. Our host could not be more responsive. Will definitely stay again. Thank you Laura for making our stay so special.

 Nice size home that offers plenty of space for a large family. Nice area with a great community pool and water slides for the kids. Great proximity to the parks as well. The host, Laura, was very attentive and quick to answer any questions that we had. It was very nice having a pool/hot tub at the house. Also enjoyed the big table in the pool area where everyone gathered to relax after a long day at the parks. All in all a very nice place.

 This house was perfect for our entire group. We had a golf trip planned for the area, and this house is centrally located in an extremely private community. Easily accessible from local golf courses, many restaurants and all major highways. Laura was always so responsive and made our stay seamless. Highly recommend this house for a larger group looking to visit the central Florida area. Many bedrooms, private pool and hot tub.

 We loved this property, it was quiet, but close to everything. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking. The house was spacious, with 12 adults, 2 kids we never felt like we were crowding each other. Even enough space to eat together in the kitchen. We would stay here again and again if we are visiting the area.

 My family and I rented with Fred & Laura of 5 Star Stay Properties for 2 months during the pandemic to get out of the harsh northeast winter. Our stay was spectacular for two reasons. First, renting this home is like living in your second home. They've done all the little things to make it really comfortable. For example, the kitchen is fully stocked and you can easily cook a full meal in it. Each bathroom has an ample supply of linens. There are dozens of games and movies for families to enjoy. I could list 10 more things, but you get the point. And if you haven't rented down here before, this is not the case with the majority of rentals. Secondly, renting from owners isn't comparable to using a rental agency. We texted the owner Laura anytime we had a question or issue, and she was extremely responsive, kind, and solved issues very quickly. It's takes 24 hours to get a response from most rental agencies, Laura had issues acknowledged and fixed within a couple at most. The peace of mind of knowing your questions will be answered quickly was a game changer for us, and provided a peace of mind you don't typically have with rentals. Because of this experience, we will only rent directly from owners in the future, and will 100% stay in any home owned by Laura and Fred. It was a wonderful experience for us, made great by the care for the home and responsiveness of Laura and Fred.

 Thanksgiving Break The house had so much space and was in a great location across from the playground. Also, so many houses in Orlando are managed by these enormous property management companies and they are awful. Laura was great, super responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

 This place was an amazing find! Clean, super responsive host (always within 30min to an hour), beautiful decor in the house, and great location (directly under Disney). My family got this airbnb to enjoy the holidays together and the host was incredible. We were all able to enjoy time in the parks and come home to enjoy the awesome game room. Beds were comfortable too.

 The house was awesome and met and exceeded our needs. But most importantly, Laura was the best person I had the privilege of renting from. The property is more than a profit, she truly work to make it a home away from home. It is newly remolded, and attention was given to every thing that went into this house. The game room, the living space, the oversided table for family gatherings. The pools and all the extras things that you need to make it yours. Strollers, pool toys, nice pool furnishings, TVs, board games, gaming systems. I would rent any where I saw Laura
