Speechless!! PERFECT!
I'll get straight to the point. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. The couch in the living room was so comfortable. I thought the pool would be too small for my liking, but it was perfect. It was warm and private. Deep enough for adults but not too deep for the kids. More than enough towels for my family of 5. There were beach towels and even toys for the kids. Even a PlayStation! Washer and Dryer with detergent was veryyyy convenient. Trash is picked up daily! The community pool and water park is the absolute best. Saved me money from having to buy tickets to an actual water park. There�s a theater you can reserve and choose your own movie to watch. A mini game room on site. Food and drinks sold by the pool. The condo is literally 20 steps away from everything I listed. Walmart 2 blocks away. The host was beyond nice, great communication and understanding in situations. That meant the most to me. I�m forever grateful. I may be missing some details but it was everything I wanted and more. I�ll be back and im booking this exact property!

Amazing Stay
This was our first time staying in a vacation townhouse, so we were a little nervous about this new experience. Thankfully, the property owners had everything extremely organized. They and their property manager were available and quick to answer any of our questions. The pool was the perfect size for our family of four. It is smaller than a standard pool, but perfect for cooling down after a hot and brutal day at a theme park. Just so you know, you're going to need to bring or eventually buy necessary items for your stay, such as toilet paper, dish detergent (if you plan on washing dishes by hand), etc.. They provide enough to last about a day or two until you can get to a store and buy your own (this is fairly standard). They provided the dishwasher packs (awesome!). We were very fortunate that the owners provided us with more than we expected. Some of the items we brought with us we didn't have to use. Thank you so much! Overall, we had a lovely time. We are truly grateful to the owners and property manager for being so professional and prompt. We hope to book with them again in the future. Many thanks!

Wonderful
Windsor Hills was a wonderful community with many amenities. This unit was within easy walking distance to the community center and had all the conveniences of home. The owners were amazing and very accommodating hosts. I would 1000% stay here again. The kids loved it!!! Thank you Morgan for being such a wonderful host.

Relaxing and enjoyable
We were in Orlando for a cheer competition and the ESPN center and the unit was perfect for us! Close to the event, clean, relaxing and convenient to planes to eat, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!
Excellent location- accommodations were Perfect for our family! The pool and water slides were close by. Anything a family would need Was minutes away. The owner was excellent at communicating and flexible. Check-in process was extremely easy. Each bedroom had a Bathroom attached; which was Very convenient. Would definitely recommend

Just like home!
This stay was EXCELLENT! The house is perfect for a family to feel like they are on vacation, without feeling cramped in a hotel room. each kiddo had their own room, they loved the private pool and the house was very comfortable and so nice! The theming was also fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the close proximity to the parks and grocery - so nice to be able to have snacks on hand and breakfast for the morning. The owner is SO fast to communicate and accommodate as needed. The area is super quiet and the house is right across the street from the clubhouse pool! We really enjoyed staying at this property. It’s very spacious and the owners are extremely accommodating and communicative. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve seen in a rental. The beds are pretty comfy and having a bathroom in each bedroom is really convenient. The washer and dryer are extra large, nice if you’re traveling with a larger family or a long stay. A list of things you may need if you are visiting for more than a few days are; toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent. Don’t hesitate to book you won’t regret it.

Great stay!
We stayed here during our Disney world trip, for a week. The space is very nice, clean, super close to the club house. The public pools and private pool were a hit with our toddlers. The themed rooms were also a hit. Location was perfect, about 15 min to all the Disney parks. The check in was easy and it was easy to get in and out of the gated property. Very quiet neighborhood, Walmart close by for supplies. Also very responsive host! Would stay here again!

Great location
We had a wonderful time. Very close to Disney world and easy to locate. Even though we didn't spend much time at the house, I would note that some updating of the kitchen items may be necessary. We would consider visiting again. The community pool at the house was not refreshing due to the bath tub temperature.

Thanks Myles. We were there right after your stay in September and again in December as well to add more things to the kitchen. In the future, if you communicate with us and ask a temperature to be lowered we can do that! However, we keep the pool temp 86-88 and in over 3 years, this is the first complaint it is too warm. :)

Great place to stay
First I would like to say the owners were very polite and detailed in explanations of everything upfront. Any questions I had were answered in an extremely timely manor. The community is well set up and the facilities are all in good appearance. After initial check-in its quick to enter grounds for all further entrances. The townhouse was well set up. The rooms were nicely designed especially for the kids. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the private pool however the maintenance person stops by periodically to check levels and clean it to ensure it is safe. There is ample dishes for usage and the place has a homely feel. It was cleaned well and only felt need to do minor sanitizing of handles as opposed to other places where a full wipe down is needed. Overall the place is very nice and spacious and I highly recommend it for any families looking to head for theme parks or just relax in florida and do day trips and come back to a relaxing scene

Top Notch! Loved Our Stay!
This property was so nice. It offered a lot of amenities and the owners were fabulous to work with! It was also perfect for our Star Wars loving boys and our mermaid girl who were thrilled with their rooms! Cute decor, it was clean and updated, & close to Disney. Amazing Condo!
The condo we stayed at was everything we were looking for. It was clean and charming. The pool was wonderful to have as we recovered from our Disney experience the day before. The bedrooms were so cute and well decorated. I’m glad this is where we stayed!

What a gem!
The perfect place for our weekend getaway with our kids! More than enough room and the place was well stocked and clean! Spent so much time in the plunge pool! Our kids loved it! The amenities were excellent! So many restaurants and shops near by! Can’t wait to stay again next time we are in Orlando!

My wife and I our 3 and 5 year old plus Grandma and Grandpa stayed here in march for 4 nights. The pools and slides and location is about everything you could want. Beds were comfortable. Any questions or concerns we had were answered promptly. Good people great location fun for the kids and a place to sleep. Very nice

Wonderful stay very close to Disney!
We stayed here for it’s proximity to Disney World and it did not disappoint! It is very close to everything , 10-15 minutes to all the parks and Disney Springs, and around 20 minutes to Discovery Cove. It is a gated community where we felt safe our entire trip. It’s on a very nice street with our own driveway. The unit itself was just wonderful! It was very clean, very spacious for the 3 of us, and beautifully decorated. My son loved the Star Wars room!! I wish we had been able to enjoy it more, we did not even have time to use the dipping pool at the unit or the main pool because we were constantly busy. Honestly, I cannot find a single thing to complain about! The owner, Morgan, is great to deal with and answers questions quickly. I would highly recommend!!

Great location, close to the parks. The townhouse is a short walk to the community pool which my kids loved! The house was very clean and Morgan was an excellent host. She answered any questions quickly! Loved it here, would definitely stay again!

Our family had a great time - this rental is located next to the community amenities which made it so convenient to use the pool, slides, and hot tub. It was close to several restaurants and shopping. The home was clean and the perfect size for our family of five. The host was friendly and accommodating. A+++, would stay there again.

We brought our 5 year old daughter to Kissimmee to visit Disney for her birthday along with her 2 older brothers and this townhouse was perfect. The beds are very comfortable. The location was perfect. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood and clubhouse are awesome! Having the little pool was so great and the clubhouse is literally a 3 min walk. We will definitely be back.

Quick Disney Trip
We booked this VRBO for our 4 day Disney trip. We have previously stayed in Windsor Hills and really enjoyed it. Host had fast contact and accommodated our check on. Would recommend this property as it was walking distance to the clubhouse! Staff on site were pleasant and easy to work with!

Great Family Stay
My family had a great stay at the townhome. As a mom and nana traveling with my 2 daughters and small grandson I was very pleased with the safety and security of Windsor Hills gated community. We flew in to MCO, arranged for transportation to the home then easily used Uber or Lyft to get to the parks. The transportation expense was small compared to the big savings in using a vrbo rental vs staying on property at Disney. It was absolutely wonderful having so much space for everyone to spread out and relax. Publix and Walmart deliveries were readily available, allowing us to eat some meals at home. The home was adorably decorated, with enough Disney decor to tickle the kids without being tacky or overdone. The kitchen is well stocked, pool and other toys provided. The beds were comfy, living space cozy and inviting and overall very homey feel. The private pool was an absolute hit with the family. Prior to the trip we thought we would use the large community pool (it’s super close/easy walk). The house pool was so convenient and fun that we actually only went to the big pool once. Lastly, the communication with Morgan was exceptional. She was super responsiveness and helpful prior to and during our stay. Thank you, Morgan, we had a wonderful time!

Perfect place and location!
The property is perfect for a trip to Disney! 15 minutes from all parks…..close to restaurants and groceries. House was super close to community pool …..walking distance! We loved the private pool area at house…..we spent early mornings out there sipping our coffee or star gazing at night with a glass of wine!!

Loved it! Went for a volleyball tournament in June..place was perfect. Much better than staying at a hotel and the home was comfortable, decor was darling. Excellent communication with Morgan. Responses were immediate and so sweet. My family was beyond comfortable and enjoyed all the amenities here. Will plan on staying again!

The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for us. The pool was a bit small but it worked and we were very close to the main pool area as well. Thank you for a great time!

We enjoyed this property very much. Great location for parks but also a great complex. Our kids used both the community pool and town house pool. They enjoyed both. Morgan was wonderful to communicate with and very helpful. We have already recommended this until to others and would stay again. Only thing we were unsure about was leaving food/drinks behind. We had some neighbors take some but not all. Our kids were given some pool toys and they wanted to leave them there for the next kids who stayed in their Star Wars room!

This apartment was beautiful. Made us feel home away from home. Check in was super easy and the place is quiet and relaxing. The rooms made us feel happy our whole stay. Great location to the main pool. Good water pressure, comfy beds, amazing couch. We go to Orlando a few times a year and this is actually the first time we have ever rented a condo/house. We usually stay on property at one of the theme park resorts. This stay has changed our expectations of trips going forward and we will for sure consider renting again.

Windsor Hills has everything you need, it's comfortable place to be. All my family love it. Every room has his private bathroom. Kitchen full stocked. Pool was nice and warm. The place is close to Disney and Universal. Walmart is close by too. The condominium is quiet and well maintained. Registration and check out was smooth . My kids loved the Star Wars room. Morgan the owner responded to all my questions fast and made the rental process easy. I recommend this property.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the “Be Our guest” rental home. The home was clean, nicely decorated, and extremely convenient to the community pool and water slides. Speaking of the community amenities they were very nice. The community pool was nicely warmed and clean. The splash pad and water slides were fun but be prepared the water is freezing cold. The home is conveniently located to a host of stores, restaurants, and Disney parks. The owners were absolutely amazing to work with, very accommodating as responsive. Highly recommended you the their guest on your next visit to the Orlando area!

Property is in a wonderful location, very close to the main pool and slides. The resort property is huge, so we were lucky to be so close to the main entrance, pool and guest house. Property was nicely decorated (Disney), kids loved that, we enjoyed our little pool in the backyard when we didn't want to leave the house. It's also near all the stores and restaurants. I think this has been one of the best vacations for our children. The owner of the property was very easy to reach out to and she was very helpful. Thank you!

We loved staying at this VRBO in the Windsor Hills Community. The facility was well kept, clean and the best possible location in the whole complex. Literally a few steps to the clubhouse, movie theatre and pool attractions. The owners were easy to reach and very accommodating and interested in seeing that we had a great time. The Walmart is within walking distance and all the fast food places were really close by. Arby's, Cici's Pizza, Denny's, Sizzler, Cracker Barrel, Subway all within a short drive. Our teens had an easy time meeting new friends and hanging out together at volleyball, swimming, movies etc. Our young ones made many new friends as well. The overall atmosphere was very warm and friendly. The kids had non-stop fun at the Windsor Hills complex we didn't have to spend a fortune going to Disneyland or anywhere else the kids just loved sticking around the complex. The owners had this condo reasonably priced and it was everything we were expecting. It has it's own small pool but we never used, it because the complex is so close and the kids love all the entertainment of friends and things to do at the large pool area. We so enjoyed our stay and look forward to doing this again. One of the best family places ever.

Stayed here with my brothers, their girlfriends, and another friend and we all had a great time! The place is real close to the parks and easy to get to. The gated community is safe and has a lot of amenities. There's a Walmart about 3 min away for any supplies you need. Overall a fantastic vacation experience and I would stay here again!

Family vacation went well, the property was clean and located in a gated community, felt very safe. Property is smack dab in the middle of everything with only a short drive 10 -15 min to any of the Disney parks. Walmart down the street was convenient for those last minute things. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary appliances. The unit was clean with comfy beds and lots of room to spread out. Any questions were quickly answered by the owner with follow up communication to ensure our comfort. We will surely be back if we are ever in this area again!
