The plan is the extremely popular one in Windsor Hills Resort with one Queen size master bedroom on the main,and it comes with a lot of extras for all the family! Its’ professional decor shows throughout this luxurious home,too! There are THREE themed bedrooms —Pirates of the Caribbean, NASCAR, and Parisian pink bedroom for princess’—-And there is the French themed Bistro kitchen and dining area! Located less than a minute drive from the main resort clubhouse area, this outstanding property home is very well equipped as you will see. Disney Delight sleeps 13 people comfortably, the bedrooms consisting of 2 Masters, both with King size beds and full en-suite facilities, 1 Queen size bedroom located on the first floor, and 3 other themed bedrooms on the second floor. With one en-suite bedroom on main floor, it is perfect for all guests, especially those that don’t like or can’t negotiate stairs very well.

The bedrooms upstairs are all themed. One bedroom is themed with amazing Pirates of the Carribean, another has a very cool Nascar theme, and both of those rooms have 2 twin beds. The third bedroom has bunk beds, the lower being a full size, and the room has a Parisian theme which is quite relaxing and so fun for the girls in your group! Every girl loves this room—even the grown-up ladies do,too!

Other features of this fantastic home include a spacious kitchen, open living area, a games room with a pool table, air hockey table, and arcade games, and a very unique and spacious dining area with seating for >12. It is the French Bistro themed dining area and complete with its’ own flat screen TV,too, mounted on the wall! There is also a separate laundry room with an oversized larger sized brand new LG washer and an Amana dryer.

The main living area boasts mahogany furniture and a 55 inch flat screen television TV! There are a total of 9 Flat screen TVs in the home! So everyone can watch their favorite shows on a flat screen TV of their own!

Right next to the main living area is a Queen bedroom, and next to it is a full bathroom. This has been one of the most popular features of this floor plan especially for those guests that have difficulty negotiating stairs. The full size washer and dryer are on the first floor too, as is the main dining area next to the kitchen which seats > 12.

Disney Delight also has high speed wireless internet access as well, which is offered complimentary to all our guests. All telephone calls to the US and Canada are also free of charge. Again, there are a total of 9 flatscreen televisions, so all can enjoy fav shows!

And we love the littles, so we provide High chair, pack n play, and stroller for your use while at Disney Delight. Note the private pool has a mesh fencing around it for safety, too! At Disney Delight, everything for everybody was planned just to make sure your stay is simply the BEST!

The kitchen is fully equipped too as you would expect in a home of this caliber with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and all the hand held appliances you could need. There is.a brand new stainless steel microwave with all the bells and whistles and all appliances are SS.. All linens and towels including pool towels are supplied for your stay in our home, too, with all kitchen utensils and crockery provided as well.

On the second floor there are total of 5 more bedrooms, 2 King bedrooms, both with en-suite, , and the 3 themed twin rooms. All have flat screen TV's, and upgraded cable packages.

A patio door from the living area leads onto a large patio furnished with loungers, tables and chairs, and facing South, you can enjoy the setting sun well into the late afternoon from here. This relaxed setting also houses the pool and spa. Pool heat is available for a minimal charge, and the pool is heated to about 86 degrees, with the spa/ hot tub set to 102. (We ask you to note that like all the pool heaters in Windsor Hills, the heater will only be fully efficient in the winter months when the outside air temperature is 55 degrees or above, and it is a Brand New Top Of the Line Pool Heater just put in 11/2020!)

We are active in only the best resort and they don't come any better than Windsor Hills, and Disney Delight is very typical of not only the quality of homes offered herein, but actually a cut above with it being professionally decorated throughout! Obviously, we are a wee bit biased but we put a lot int this home for our own family and we are happy and proud to be able to share it.

The balance of 50% due to stay is expected no later than 21 days before check in, if you have NOT paid the balance by 21 days before check in you forfeit your entire deposit (which was 50% of the total cost of booking) and your reservation is removed ,.if you pay the balance at 21 days before book in so 100% the is paid and you cancel anytime after that time Nothing will be refunded.  What a fabulous stay just after Christmas! We all loved Disney Delight. We were a family ranging from toddlers to older adults—-and it was fun for everyone in our group. The owner answered any and all questions quickly. We loved the pool heat...pay for the pool heat and you will love it here. They told us a new pool heater so really great heat, and this was true! We were in the pool every night after day at the parks! The parks weren’t crowded and they were very clean. We made our way around to every disney park, and this home is so close to magic kingdom and animal kingdom—our 2 faves! Plan to stay here again!

 Amazing home....loved by our little princes and princess. The professional decor was impeccable and kitchen was so well stocked, loved the dining area set up...the new large washer was great to do laundry quickly while on Vacay. The owners were so responsive and great hosts. We will be back!

 We had a great stay at this vacation home. It was fully stocked. With everyday items for our use. The kids loved the game room and pool. It was a convenient location for all parks, stores , restaurants, etc. we would definitely stay here again. Any questions we had were quickly answered and resolved. Would definitely recommend this house.
