Everything was exactly as shown in photos. The beds we very comfortable. We slept great! Everything was very clean,& Morgan is a wonderful host. Communication was outstanding. The living room furniture is also very comfortable. Loved the splash pool. There were plenty of pool towels & bath towels. Definitely would stay again.

The stay was great! The kids loved the main pool and really enjoyed the private pool in the backyard. The rooms were cutely decorated and made for a great spot to stay. Lots of places in easy access in the area for food. Easy walk to the main pool. Definitely would stay there again.

The host was extremely accommodating and always responsive. We liked our stay. Convenient to parks and shops. Probably our only complaint was 1 bedroom while very comfortable to sleep had little room for suitcases. Other than that we loved our stay and would rent again.
*Note-We moved items from closet and now there is space. We told the guest to next time communicate to make things right so we have a chance to earn 5 stars. We could have fixed that easily.

Brian & Morgan were amazing host. The home is inviting and very cozy. Location is excellent and close to a Walmart. There is a bedroom on the 1st floor which is very convenient. Kitchen is fully equipped with anything you can possibly need. They even left us some coffee pods to start off our mornings. Thank you again for a great stay!

We love Windsor Hills. The location is perfect, lots of conveniences, close to Disney, and a very strict guard gate, which means secure.
This was our first stay in this townhouse and we had a great stay. The couch is amazing. I do like the alternate layout / furniture as well had more seating. We always leave shoes at the door and our feet stayed clean walking around the unit, which tells you it was clean.
The pool heater did a random shutoff our first day, but Morgan had maintenance there in under an hour. And the extra amenities they left were super helpful. Also really liked the fact that the unit had an extra lock on the front door not in a keypad

Overall very nice . The pool lights didn't work (in the pool). That would have been ice to hae so we didn't have to have the lights on otherwise. As stated in the welcome binder, the pool alarm was quite annoying. We were not able to figure out the ice maker and it wasn't making ice. That could have been our error. Just not able to figure it out. The location was great for the clubhouse.
*Note: The ice maker was a quick fix and phone call and so was the pool light. If anyone ever needs help, we are a phone call away. The pool alarm is non-negotiable and state law. We are not willing to compromise the safety of childern due to not having this check, nor losing our license.

Was a wonderful home and fabulous location. It was nice to have the plunge pool at the residence but great to have the clubhouse and pool just steps away. The house was very clean and quiet. Just be aware that there are no spices, condiments, or coffee provided, but Walmart is right down the street. It was convenient to have beach towels available for use. We also left 2 round floaties for the next quests. The washer and dryer were huge and much appreciated for laundry. Communication with the owner was easy and she was responsive very quickly. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.
Thank you Colleen! It is our managers rule to not allow spices due to people potentially tampering with them. We used to leave individual condiments but ended up throwing a lot away due to people not using them. We do leave out coffee pods for the k-cup machine, just not the drip machine. We hope to see you again soon!

I selected this VRBO because it offered the heated pool at no extra charge, as well as location. Always had good experiences in Windsor Hills. Quiet. Convenient to Walmart and Restaurants. I also liked that it was family owned and was equipped with items for a young child, as I had my granddaughter with us.

Wonderful Spring Break!
We loved every minute of our stay at "Be Our Guest." The property was exactly as described. Plenty of room for the kids. Loved having laundry, beach towels were provided. This location is the best in the entire community! 2 minute walk to clubhouse pool. This was wonderful to go back and forth for snacks and drinks. Morgan and her husband were very easy to get ahold of and would respond within minutes to any questions we had. Could not ask for much more in a property. I would recommned to anyone, and hopefully we will be back.

Great stay will stay again
Overall the location, the cleanliness, etc, everything is great. We had issues the first day of the door lock, owner was responsive and so approachable, get back with me very quickly and they fix the issue while we are in Disney with no issue. We came back and the rest of the time are all good. The pool is nice, my kids loved it.

Exceptional Host
This property is clean & comfortable. Close to the Disney parks. We only had 3 nights there in January 2024 & so didn't really get a chance to utilize the Windsor Hills community pool. Bummer bc it looked awesome! The plunge pool at the villa itself was fantastic. We got to go in the first night of our stay & it was clean & warm on a chilly winter night. Beds are comfortable, as are the pillows. That's a huge plus in my book! We loved our stay here & will absolutely keep it in mind for future trips! The owner, Morgan, is wonderful. You can tell she loves her Disney get-a-way & wants to keep it in tip-top shape for her own family. She is super responsive, which was fantastic since this was our very first experience with any kind of non-hotel rental. Our whole family loved this property & we had zero complaints. Thank you, Morgan & Brian for a great first VRBO experience. 3 nights was definitely not long enough. I hope we get to stay at your place again!

Easy commute to our daily destination. I was able to both worh remotely and complete my own homework without any concerns even during daily storms. The unit is perfectly self-contained with its own pool for relaxing without having to go to the larger pool. The facility ammenities are a nice treat as well and easy to access. Instructions and communication was amazing with owners as well as additional notebook inside the unit. Definitely recommend.

Great Springbreak Trip
House was exactly as pictured. Proximity to clubhouse, waterslides etc- could not be beat! We have stayed in the community before but this was our first time in one of the larger properties at Windsor Hills and it exceeded our expectations. There were six of us. 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. Kids loved being in the star wars themed room. And we all enjoyed soaking in the small pool after long days at WDW parks. Everything was in working condition. Well stocked. Will definitely come again!

Great Location
The location is great. We mainly went to Disney parks but there was a lot to do around the area. Walmart was jut up the road for groceries and it had a good selection of Disney merchandise. The unit was cleaned and well stocked. Almost all the dishes were glass, which wasn't a problem for my family, but something to be aware of if traveling with toddlers/babies. Communication with the host was great and she answered all my questions right away. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends or family.

Everything about our stay was absolute perfection! From the beginning communication with the owner until our stay was completed, everything went smoothly. We loved the condo and the location to the main pool was very close and an added plus with a little one. We also enjoyed the private pool and that we all had our own bathrooms! Speechless!! PERFECT!
I'll get straight to the point. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. The couch in the living room was so comfortable. I thought the pool would be too small for my liking, but it was perfect. It was warm and private. Deep enough for adults but not too deep for the kids. More than enough towels for my family of 5. There were beach towels and even toys for the kids. Even a PlayStation! Washer and Dryer with detergent was veryyyy convenient. Trash is picked up daily! The community pool and water park is the absolute best. Saved me money from having to buy tickets to an actual water park. There�s a theater you can reserve and choose your own movie to watch. A mini game room on site. Food and drinks sold by the pool. The condo is literally 20 steps away from everything I listed. Walmart 2 blocks away. The host was beyond nice, great communication and understanding in situations. That meant the most to me. I�m forever grateful. I may be missing some details but it was everything I wanted and more. I�ll be back and im booking this exact property!

Amazing Stay
This was our first time staying in a vacation townhouse, so we were a little nervous about this new experience. Thankfully, the property owners had everything extremely organized. They and their property manager were available and quick to answer any of our questions. The pool was the perfect size for our family of four. It is smaller than a standard pool, but perfect for cooling down after a hot and brutal day at a theme park. Just so you know, you're going to need to bring or eventually buy necessary items for your stay, such as toilet paper, dish detergent (if you plan on washing dishes by hand), etc.. They provide enough to last about a day or two until you can get to a store and buy your own (this is fairly standard). They provided the dishwasher packs (awesome!). We were very fortunate that the owners provided us with more than we expected. Some of the items we brought with us we didn't have to use. Thank you so much! Overall, we had a lovely time. We are truly grateful to the owners and property manager for being so professional and prompt. We hope to book with them again in the future. Many thanks!

Windsor Hills was a wonderful community with many amenities. This unit was within easy walking distance to the community center and had all the conveniences of home. This stay was EXCELLENT! The house is perfect for a family to feel like they are on vacation, without feeling cramped in a hotel room. each kiddo had their own room, they loved the private pool and the house was very comfortable and so nice! The theming was also fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the close proximity to the parks and grocery - so nice to be able to have snacks on hand and breakfast for the morning. The owner is SO fast to communicate and accommodate as needed. The area is super quiet and the house is right across the street from the clubhouse pool! Great stay!
We stayed here during our Disney world trip, for a week. The space is very nice, clean, super close to the club house. The public pools and private pool were a hit with our toddlers. The themed rooms were also a hit. Location was perfect, about 15 min to all the Disney parks. The check in was easy and it was easy to get in and out of the gated property. Very quiet neighborhood, Walmart close by for supplies. Also very responsive host! Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. Very close to Disney world and easy to locate. Even though we didn't spend much time at the house, I would note that some updating of the kitchen items may be necessary. We would consider visiting again. The community pool at the house was not refreshing due to the bath tub temperature.

Thanks Myles. We were there right after your stay in September and again in December as well to add more things to the kitchen. In the future, if you communicate with us and ask a temperature to be lowered we can do that! However, we keep the pool temp 86-88 and in over 3 years, this is the first complaint it is too warm. :)

Great place to stay
First I would like to say the owners were very polite and detailed in explanations of everything upfront. Any questions I had were answered in an extremely timely manor. The community is well set up and the facilities are all in good appearance. After initial check-in its quick to enter grounds for all further entrances. The townhouse was well set up. The rooms were nicely designed especially for the kids. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the private pool however the maintenance person stops by periodically to check levels and clean it to ensure it is safe. There is ample dishes for usage and the place has a homely feel. It was cleaned well and only felt need to do minor sanitizing of handles as opposed to other places where a full wipe down is needed. Overall the place is very nice and spacious and I highly recommend it for any families looking to head for theme parks or just relax in florida and do day trips and come back to a relaxing scene

Top Notch! Loved Our Stay!
This property was so nice. It offered a lot of amenities and the owners were fabulous to work with! Our family had a great time - this rental is located next to the community amenities which made it so convenient to use the pool, slides, and hot tub. It was close to several restaurants and shopping. The home was clean and the perfect size for our family of five. The host was friendly and accommodating. A+++, would stay there again.

This was the right size with the atmosphere and location. Kids were well entertained with the waterpark inside the security of the community. Morgan was wonderful and very focused on our satisfaction.

We brought our 5 year old daughter to Kissimmee to visit Disney for her birthday along with her 2 older brothers and this townhouse was perfect. The beds are very comfortable. The location was perfect. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood and clubhouse are awesome! Having the little pool was so great and the clubhouse is literally a 3 min walk. We will definitely be back.

Quick Disney Trip
We booked this VRBO for our 4 day Disney trip. We have previously stayed in Windsor Hills and really enjoyed it. Host had fast contact and accommodated our check on. Would recommend this property as it was walking distance to the clubhouse! Staff on site were pleasant and easy to work with!

This townhome is is a great spot in the resort. Very short walk to the pool, game room, fitness center, shop. Very nice to have your own little plunge pool as well.

Great Family Stay
My family had a great stay at the townhome. As a mom and nana traveling with my 2 daughters and small grandson I was very pleased with the safety and security of Windsor Hills gated community. We flew in to MCO, arranged for transportation to the home then easily used Uber or Lyft to get to the parks. The transportation expense was small compared to the big savings in using a vrbo rental vs staying on property at Disney. It was absolutely wonderful having so much space for everyone to spread out and relax. Publix and Walmart deliveries were readily available, allowing us to eat some meals at home. The home was adorably decorated, with enough Disney decor to tickle the kids without being tacky or overdone. The kitchen is well stocked, pool and other toys provided. The beds were comfy, living space cozy and inviting and overall very homey feel. The private pool was an absolute hit with the family. Loved it! Went for a volleyball tournament in June..place was perfect. Much better than staying at a hotel and the home was comfortable, decor was darling. Excellent communication with Morgan. Responses were immediate and so sweet. My family was beyond comfortable and enjoyed all the amenities here. Will plan on staying again!

We very much enjoyed Windsor Hills and specifically this property. There was plenty and room to gather yet also enough space to find alone time. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for us. The pool was a bit small but it worked and we were very close to the main pool area as well. Thank you for a great time!

We had a wonderful time staying on this property. The Owner had great communication, and answered all our questions very quickly. There was plenty of room for our family, the beds were comfortable and the kids enjoyed the splash pool being available during our downtime. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed this property very much. Great location for parks but also a great complex. Our kids used both the community pool and town house pool. They enjoyed both. Morgan was wonderful to communicate with and very helpful. We have already recommended this until to others and would stay again. Only thing we were unsure about was leaving food/drinks behind. We had some neighbors take some but not all. Our kids were given some pool toys and they wanted to leave them there for the next kids who stayed in their Star Wars room!

This apartment was beautiful. Made us feel home away from home. Check in was super easy and the place is quiet and relaxing. The rooms made us feel happy our whole stay. Great location to the main pool. Good water pressure, comfy beds, amazing couch. We go to Orlando a few times a year and this is actually the first time we have ever rented a condo/house. We usually stay on property at one of the theme park resorts. This stay has changed our expectations of trips going forward and we will for sure consider renting again.

Windsor Hills has everything you need, it's comfortable place to be. All my family love it. Every room has his private bathroom. Kitchen full stocked. Pool was nice and warm. The place is close to Disney and Universal. Walmart is close by too. The condominium is quiet and well maintained. Registration and check out was smooth . My kids loved the Star Wars room. Morgan the owner responded to all my questions fast and made the rental process easy. I recommend this property.

Property is in a wonderful location, very close to the main pool and slides. The resort property is huge, so we were lucky to be so close to the main entrance, pool and guest house. Property was nicely decorated (Disney), kids loved that, we enjoyed our little pool in the backyard when we didn't want to leave the house. It's also near all the stores and restaurants. I think this has been one of the best vacations for our children. The owner of the property was very easy to reach out to and she was very helpful. Thank you!

We loved staying at this VRBO in the Windsor Hills Community. The facility was well kept, clean and the best possible location in the whole complex. Literally a few steps to the clubhouse, movie theatre and pool attractions. The owners were easy to reach and very accommodating and interested in seeing that we had a great time. The Walmart is within walking distance and all the fast food places were really close by. Arby's, Cici's Pizza, Denny's, Sizzler, Cracker Barrel, Subway all within a short drive. Our teens had an easy time meeting new friends and hanging out together at volleyball, swimming, movies etc. Our young ones made many new friends as well. The overall atmosphere was very warm and friendly. The kids had non-stop fun at the Windsor Hills complex we didn't have to spend a fortune going to Disneyland or anywhere else the kids just loved sticking around the complex. The owners had this condo reasonably priced and it was everything we were expecting. It has it's own small pool but we never used, it because the complex is so close and the kids love all the entertainment of friends and things to do at the large pool area. We so enjoyed our stay and look forward to doing this again. One of the best family places ever.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Morgan was quick to respond and amazing to work with. We loved how close the location is to Disney. And having the pool in the backyard was an added bonus! The kids loved that they could swim even if the adults needed some down time after the parks! Overall we just loved it and would definitely book again!

Stayed here with my brothers, their girlfriends, and another friend and we all had a great time! The place is real close to the parks and easy to get to. The gated community is safe and has a lot of amenities. There's a Walmart about 3 min away for any supplies you need. Overall a fantastic vacation experience and I would stay here again!

Family vacation went well, the property was clean and located in a gated community, felt very safe. Property is smack dab in the middle of everything with only a short drive 10 -15 min to any of the Disney parks. Walmart down the street was convenient for those last minute things. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary appliances. The unit was clean with comfy beds and lots of room to spread out. Any questions were quickly answered by the owner with follow up communication to ensure our comfort. We will surely be back if we are ever in this area again!
