Our property Management company does a very good job in ensuring the house is sparkle clean and ready for guests.

Additional Details:

- IMPORTANT! There are strict rules in place regarding occupancy of the house, parties at the property, and damage. A rental agreement acceptance is mandatory upon reservation confirmation.

- PETS and SMOKING/VAPING are not allowed in and around the premises. Any evidence of sneaking pets inside the house or smoking/vaping inside the house or in the lanai area by the pool will be charged extra in addition to forfeiture of the damage deposit

- Safety Feature: Doorbell cameras in place for the safety of our guests

- This is a self catering townhouse, we start you out with a small quantity of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, and laundry soap. Guests are responsible for supplementing these with their own supplies. WalMart and Publix stores are nearby in 1 - 3 miles.

- Parking: 1 car is allowed at the driveway. Additional cars should be parked in the common parking areas in the resort. If you are bringing in RV, advise the owner as permission from resort management is required prior to booking to confirm its parking spot.

- Access: The front door has an electronic lock. Door code will be set to your preferred number and will be used during your stay.

- Trash: We have valet trash pick up every day except for major national holidays.

- Pool Heat: Pool heat is provided for a nominal fee

- Getting Around: Rental Cars, Taxi, Uber, Lyft
No shuttle is available

- Cleaning Procedure: In response to COVID-19, enhanced cleaning procedures are adopted to include sanitizing and disinfecting all the high-touch surfaces and items.

Additional Rate Info

A CC Processing Fee of 3% is applied on top of the overall quote value. Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 90 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

 We made last minute plans to head to Orlando for Labor Day. Su was very accommodating with a shorter stay than usual. The house was located a perfect distance from everything and was recently renovated- it looked great! My daughter especially loved the Disney Star Wars themed bedroom. We would definitely book again!
