Our property Management company does a very good job in ensuring the house is sparkle clean and ready for guests. They provide an excellent customer service should you need them for anything during your stay.

Additional Details:

IMPORTANT! There are strict rules in place regarding occupancy of the house, parties at the property, and damage. A rental agreement acceptance is mandatory upon reservation confirmation.

Any PETS or ANIMALS and SMOKING/VAPING are not allowed in and around the premises. Any evidence of sneaking pets/animals inside the house or smoking/vaping inside the house or in the lanai area by the pool will be charged extra in addition to forfeiture of the damage deposit

This is a self catering villa, we start you out with a small quantity of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, and laundry soap. Guests are responsible for supplementing these with their own supplies. WalMart and Publix stores are nearby in 1 - 3 miles.

Parking: No more than 3 cars are allowed at the villa. If you are bringing in RV or other large vehicles, advise the owner as permission from resort management is required prior to booking to confirm its parking spot.

Access: The front door has an electronic lock. Door code will be set to your preferred number and will be used during your stay.

Trash: We have valet trash pick up every day except for major national holidays.

Pool Heat: Pool heat is provided for a nominal fee. Pool pump is on from 10am to 9pm.

Safety Features: Doorbell cameras and exterior cameras by pool equipment by the side of the house in place for the safety of our guests

Getting Around: Taxi, Uber, Loft.
No shuttle is available

Resort Amenities: Clubhouse facilities are free to use for guests residing at the property. Wristbands should be collected at the clubhouse to use the facilities, maximum 12 wristbands are allowed for each reservation.

 This house is AMAZING! Seriously we can't wait to come back and stay here again. It is conveniently located to everything! It's a 10-15 minute drive from all Disney parks and Seaworld, a 5 minute drive from big box stores and souvenir shopping and a 20 minute drive from the Orlando airport. We loved that it was in a gated community that was manned 24 hours a day and that the owners and property manager were available by phone anytime. The pictures of the home are 100% accurate with the exception of the nook which has a longer table with benches which was a bonus over the tall table with bar stools we expected to find. We didn't pay to heat the pool and don't regret it at all. We swam in the heated clubhouse pool one day and preferred the temperature of the house pool instead. Even though you have neighbors on the right and left the homes are staggered enough we had plenty of privacy while on the patio. The home and community were quiet, clean and safe. The home was loaded with everything you could want with the exception of cookie sheets, wash cloths and board games. This was not a deal breaker and there is a dollar tree 10 minutes away where you could purchase the items for cheap if needed. If you are reading this and are on the fence just jump already you won't regret it! Also know that the door handle requires a little extra oomph to open, don't be afraid you will break it just push harder and it will open :)

 Absolutely amazing From the time I booked his property to the very last day we checked out was stress-free and gave me and my family a peace of mind the owner of the property was very helpful made our stay feel like home the house was amazing the pool was very clean the Linens for the bed were spotless plenty of towels and wash rags very close to all the attractions me and my family are definitely coming back and staying at this property again so if you're looking for a stress-free and not disappointed when you check in this property has everything and more
