Property Details

Luxurious family owned villa with 5 beds/5 baths located only 3 miles to Disney. We do our best to provide the perfect place to relax after a day in Disney or Universal parks. Your kids will love the STAR WARS/Mickey playground themed bedrooms. You can enjoy a movie on the HD projector in the game room. Make use of our fiber-speed Wi-Fi. Rest in our private spa or try the dueling water slides and kids' dancing waters at the communal pool. Check out our pictures!
This +/-2500 sqft house has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
On the ground floor, there is room for 6 adults : two master bedrooms with king beds + walk-in closet / one queen room with separate bathroom.
On the first floor, up to 5 children can take place : two in a Star Wars themed bedroom with two twin beds / up to three in a Mickey Playground themed bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. Your kids will love it!
Every room has its flat screen TV. There is a Blu-ray player in the game room and in the living room.
There is free Hi Speed WiFi.
The private screened in pool and spillover spa is heated for free upon request (recommended Oct-Apr). The pool is South facing.
The house is fully climate controlled with Nest thermostats. (AC must not be lower than 72F) The game room has its own A/C not connected to the Nest.
You can also enjoy the movie theater room with its 92" screen and its Full HD projector and Blu Ray player connected to a blasting surround sound system. (Please bring your own DVD/Blu-ray's because the ones we have put got "lost"...)
The theater room is also a game room with a 60-in-one arcade game and a Foosball table.
For younger ones, you will also find a highchair, two "pack and play" crib (we recommend you to bring sheets for them, none provided) and two strollers (they are old and used but still useful).
We provide sheets for the 5 bedrooms, bath towels for the 5 bathrooms and pool towels.
We also provide a small starter pack with dish detergent, dishwasher tablet, extra trash bag, washing powder, sponge, toilet paper roll. It's just enough to get you started for one or two days. *** Please note that you will have to buy your own for the rest of your stay. ***

*** NO pets please because of allergies. If pets are found present a deep cleaning fee will incur ***
*** Description/Pictures may not be 100% accurate in case we need to do some need replacement/upgrade or remove broken items. We try to replace everything that's needed as soon as possible but sometimes we cannot avoid a delivery while you are present. ***
*** Please note there is a Nest Doorbell on the front door with an operating camera with sound ***

- Early checkin (9:00AM) or Late checkout (5:00PM) may be available upon advanced request for a $99 fee each.
- Additional cleaning available for an added fee.

Location

After the security, go straight ahead for about half a mile, the house is on the left side of the street.

Facilities

You will be located in the Windsor Hills gated (security guards are present 24/7) community with lot of possibilities like: tennis court/basketball court/volley court, fitness room, community pool with a kids splash zone and duelling slides, multiple playgrounds, a small sundry shop, DVD rentals, ATM, etc.

 My family had a great stay at Michel's house. Location was ideal for all things Disney and a good selection of restaurants and Supermarkets nearby. The neighbourhood felt very safe and had a couple of parks and a pool with slides and splash zone which went down well with the kids. The house itself gave ample room and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool and hot tub were well used as was the table football and arcade machine in the garage. I think this is a perfect base to enjoy all that this part of Florida has to offer, both the host and the staff on the estate were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Lots of proactive communication from the host in the run up to and during our stay, including prompt relaying of information regarding the storms which affected the local area. No hesitation to book again.

 Michel's house was perfect for our family of 7. Very spacious with comfy beds, a lovely pool & hot tub, and a fabulous cinema/games room with access to Netflix & Disney plus. The location of the house couldn't be better. Windsor hills is a beautiful gated community with a nice community pool/games room and several play areas. It's also only a short drive to all the Disney parks and plenty of restaurants. Michel could not have been more helpful on the lead up to our trip, answering many questions almost immediately. He was also very attentive during our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michel's house. We had a wonderful time and are already planning our next trip! Thanks
