5 Star 5 BR 5 BA South Pool No Back Neighbors!

 I was pleasantly surprised by this home. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the furnishings in great shape. The community was also quiet and well kept. My group really enjoyed the home and we would definitely stay here again!

 Craig�s vacation house was great! The home is about 10 min from Disney�s Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom and less than 2miles from Super Walmart and tons of restaurants. The private pool and hot tub (with no backing neighbors!) was an amazing place to relax at the end of the day. We all enjoyed the game room with arcade games, even caught Pop Pop playing when he went to do laundry (LOL). The Resort Waterpark was perfect and so close to the house! The Resort waterpark wasn�t busy during our stay, inflatables/toys are allowed in pool (available to purchase there as well), fun slash pad, small water slides, two big amazing water slides, good food and drinks are also available. We all loved having a bathroom for each bedroom and with three ground floor bedrooms it was perfect for Gmom and Pop Pop. Craig and the Property manager always responded within minutes and provided the information we needed. If you�re looking for a great vacation home I definitely recommend.

 Our family had an amazing time during our stay. We loved the game room and the pool. The house so very close to disney that it was very easy to get to for breaks since it was incredibly hot during the week we were there. We opted not to heat the pool which was a good decision since it was so hot it could cool us down some

 Everything was amazing. I wish i could have folded the house and packed it up to bring it back to chicago with me. It felt like home very spacious and clean. Management responded quickly when we had questions. So highly recommended when traveling to florida.

 Craig�s vacation house was very nice! My family and I really enjoyed it. The home is close to Disney World, Walmart, target, restaurants and much more. If your looking for a nice vacation home I definitely recommend. This is a gorgeous and fun vacation home!

 Three words to describe this place and host. Great, Good, Awesome. It really did feel like home it was hard to leave. We loved the pool, and the arcade games were so much fun. The description and the photos don't begin to describe how beautiful this vacation house is.

 Place looked exactly like the pictures. The welcome packet we received before check in was great. The owners are very communicative and friendly. The amusement parks are right there and so were places to eat. Felt very safe taking a night stroll through the neighborhood . So much to do all near by. This place is amazing!

 Our stay at Craig and Karen's place was amazing. It was a big family reunion for us and everybody-- seniors, adults, and kids -- enjoyed staying there. Craig is very helpful and always responsive. Place is clean and tidy. Everyone of us gave a 5-stars! Will definitely book again.

 Craig's place was clean, updated, comfortable and well appointed as described. The photos don't do it justice! The pool was a plus to relax and cool off on hot afternoons. The location was excellent - close to Disney theme parks, attractions, stores and restaurants. We learned that Craig and Karen have 6 properties in the area of all sizes. We will continue to chose Craig's properties every time we return to the area.

 Craig was wonderful. The house was exactly as it was listed. One of the families with us left behind a photo from nationals that was professionally done. The property manager got in touch with me that he found it and is sending it to us. They really didn�t have to go above and beyond like that. I highly recommend any of Craig�s properties.

 My family of 12 and I stayed at Craig's vacation home and felt so comfortable. His home accommodated our stay with room to spare. Everything was accessible , amenities, accessories and all the basic things you need for a big family the only thing we needed to accommodate for ourselves was food. Nice restaurants within a 2-5 mile radius. Very safe and family oriented, yet private at the same time. Also Disney world is only 7-14 minutes away. Overall Craig�s place was great and his property Manager Dario attended to anything you needed in a timely fashion. Thanks for a wonderful stay. My family and I enjoyed.

The house was beautiful with a nice deck and pool that was spacious enough for the whole family. I would definitely recommend for your next family vacation!

 The vacation home was amazing. The listing was factual. Everything was set up prior to our arrival, such as the grill with propane, heated pool. I loved the daily trash pick-up. The owner was wonderful to deal with and very responsive to our request. Our family has done a few of the vacation homes for our family reunion and this so far is the best!

 We really enjoyed the property, it was perfect for the entire family. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room and each family had their own bathroom and private space to retreat each night. I would highly recommend. We will definitely return to visit again! (It's nice to know that Craig owns 2 properties in Windsor Hills so we can invite our friends next time).

 If you�re considering a home for a party of 12 or more this is definitely the house for you! My family and I had an amazing time in Craig�s home; everything was exactly like the images. The home was clean and neatly arranged. Our property manager was amazing, he was very responsive and helped solved any issue we had. We had on overall amazing stay and the beds are super comfortable might I add. Craig is an outstanding host, all my questions were answered within little time span and he worked with me on any extra request . I definitely recommend this home, I can honestly see myself booking it again!

 For starters, the communication & info received from Craig was top notch. He was overly communicative, responded within minutes of me reaching out and provided a beautifully organized & detailed welcome packet for our stay! This was a friend reunion and we wanted a place with space (and boy was there plenty!!) The pictures of this property just don't do justice to what its like when you walk in the house! The house was also in a very central location; there was grocery, restaurants & bars all within a 5-10min drive, it was about 30 mins from the airport and very close to Disney & Universal! This property is definitely added to my list of favorites and the next group event we have in the Orlando area will definitely be here!!

 Beautiful house very close to restaurants, shopping and theme parks. Lots of pool toys for the kids to use. The entire family loved the ping pong table and game room. The washer and dryer were great to have with the large group.

 Absolutely perfect for a big family Disney vacation. Very close to all the parks and lots of food options. House very clean pool was just right for our 6 kids. Owner very detailed and responded quickly when we had questions. Definitely will book again.

 We had the BEST time here on our little birthday getaway, everything was amazing! Location is so close to Disney Parks. Parking was nice as well!! We had a great few days here, we will definitely be back next year for our yearly trip!! Craig even let us check in early because we were getting into town earlier! Everyone loved this beautiful home!! It was clean, everything was working fine for us, hot water, comfy beds, game room, very close to everything! Overall 10/10 we had a blast & will be back!! :)

 We rented this property for our quarterly sales meeting. We had people from all around the United States in Europe. The host was super accommodating with our requests, and was responsive and pleasant to work with! Everyone had their own private bathroom/bedroom and the common space was perfect for business, as well as pleasure! Everyone enjoyed the game room and the pool/spa after a long day of work. Could not have asked for more!

 Craig and Karen are great hosts and are always responsive if there are any issues. The house and pool/spa were amazing! Also the club house is a great option to get away for the day without having to spend lots of money at theme parks. We loved the house so much we are booked again for 2024!

 Craig, Karen and team were extremely hospitable and quick to respond to all our requests and questions. Their home was beautiful from top to bottom. The photos are accurate and on point! Home was spotless. This was more than enough space for my family of 20 with plenty amenities (game room, home theatre and pool).  "What can be said about a super host like Craig? Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I�ve had. Organizing accommodations for 10+ people can be a real pain, but Craig was on the ball every step of the way. He was always quick to answer any questions we had in a timely manner and went above and beyond to ensure there were no snags during our stay. And such a beautiful house! We loved the access to the community pool and gym as well. We also had a few other members of our group stay at another house while we were there (we had a group that was too big for the one house) and Craig truly blew the other host out of the water with his attentiveness and foresight. The other host (we called him �Not-Craig�) just couldn�t measure up! He made our stay relaxing and stress free and the next time we�re looking for accommodation in the area, we�ll definitely reach out to Craig first. Thank you Craig!"

 Photos don't represent how clean, updated and beautiful this home is. This is a great place you can call home while being so close to Disney! Literally 10-15 minutes including the Disney traffic. Take advantage of the pool and water park for a much needed down day while there. Craig is responsive and great to work with. You really don�t need bring anything. Just show up and enjoy!

 Amazing house for staying with a large group of 12. Great amenities for kids of all ages. Beautiful pool and community. Took us 10 minutes to get to parks. Fantastic communication! A blender was listed in the amenities and when we couldn�t find one. Amazon delivered one to us three hours after we called the management company! We were also lacking beach towels which were delivered by Amazon two hours after. Any email or other communication was promptly answered. We would definitely plan to stay here again.

 Craig�s home was an exceptional value for our multigenerational family. This beautiful home was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and water park. Highly recommend you pay extra for pool heat. Walmart was only a mile down the road. Disney was a quick 10 minute ride. We would love to visit again some day.

 Craig�s place was absolutely perfect for us. Craig is extremely easy to communicate with and an excellent host. The house is extremely clean, and the layout was perfect. Love the owners suite and the Mickey rooms. We loved the water park and resort amenities. If your going to Disney, the location is awesome. We would definitely stay again.
