Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am.

Please leave the trash in the container by the front door. The trash must be bagged and will be picked up each day. If you have time please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry.

Pool heating must be requested prior to arrival. Pool heating is $25 per day.

Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access. Maximum of 3 cars allowed unless other arrangements with the owner have been put in place.
