 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ GREAT HOUSE WITH EXTENDED FAMILY We loved this house and wish we could have spent more time there. I think the kids would have liked to have cancelled a park day. My mom wants the kids play tea set as it was so adorable. We had 4, 8, and 10 year old's and they loved it. My daughter keeps asking to go back to "her" Frozen room. The pics online are great but, in person that room is a little girls dream. The pool and hot tub were amazing and a perfect size. I was very concerned about the safety aspect as my daughter is 4 and loves to swim. I was afraid she'd wake up early and try to sneak out there. When we first arrived the guys couldn't figure out the lock on the door to get out there which was humorous, when I figured it out and opened the door it beeps very loudly twice. I would never sleep through that beep (light sleeper). Lastly there's a net gate thing as a third deterrent. With all of those safety features I was no longer concerned. Bonus you can turn off the beeping for after the kids go to sleep and sneak out to the hot tub yourself without alerting them. The game room was a blast for the older boys and the adults had fun in there. Strollers galore!!! It was so nice to not have to bring the stroller while traveling and not pay extra for the rentals at the park. Just an extra touch that made this house special. Recommendations would be curtains to block out more light for better sleep and to upgrade all the beds as they are not the most comfortable that was the only negative from our group.

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FUN FOR FAMILIES! We arrived to Whimsey of Windsor Hills for an extended family vacation with 3 families. It was beautiful, clean, and had everything we would want inside and out! The cousins bunked together in the two themed kids rooms and loved it! Toys were provided to match the theming, so when they woke up in the morning things stayed quiet for a while. All the grown-ups had their own private spaces too. There were several strollers to choose from for our park days, and several appliances to try out in the kitchen for the days we decided to stay home. The backyard pool was perfect for quick swims or lazy days at home! I was glad for the removable fence that blocked it off so that kids wouldn't have access without an adult. There were a number of floats and pool toys to play with.

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COULDN'T BE HAPPIER We planned a family trip for a week to enjoy Disney World. This property was the PERFECT choice for the needs of 6 adults and 2 boys (6 and 8 years old). Getting to and from the parks was an absolute breeze! On the days we took off from the Disney experience we enjoyed the gigantic community pool with the splash pad, water slides, and concession stand. The villa itself was perfect for us as well, enough space for the adults and kids to enjoy each other but also enjoy time apart (sometimes it is nice when the kids can just play in the playroom or watch TV while the adults were able to catch up and enjoy some quiet time!)!

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FAMILY DISNEY VACATION This house was just what we needed. We had 4 families, with a total of 10 people, and plenty of room for everyone. There is a door alarm going out to the pool area and a safety fence (much needed with littles). There was plenty of dishes and silverware for everyone. Kids enjoyed the game room as their electronics were limited to 1 hour daily. Carol was very easy to communicate with and was very understanding when my granddaughter accidentally took home the wifi password card. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of hot water for everyone. Overall a very nice stay!

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ GREAT LOCATION AND AMENITIES! This house worked out great for our Disney trip! It was super convenient to the parks and we enjoyed the pool and game room as well as the community playground and water park on our rest days. The kids loved the themed bedrooms, toys and karaoke machine! Carol was extremely responsive and great to work with. We would definitely stay in this house again for a future trip!

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ MAGICAL HOME This house really exceeded our expectations. It felt like a true home away from home. The pictures do not give justice to this beautiful home! It’s perfect for a Disney vacation or any!! So close to the parks and area attractions. It was very clean and well kept. Our granddaughters loved their themed rooms and the toys that were available to play with. Having direct access to a private pool was perfect for the days we did not visit the parks. The resort itself was amazing. You feel so safe with gated community. The waterpark and playground are an added bonus! We had such a wonderful time at both! Carol was so responsive and kind both before and during our stay. This was week after the hurricane, and everything was lovely. She checked in on us, how thoughtful was that for an owner to do! I would 100% recommend this home and will definitely book it again in the future!

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ EXCELLENT STAY!! We stayed at Carol's property for part of our hoilday to Florida from the UK. The location is excellent, being extremely close to the Disney parks and a 30min drive to Universal. The property itself was very good, accommodating two families with ease. The pool provided much fun when not in the parks and the communal pool area also very good. The gated community is lovely - meticulously clean, very secure and a pleasure to stay in. All in all, I can thoroughly recommend the property for those would be travellers looking for a place to stay when visiting Orlando.

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ AMAZING VILLA We’re just back from two weeks staying at Whimsey and had the most fantastic time. Communication from Carol was informative, friendly and exceptionally prompt (best I have ever had from an owner). She was so helpful with everything that I asked about and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The villa is just the ideal location for Disney. We kept arriving at the parks too early in the mornings as I expected it to take longer but it was never more than 10 to 15 minutes to get to the car park. There is also nearly every restaurant you could need within ten minutes drive. The villa really does have every piece of equipment that you could need. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t provided and many extras - My kids wanted smoothies and I told to me that I doubted we would be able to make them yet lo and behold there was a smoothie maker in the cupboard. The buggies that were provided were excellent and meant we didn’t need to bring ours from Scotland which saved on essential space in the hire car. There was also high chairs, pack and plays and so many toys that my little ones were always entertained. The cars beds were also a huge hit for my boys. We got the heating for the pool (my eldest really feels the cold) and he loved it and the hot tub was glorious for the evenings when we had put the kids to bed. The games room was excellent too and we had many a family air hockey tournament! Being on a corner the villa pool has lots of privacy. The resort itself is quiet- only one night we heard a little noise and it was done by 11pm. The remainder of the time it was completely peaceful. We used the resort pool and splash area twice and wish we had time to use it more. I would highly recommend this villa to everyone (and already have done to friends thinking of visiting next year!) but particularly if you have young kids because it really does have everything you need for travelling with little people.

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STAR HOME! Beautiful home just minutes from Disney. Carol is very responsive to any questions, home is very clean, beautiful pool and hot tub! We spent many hours either in the pool or sitting on the shaded patio. The home is close to many restaurants and of course Disney is just a few minutes from here! Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great spot for your family vacation.

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐️10 OUT OF 10⭐️ This home is perfect for your Disney vacay! It has everything you could ever think of. If I would not have already purchased the tickets for the Disney parks prior to arriving, we would have never had to leave the house. We enjoyed every second we spent there. Drinking coffee/wine outside while the girls swam in the pool…. 🤌 Ms. Carol was the best owner I have ever communicated with. Very quick responses to any and every question I had.  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ DISNEY 1ST TIME WITH GRANDKIDS Awesome property with very attentive owner (thanks Carol) who is extremely responsive to any and all questions before, during and after your stay. The property was exactly as described and in pristine condition. The many amenities and thoughtful extras helped make the trip perfect. (We used the two child stroller available for use at theproperty each time we took the run over to the Disney parks). Wish we had more time to spend at the property's pool and sauna as it was the perfect relaxing option to the more hectic Disney Park days. Would recommend to all families as the home is in a quiet gated community that was warm and welcoming. Used the community" pool and waterpark which exceeded expectations.  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FUN IN FLORIDA What a perfect house for a family to stay at. This house is we equiped with anything you need from cooking utensils, pots and pans, crockpot, waffle maker, blender... The house pool is very accommodating and has pool toys and beach towels. We enjoyed the outdoor dining table for meals. The walk to the playground is short as well as the community pool.  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ENJOYED OUR STAY Our stay was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the home. We had 3 kids, mother-in-law with my wife, and there was more than enough room to spare. Very comfortable and our kids kept calling it “our Disney Home”. The master bath is a great size and offers a lot of room to whoever sleeps next to it. There were plenty of strollers and other options all around the home. We used the sit and stand stroller all week long. Everything you need in the kitchen is there (Air Fryer, Coffee Pot, KCUP, etc.) We stayed in one night to eat and had Door Dash deliver. The driver got in without a hitch. The place is about 5 minutes or so from Disney, 20 minutes from Universal and 10 minutes or so to Disney Springs. Highly recommend.

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ DISNEY TRIP 2021 Wow-what a great place to stay. Super close to Disney…the theme rooms were enjoyed by the kiddos as well as the private pool, which was used every day. So much fun at our pool we never made it to the park or the splash pad to check out the other amenities. So much room that everyone felt they had their personal space, yet enough room to gather together. One issue with the smoke alarm-it was resolved immediately! Asked for extra towels-delivered by the time we got home from the park. This is a place that I would definitely rent again. Staying off-site for a Disney trip is highly recommended (as well as staggering the park days too!). Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ AMAZING PROPERTY! Our family absolutely loved this house, so much so that we cannot wait to book it again next year! Too many amenities to list, but I promise you, you won’t regret choosing this one! Beyond clean, super close to Walt Disney World, 2 minutes from a huge Walmart, the home itself has everything you need to have a fabulous vacation just staying there! The pool and hot tub were fantastic, the owners have thought of everything as far as making the home super safe for children, locks located up high, pool safety fence, high chairs, strollers, fabulous game room, we all had so much fun! Our 2 year old grandson LOVED the Cars room AND the Elsa room lol! Our trash was literally picked up every single day, we felt very safe with the gated community and the community clubhouse and pool/water park were just another added perk! Carol, the owner of the home was very responsive and provided us all of the information we needed to feel confident for our arrival! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us, you helped to make our first trip with our grandchildren to Disney and the other parks a very memorable one! Cannot wait to come back!

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ AWSOME STAY! I looked and looked for what seems like forever and kept returning to this property. I'm so glad we chose it! Carol was amazing to always respond right away, everything was super clean, so spacious, the pool was awesome, and just overall a great place! We went to a few theme parks for my son's 5th birthday and we all kept saying we couldn't wait to get back to this awesome house! The pool was our favorite part of the house, it was just a great home and we would definitely stay again!

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FAMILY GETAWAY This house was perfect for our family vacation! It was clean and comfortable. I loved that all the bedding was white and fresh. It had everything we needed while traveling with children. We used the double stroller so we didn’t have to bring our own. Also, loved that there was a bed rail to use on the bottom bunk for my youngest. The kids loved the two themed rooms! Plenty of toys, games and activities provided for all ages, including the adults! Carol was a great host. She was very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. Would stay here again!

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ GREAT VACATION This home was a great fit for our extended family. All the adult bedrooms were spread out, which allowed for some privacy. Three king beds was a great bonus. If you're not an early riser, you may want to bring your own dimmer/blackout curtains, as the sun does shine into the bedrooms fairly early. We brought one for our boys so they didn't wake at the crack of dawn. The race car beds were a hit with our two little boys (5 and 2.5). Little guy still sleeps in a crib at home, but the mattress in the race car is lower which kept him from potentially rolling out! Plenty of baby gear, which I could appreciate, though we're past that stage. Only thing that might be missing is a baby gate since the kids bedrooms are on the second floor. The kitchen was fully stocked and the large dining table was great for our family. Patio had plenty of seating, as well, and we all loved the pool. We didn't have much spare time for the game room, but it looked super cool. We were able to fit our 3 vehicles (Mazda CX-9, Acura SUV, and Corvette) in the driveway without issue. Owner was quick to respond to any questions and always very friendly. Super short drive to Disney, very easy to get in and out. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend to others!

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ WONDERFUL STAY This was a great property. We were also so grateful for the quick booking and registration as we had to find a place to stay at the last minute. Our previous house was unacceptable and not safe during a pandemic. This property was the complete opposite of that.

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ DISNEY /UCA COMPETITION TRIP I stayed here because my daughter was competing in the UCA cheer competition. We are a family of 9 and the house was just as pictured. We had more than enough room. Carol had all of the amenities that we needed and was very helpful in checking and also allowed a later check out because of our later flight. I had absolutely no issues!! We definitely stay again.

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ PERFECT Very clean, well kept, great condition. Very spacious. Pool and hot tub were big enough to entertain the family for a whole week. The resort pool is great, we just chose to skip that this year. It was wonderful to have no worries about bugs at all because of the screened in pool/patio. House is in a nice quiet corner of the Windsor Hills complex, and it's more private and has a bigger backyard than most. Pool faces southwest and gets great sun. Owners responded very quickly to every question. Would definitely rent this house again.

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "WHIMSEY" ALSO INCLUDES QUALITY! Where to start...It was a perfect setting for our vacation. We had no issues with cleanliness, layout, check in and communication with the owner. Our expectations were tremendously exceeded. The pool was obligatory as it was unseasonably hot. It did not disappoint. All amenities were above and beyond and my girls will always remember their Frozen themed home for the week! Trash was picked up practically every day. The clubhouse rivaled most private country clubs. All in all we looked forward to returning to this home, even after a day of magic with the mouse. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ LAST MINUTE DISNEY TRIP! This trip was planned last minute due to Hurricane Sally canceling our Gulf Shores vacation for this week and everything went so smoothly! This was our third time staying at Windsor Hills and definitely our favorite house so far! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our family of 9. We cooked several meals at the house and the well stocked kitchen was perfect for us. The two themed kids rooms and the game room were a huge hit with our children! The two year old played "tea party" at the little table every chance she got! The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out and feel at home. We liked the location of the home as well. It was tucked back in the corner of a quiet cove. The owners were very easy to work with and quick with communication. We will definitely recommend this home to friends and would love to stay here again sometime!
