Brand new comforters, curtains, area rugs and deluxe DISNEY pool/beach towels for 14. The kitchen has been fully stocked with everything new as of May 2019. Keurig coffee maker, 12 cup coffee pot, griddle, mickey waffle maker, complete table settings for 15, outdoor plates and glasses for patio area, silverware for 18, kids plates, cups, trays and plasticware. Mickey and Minnie tea cups, coffee cups for 12, every kitchen utensil you can imagine, new baking, cooking and frying pans, Tupperware, every glass you can imagine right down to white and red wine glasses....nothing has been overlooked! All new furniture and decor has been added throughout. Brand new washer and dryer bought June 2019 and resurfaced pool as well.

Our home has a new 65 inch Smart TV in the family room, large flat screen mounted TVs in every bedroom, free WiFi, all new Game room with Xbox gaming center, three person commercial arcade with 900 games, pool table and Star Wars theme. The large screened lanai has brand new patio furniture. There is a dining set for 6, a three piece bistro table for 2 and new patio loungers for 6 to enjoy the amazing private pool and spa.

This home is in a private, secure, gated resort community with a pool and waterslide park, arcade, movie theater, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, fitness center, putting green and a convenience store. Still one of the best built resort communities in the Orlando area. This home is walking distance to the community pool and is only 2.5 MILES TO DISNEY and near so many restaurants, pharmacies and a super Walmart that has all of your needs including a gas station. This home has TWO king master suites upstairs, another king bedroom upstairs, a downstairs queen bedroom, a newly themed SURFER bedroom with two twin beds upstairs and a newly themed mermaid room with two twin beds upstairs. This 6 bedroom model has both a living room and a family room to spread everyone out during your stay. It has a laundry room with washer and dryer. The game room is air conditioned and upgraded with a Star Wars theme and we have incorporated Disney touches throughout to make your stay be as magical as possible.

-Pool & spa heat automatically included in price-Floor plan of home has 1 bedroom downstairs with bathroom outside of it in hallway, all other bedrooms are located upstairs. Two king bedrooms have bathrooms adjoining to them and the 4th bathroom is in the upstairs hallway.

 *****5/5 FANTASTIC VACATION PROPERTY! We absolutely loved our stay! Location is perfect for both Disney and Universal parks. The neighborhood complex and amenities were great. House is huge and spacious for 12 people providing enough room to spread out after a day at the parks! The pool was great. Both owner and property manager were prompt with communication.
