 Disney Trip for 7 adults and 2 small children (below 4 years old): Laura was an excellent host and her communication was very prompt, clear and concise. The house was exactly as described, very clean and very well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. The game room had something for everyone in the group to do. The club house pool / amenities, playground and gated community added to the stay. The house was very close to all of the Disney parks and a very easy drive. I would highly recommend Laura and 5 Star Stay Properties.

 We had a two week stay in this villa in August 2025. It is an extremely roomy villa which met the needs of our mixed age family group perfectly. It was well equipped and very clean. The location is excellent both in relation to theme parks and within the beautifully maintained Windsor Hills resort.The host could not have more helpful, responding quickly to questions both before and during the holiday.

 The house had everything we needed and more. Loved having a large living room at the front of the house. Loved having the water park on premises. the beds were very comfortable with three king beds. It exceeded all of our needs and the owner was an excellent communicator and easy to get ahold of. I would recommend this property to any family with lots of kids and infants.

 We have stayed in Windsor Hills twice before. This time was amazing. The house was perfect for us. It was a good proximity to the club house and right across from the big playground. The hosts were very friendly and responsive.

 The house was as described. It was very clean. The location was great for our purposes of visiting the parks. We had the pool heated and my grandkids enjoyed the pool every day. They also enjoyed the community pool. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to make meals at home. It was a nice neighborhood to take a walk and I felt safe there as the security was very good with a gated entrance. The host was very easy to reach. We had no issues during our stay as the house was well maintained. I would definitely recommend this house to friends.

 We truly had an incredible experience. The house's close proximity to Disney World made our stay all the more enjoyable, and I really appreciated how clean and well-maintained it was. The pool was a delightful escape, comfortably warm and inviting. It was comforting to find the house stocked with all the essentials and even more. I also want to highlight the superb communication throughout our stay; it made a real difference.

 Our family vacation at this house was the most fun and relaxing vacation! We are water lovers and paid to keep pool heated, best choice ever! We spent about 15 hours a day pool side. Kids and adults loved every minute! Kitchen was everything a cook wanted from crock pot to endless dishes. Lots of towels, bathrooms and room for everyone and everything! Laura was an excellent host and was right there if I had any questions. The community was so safe, one uber driver said as safe as Fort Knox! Loved our vacation!!! I highly recommend this house!!

 We felt right at home the minute we entered. Smelled SO clean...that's what I noticed first! The house is BEAUTIFUL! Lovely kitchen, beautiful bedrooms, CLEAN bathrooms, AMAZING back patio with the pool. I can go on and on. One of the main things I loved was that everything mentioned in the description was in the house....linens, towels, kitchen gadgets, etc. Literally everything was thought of. I also LOVED all the expectations of the house; Laura let's you know about what to expect when you arrive and let's you know what to expect before checking out. As a type A/planner like myself, this was music to my ears. I like knowing what is expected of me in situations. We also LOVED that the house is in a very pristine gated community with security...the community is so quiet and super close to Disney! Most importantly, Laura was communicative from the very instant I booked until after we checked out. Great suggestions, super informative, and a wonderful host!!

 Laura was a wonderful host that helped us in a pinch and we were able to check-in within an hour of contacting her. The house was immaculate, stocked with everything you could possibly need, extremely close to Disney, dining, and stores. We really enjoyed the pool out back and it was great to walk outside and jump in the pool. Windsor Hills is a lovely community. Their playground is shaded, spacious, and perfect for kids. The water park and pool area are awesome and you can make it a day there with a full service take out restaurant. We had the best time and will dream of our return!

 We had an excellent stay at the Livin' Free 2. The house was a great location to all 4 Disney parks. The property information provided in the rental information is all correct. The kids loved the pool and game room. The girls loved the bedding that was placed on the bed for our arrival - they walked in and said, "oh how pretty". The kitchen had pots and pans to cook for a large family of 8 adults and 4 kids. Communication with Laura was timely. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

 We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The kids loved the pool and spa. They loved their themed bedrooms. The location was great and the resort itself was a nice bonus to the stay. The home was very inviting and the decor was simple and pleasant! Bedrooms felt very welcoming and the beds were comfortable! We loved the space available to ensure we could all get ready for the day out. 6 bedrooms and 4 baths helped ensure everyone was able to get ready quickly so we could go enjoy everything Orlando had to offer! The communication with the host was always quick and helpful. Fortunately we didn't have any issues arise during our stay either! We would absolutely return for another getaway! Thank you again.
