 Laura's Place is great, everything is just as pictured and better! her responsiveness was great. She is able to change the water temperature in the hot tub remotely! This was great because it was too hot for our liking, she was able to adjust it and got it just right! The house is equipped with everything you could need. we hosted a small family gathering to celebrate my daughter's first birthday. Everyone in my family had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy their privacy whenever they needed it. I even caught my parents having a romantic movie night inside the movie theater :). The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and there's a Walmart less than 4 minutes away, so you can have home cooked meals while you're on vacation. Especially when mom's in town and you miss her cooking. We will more than likely stay here again next year for my daughter's next birthday!

 Thanks to you Laura for a wonderful and memorable stay. This home accommodated my family and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Easy check in, the home was clean had all the utensils we needed, pool area (jacuzzi) was a joy to have and the TV outside put the icing on the cake. Laura was very sweet patient and she responded quickly to our questions. Great Host great house in a gated community and it was super peaceful. This home is close to everything ... Lots of restaurants Waterparks and a Walmart not even 10 minutes from the stay. I can go on and on. WE LOVED THIS HOME

 We had an absolutely wonderful stay for our Orlando trip! From the very beginning, communication was excellent. The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and gracious, especially when our flights were delayed! They were so accommodating and made a stressful travel situation much easier. The house itself was fantastic! The pool was amazing and such a highlight for our family. The theater room was SO much fun! The kids absolutely loved it, and it made our evenings together extra special. The entire home was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our whole family. Everyone had an incredible time, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

 5 star review for 5 Star Stays! Could not have picked a better place. If you want a good spot that is close to Disney, restaurants, easy 25 minute drive to airport but in a quiet, nice, gated neighborhood, this is the place! House was clean, pool was great and the guys loved watching the Thunder win on the big screen in the theater room! Laura was quick to respond and communicated all the details! Also loved the daily trash pickup! Would definitely stay here again!

 Awesome place! We never used the water park as the house pool was amazing! The pool/spa heat was phenomenal!! House location is literally 10 minutes from Disney properties! Home is very nice with great amenities!!Perfect rating from this family!!!!

 Had a great stay! Laura was the perfect host. Kids loved the pool and we had a hard time getting them out of it. :) Beds and pillows were super comfy and theater room was a great addition. Would definitely stay there again.

 Great house, neighborhood and location. The security was excellent as well. The host had great communication and helped me with a last minute request. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed for adults and children. Very helpful and convenient to use their pack and play and stroller since we were traveling. Overall we had a great time and would recommend.

 We had a fabulous stay at Livin' the Moment and would absolutely go back again. There were so many bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms with plenty of open space. The pool in the backyard was a nice option in addition to the resort pools/water slides. The theater room was a hit with the whole family and the perfect respite from our days at the parks.

 We were very pleased with how clean and how well stocked the home was. It is very close to the Disney parks! We had a couple days off from the parks so the neighborhood water park area, pool, and playground were clutch! We loved that the house was perfectly stocked for littles

 We loved this place. It was the perfect home for us after traveling for 16 hours. Everything we needed was there when we arrived. Checking in was super easy and the property was very secure. The resort facilities were very nice too. We had 2 dogs and have to keep them separated when we travel. This house was perfect for that. There are two living areas separated by a doorway that we were able to place the dog gate in. This allowed the dogs to see everything that was going on no matter which rooms we were in downstairs. We could also take the dogs in and out of the front and back door off the patio which was very convenient. Everything was very clean. The teenagers really enjoyed the game room and were able to connect their own gaming system to the surround sound system which was awesome. This house was super close to everything Disney! I think the best part of this house was how responsive the hosts were. Every time we messaged through the app, they responded within the hour, if not sooner. If we could give more than five stars, I would. We will definitely be looking for properties from this host again!

 We just stayed at this beautiful home and it was wonderful! We were 6 adults and 5 kids and the house provided us with lots of space!!! The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. The home is minutes away from Walmart, and super close to all the Disney parks! Laura was quick to respond to any of our questions and helped us is so many ways! The pool was clean and a perfect size for our big group! We definitely recommend this vacation home and will keep it in mind for our next Florida visit! Thanks Laura!

Location close to community pool within easy walking distance and only a few miles from parks. Backroad to Animal Kingdom had us there in minutes. Don

 This home was just what my family needed! The description was spot on but a big plus was not only does it have 6 bedrooms, it includes all the things you need for everyone staying in the bedrooms. There were plenty of towels (bathroom and pool), extra blankets, plates, seats and pretty much everything you could think of. My kids felt at home and loved the personalized rooms. Another plus in the option to use the pool/spa at the house or community pool which includes an amazing area for the kids! Laura was beyond helpful. Any question I had before and during my stay she answered very quickly. She definitely wants you to enjoy your stay!

 We had 3 families stay at this home for 2 weeks this March 2022. The home was exactly as shown in the pictures and fit us all perfectly. There were 3 king rooms upstairsfor the parents and then 2 rooms upstairs that 6 children stayed in. We had a teenager as well so the Queen room on the main floor was perfect. Laura was amazing to deal with right from the start when I inquired, to after check out. Any questions she answered promptly (within half hour) and a minor issue we had, she had dealt with that day. The home was in an excellent location within Windsor Hills, directly across from the park, and a short walk to the main pool. The home was clean and decorated tastefully. We had a wonderful vacation, thank you Laura😊

 Laura's house is perfect for a group; lots of bedrooms, really comfy beds, lots of counter space for cooking together, and the outdoor pool area is awesome! We cooked, grilled, and ate outside on the back patio every night. Security in this complex is really tight, which we appreciated! We felt really safe here, which was important after some of the negative safety reviews of other complexes we had read in the area. Also, Laura's communication is A+. The check-in process was seamless and any requests or questions we had were promptly answered within minutes by Laura.

 Wonderful location for all the great parks Orlando has to offer. There is so much room in this house. We had 5 kids with us from 8 - 18 yrs old and it was still more space than we could use. 4 bathrooms means no fighting over the showers and we never once ran out of hot water. Comfortable beds and all the little things you may need during your stay. Enough towels and wash clothes etc. to give you several days of use before you need to do any laundry. The pool and hot tub in the screened in porch are great for keeping the kids entertained while lounging at the house. The movie theater is a really cool experience and provides more entertainment for the kids at night. The complex has a awesome resort feel. you have a park right next door and just a few blocks away you have a water park with multiple pools and a restaurant. all inside the complex! The location to the parks is as good as it gets. The drive is maybe 2-3 turns max to any of the Disney parks. You can literally go from the driveway to parked at one of the Disney parks in 15 mins. We also went to universal and it was just as easy. Since the house has easy access to all the major roads it was a 22 min trip max. All the restaurants you can imagine are 1 mile away and if you do not want to leave anything can be delivered. Or use the awesome kitchen and supplies to cook your own meals and with 2 tables seating 6 or more people you can easily dine at home. This house is awesome and the host makes it even better. I have rented 20+ homes in my journeys and I can tell you that when you get the chance to rent and work directly with the owner you get the best experience. Laura leaves no stone un-turned and is so responsive you quickly become friends as you feel like your talking to a life long friend. I think the desire to give you a great experience really shows with Laura and enhances the entire trip. I will certainly look to Laura and her properties again! Thanks, Ron

 Everything about this place was 100% on point. It's exactly as depicted in the photos, everything clean and attractive, lots of bedrooms and baths, and the host was very attentive and communicated all the way through the stay. The kids loved the home movie theatre. The community has a very nice pool area with slides. It's just a few minutes from the main road and disney properties. I would def consider staying here again. Highly recommend.
