Relaxing stay- villa and owners are fabulous!
We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Narcosi. Jon and Cath are wonderful and very responsive. The home is clean and very well appointed. It has everything you need- inside and out- for a relaxing vacation. If you plan to cook, the indoor kitchen everything you need and the outdoor kitchen is a welcome bonus! Our family loved the game room, the pool with the new extended patio, and the proximity to everything in the area. Villa Narcosi is a really great place to unwind.

We have stayed at quite a few different rental homes in the Windsor Hills community, but this house has definitely been our favorite. It was very clean, it was decorated nicely, and the pool area was fantastic! I would highly recommend!

Villa Narcosi is a gem!
We loved our stay at Villa Narcosi. The home is clean and very well appointed. Cath and Jon have everything you could think of and more. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked if you're planning to cook at all. Our family loved the game room, the pool and the proximity to everything in the area. A really great place for our family to unwind.

We Love This Villa!
This was our third stay at the villa. We prefer the villa over the any Disney Resorts. It has all the conveniences of home. The villa is well maintained and has everything you would need, and more, to make your stay enjoyable. Cath and Jon have thought of everything. They are great to work with and respond promptly to any questions and concerns. The whole process is seamless from start to finish. The community is also well kept, quiet, and so close to the Disney parks, restaurants, and shopping. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful place!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The attention to detail and very helpful check-in guide were very appreciated. The owners really rook the time to make sure any questions you may have were outlined in their welcome email. Game room was a lot of fun, and we appreciate that the pool was heated and included in the price. Plenty of space for a large group. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Amazing Propertyy
Our family of 9 had a great stay in this house. Good location; close to all Disney Parks and other shopping/restaurants. House was very clean and comfortable and love the first floor bedroom for grandparents. Lots of room to spread out and relax after a long day at the parks!

Absolutely amazing
If we could give this property 10 stars we would ! The rooms were exactly as described and the property was extremely clean upon arrival . Any questions we had were answered within the hour . This was our first time staying at a house instead of staying on a Marriott resort and it did not disappoint. We had 9 children ages 2 - 13 and they absolutely loved the themed rooms . The rooms were spacious and had enough outlets for any device you needed to plug in . The pool area was spacious and felt very safe with 3 toddlers because of the safety screen . The owners had the kitchen well stocked with anything you needed for the stay . Honestly everything was perfect and we will definitely be staying again in the near future !

Great Family Vacation Home
I spent a week at Villa Narcosi with my 3 grown children, their spouses and our 7 grandchildren. This house is spacious and we never felt that we were crowded. Jon and Cath were quick to respond to any issues or questions we had. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the Disney + was a really nice touch as well. We really appreciated the fact that there are no neighbors in the back yard, offering beautiful sunset views. The house is in the perfect location within the resort, walkable to the main pool/water park as long as you have a stroller for the little ones. There is a stroller as well as a booster seat and high chair at the house for guests to use. I would recommend Villa Narcosi to anyone thinking of visiting Disney which was only about a 15-20 minute drive away. There is a huge WalMart just up the road for all your grocery needs as well. We had a wonderful week at the Villa.

It was certainly one of the best villas we have stayed at at Windsor hills.
We enjoyed the spacious, very clean and well stocked villa. The welcome pack was super and the villa was full of tech.
We would definitely return to the Villa on a future visit. We particularly enjoyed the reaching view and sunsets.

Best kept home in Windsor Hills
I have stayed in Windsor Hills several times. This home is by far the cleanest and best maintained. Clean furniture, plenty of dishes in cabinets. For this reason alone, I give them 5 stars. I would stay here again because it is so clean and well maintained. That is not easy to find in such high traffic rentals in Orlando.

Beautiful home
The hosts communicated multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was clean and decorated with comfortable and Disney decor. The pool and spa were the highlight. Spectacular sunsets every night sitting in the pool. Lots of pots and pans and we cooked dinners every night. You are very close to the Disney parks and Can avoid highway 4! The neighborhood is very quiet and a beautiful place to walk our dog. There are multiple playgrounds inside the resort. I will return again and recommend for families with kids of all ages.

Villa Narcosi is a fantastic villa where the owners have thought of everything. It is very clean and well-maintained with a modern and spacious interior. We travelled with teenagers who loved the games room and we all made use of the pool which was lovely and a really nice place to recover from the busy parks and watch the sunset
The communication with the owners was excellent and we really felt like it mattered to them that we enjoyed our stay. They answered any queries promptly and we were grateful for the recommendations in their information pack. We will definitely return!

Wow! What an absolutely beautiful property! Every amenity you can imagine! We came with 4 grandkids and 3 meemaws for a weekend trip. The kids loved the bedrooms, all of the Rec room activities, and the pool! Kitchen had all we needed! Washer/dryer was helpful to throw in a load at night or dry swimsuits. Owners were SUPER helpful! Perfect Stay.
This rental set the bar pretty high for our first ever VRBO experience. The owners were fantastic - attentive and easy to communicate with. No surprises. The property is beautiful and comfortable. The neighborhood is clean and peaceful. My husband was sold with the southwest facing pool and hot tub. The sun beams in most of the day and you can sit and watch the sunsets. An amazing place for families of any size.

This place was exactly as advertised. The space was perfect for our group of old high school friends who needed a place to hang out, but close enough to most things in the Disney area. We had plenty of space, so we weren't sitting on top of each other, great big dining room table for playing cards, and a great variety of things to do in the game room. The area outside of the house was great so you don't feel neighbors on top of you, and nobody behind you which makes it very peaceful. If I was to bring a big group, I would stay here again, as the hosts are very responsive and very easy to work with!

Perfect vacation home for my family!
This home was the perfect place for my family. We had 8 people (5 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 10 year old) and it was great for everyone. We all had our private space to spread out but also a great common area to visit. The pool/patio area was perfect with amazing sunset views. The owners were responsive and checked on us often. The house is just as it is pictured, spacious and clean. We had a two week rental with our entire family joining us for a week. With six grandkids, six years old down to 16 months, the house could not have been more suited to our needs. Each family had ample sleeping space and what was very appreciated was the house being solidly built, the noise level was minimal from one area to another. So glad we planned this family vacation.

Lovely home
The home was perfect for our party of 10. The house was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the game room and were happy to even find bikes in the garage! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. We had a hot water issue upon arrival but the management company had it fixed within a few hours. Our stay was perfect and Cath answered all of our questions within 24 hours. Highly recommended.

Amazing
We had a total of 12 guests in this house and we all had plenty of space. We took walks around the neighborhood, played tennis, got a lot of use with the game room playing ping pong and pool. The kitchen was great. The view was amazing for watching sunsets from the pool. Highly recommend Villa Narcosi and the communication with the owners was above what I expected. Would highly recommend a stay here 😊

The resort and the property was beautiful and accommodating. There was something for EVERYONE from the 18 month old twins to my 60 year old mother. We have rented a number of villas in Kissimmee and this was among the best. Clean, as described. I really appreciated the simple amenities of the house including the inflatable pump, sports equipment, Sonos speakers, etc. Very helpful to have access to. The pool offers beautiful sunsets in the evening given that the house is on a hill. Easy to work with the property owners as well.

Superb Location!
With so many options at Windsor Hills and so many of the homes appearing somewhat similar this one really sets itself apart with its location. This is one of the premier locations at Windsor Hills. The back of the property faces west with no houses blocking the views of the amazing sunset. The house is spacious, well layed out and has a nice touch of additional entertainment in the garage. We loved sitting on the back patio and just relaxing or cooling off in the pool from the Florida heat. Cath and Jon were great to deal with and responded quickly to all of our communication. We would definitely recommend renting with Cath and Jon!

Great Family Getaway
The house was very clean and accommodating for everyone. Pool was perfectly warm and hot tub was hot! The kitchen was well equipped with every cooking utensil, pots/pans, serving dishes and bowls, inside and outside dishes and glasses, etc. They even had a kitchen scale!!! The house was beautifully decorated and had plenty of towels for bathrooms and the pool. We were close to so many things including Publix, Target, and lots of restaurants.

We had an amazing time in this beautiful home - everything is nearby and you literally don't have to leave (other than to get food/drinks/essentials). Didn't get to venture out into the on property water park but it looked amazing and not too many people. Even has a grill that we were able to use. Trash service is outstanding as well, they come EVERYDAY! The pool is heated and the jacuzzi gets HOT to ease your aches and pains and relax you. We have just returned from a weeks stay at Villa Narcosi, and found the property to be immaculate, fully equipped and in an excellent location with no rear neighbours and a fabulous south facing pool deck. The home had everything you could ask for, including extra touches to make our stay even more comfortable. Having previously owned property ourselves in Florida for over 15 years, we are particularly fussy about where we stay, we love the safety and location of Windsor Hills as a resort and Villa Narcosi ticked all the boxes. We stayed at this villa last week and it was excellent. The house has everything that you could want, plus there are amenities on the complex eg. water slides. The standard and quality of the premises and complex is first class, and it is a perfect location if you intend to spend time at Disney as it is just a few miles away. There are also plenty of supermarkets, shops and restaurants nearby. Excellent in every way.

Have been lucky enough to Stay in this villa a number of times. Having been to Orlando many times and stayed in many communities Windsor is the best we have stayed in close to everything Walmart restaurants etc. Gated community with stunning communal pool and brilliant facilities. I would be very fussy checking out if the pool gets the sun is it overlooked is the villa well decorated does it have plenty of space and have everything we need. Plus that's its close to everything. If you are as fussy as me then this is the villa for you. The villa is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The pool is not overlooked and is fab to sit and relax. Plenty of space inside with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Can't wait to return.
