Sit outside on the patio or in the pool and enjoy your favorite drink while enjoying the sun and lush vegetation. Enjoy the covered Lanai with Outdoor Dining Table and Television. We are a short walk to the Community Clubhouse where you will find water slides, snack shop, splash zone and much more for the entire family.

INSIDE THE HOME
This complete resort feel home features a two master suites with bathrooms on the main floor, an additional bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 2 themed kids rooms upstairs. It has very functional and comfortable living space and a very well-appointed kitchen. There's tile flooring in the living room, dining room and family room as well as in all wet areas. The over sized 2 car garage has been converted into a state of the art game room and movie theater with a 130 inch screen and 7.1 surround sound speakers for tons of enjoyment. The movie theater even has electric reclining theater seats with its own separate air conditioner for those hot days.

Windsor Hills is a guard gated community located just a few minutes away from the I-4, and Disney! This popular community has resort style amenities that include a large heated pool with water slides and spa, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, playgrounds, and putting green. The 10,000 square foot clubhouse has a movie theater, fitness center, game room, and a Sundry Shop and snack bar.

Free High speed Wireless WIFI access throughout the house which extends into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available throughout the property. Netflix is available in all rooms.

Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am.

Please leave the trash in the container by the front door. The trash must be bagged and will be picked up each day. If you have time please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry, if you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries.

Pool heating must be requested prior to arrival. Pool heating is $30 per day and must be on consecutive days.

Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.

★ Windsor Hills resort offers a lagoon style pool with a large water-slide, hot tub, air conditioned/heated game room, fitness center, movie theater, convenience shop, basketball courts, sand volleyball court, 3 themed playgrounds, putting green and tennis courts. It also offers discount tickets to theme parks and a shuttle service.

Although we will not be there when you visit the house, we can be available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do. We also have a full time property manager available to answer any questions you may have.
