 The home was perfect for our vacation. Kids loved the pool and game room! We all really loved the theater room! The area is really quiet which is nice and feels safe in the gated community. We enjoyed one day at the community pool also and that was great. We were minutes away from groceries and Starbucks! Great place to stay!

 Pictures are 100% accurate. Property was very clean, modern furnishings. Pool and hot tub were ready upon arrival. Movie room was perfect and game room was excellent. The retro game system was incredible. Everything needed was there. Would stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

 This property was absolutely wonderful! The location was just perfect! Close to Disney, grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Pool, linens, rooms, appliances and general house was in wonderful condition and all extremely clean. The game room was a huge point of interest during our stay as we got some thunderstorms. Communication with management was really great and all email were detailed making things super easy.  This was one of the best vacations! The property was absolutely gorgeous when walking in. I didn't want to go home. The game room was awesome and the kids loved the home theater. Close to all the Disney World parks and the pool and hot tub was perfect temperature when purchasing added heat. Definitely will be staying here again. Thank you for being the perfect host.

 This house was great for our family of 6. We stayed in late February and decided to heat the pool and spa. It was perfect. Loved coming home after a day at Disney and hopping in the hot tub. My teens loved the movie room and pool, the whole family loved the game room, and we all really enjoyed sitting outside. Would stay here again for sure.

 This house was everything we hoped for. It was the perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub were a great treat, clean, warm and welcoming after a day at the amusement park or for a relaxing day at the house. We all enjoyed using the game room (air hockey, pool, and classic arcade game). The rooms were clean and creatively decorated. The Harry Potter room and Alice in Wonderland room were our favorites. We ate at least one meal a day at the house and we appreciated having everything we needed to provide meals for our large family (pots and pans, but also a meat thermometer and various size cutting boards). There were plenty of different seating areas to enjoy time alone to read or larger spots to play games or watch a movie. It was hard to leave. I definitely recommend this home if you are vacationing in the Orlando area. The house is in a convenient location for driving to Sea World, Universal and Disney and there are lots of familiar stores and restaurants close by.

 Property was great - booked for 6 but only 4 could travel so very spacious! Pros - 1. pool was great - asked for heat and was put on immediately. 2. Very spacious and stocked with all manner of pots, pans, crockery, blankets, towels etc 3. Comms with the company managing the property was great over the phone - couple of issues with emails not getting through but easily rectified. 4. Location was great - around a mile to a huge Walmart so easy to collect groceries and a quick Uber to lots of restaurants and Disney parks ($10 - $20 depending on time of day and weather). 5. Gated community and the staff were friendly 6. Waterpark looked good for smaller children though we never found time to use it - we did use the little clubhouse for slushies and chicken tenders a couple of times. very nice. Cons 1. Back gates are currently locked and this is confusing some Uber drivers - not a fault of the villa hence 5 stars

 The home was very clean my kids was at aww. Each room was awesome down to the kitchen decoration was out of the world. The community was friendly. Ted was awesome he greeted us and helped us with whatever we needed. I will definitely come back because this is the best experience I had so far.

 Amazing home in gated community! Close to parks and shopping. Pool was great. Loved the decor of the home and it was super clean and very spacious. Any issues - Ted is on it immediately! Kids and husband loved the game room - and the theater room was a bonus! Overall, definitely recommend this home for your vacation getaway!

 This gated community is gorgeous, the house we stayed at is beautiful. We loved all of the themed rooms. We encountered a few opportunities during our stay, but Ted was right on it and helpful. Would definitely recommend this home to others. Thanks for the magical memories.

 An aMaZiNg house! Our family of five (plus my mother) REALLY enjoyed this home. It was outfitted with ALL your kitchen, swim and entertainment needs. The neighborhood is super cute with a protected/gated community entrance, great sidewalks and amazing community amenities (park is ONE house away! and community pool with slides is a quick walk away!) The house updated to PS5s and my three kids totally freaked out! They had a blast on ANY and ALL games. (Kiddos ages 13, 9 and 8). Parents loved the old school arcade-type game system too. The pool table and air hockey was an added fun and bonus. The movie room is SO amazing and having Disney+ access was extra fun. Beds were SO comfy. The kitchen was awesome to cook all our family meals during the week, the fridge is VERY nice (and clean) and dishes were plentiful. The house theme was SO SO cute! The Disney pictures, images and decor were above and beyond. THE POOL WAS AWESOME. We paid to heat it and it was totally worth it. Hot tub was super great for after our long, busy days at the parks. I just can't say enough GREAT things about this house, our experience and communication with Ted and the overall experience. Your crew will LOVE this house, BOOK IT if it is available! It doesn't happen often that it is open/free! Close to Target, TONS of restaurants, mini golf and all the BIG parks, too. An awesome time and vacation!

 This was an amazing house with a great value. We stayed in town for Disney and monster trucks and this was the perfect stay. Pool was clean, game room was awesome and the system in the movie room worked great.

 This is a wonderful home and exactly as described in the listing/pictures. The style of the home and amenities made it so comfortable. We loved the layout of the kitchen, living room, breakfast nook and the sliding doors opening to the patio/pool area. The kitchen had everything this family of six needed for the week. We loved the game and theater rooms. There were a couple of small issues but they were promptly addressed by the host and did not affect our vacation. I would 100% recommend this property. I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again sometime in the future. Thanks again Ted!

 We had a blast on our vacation and this house was a huge part of that enjoyment!! This is our 3rd time doing AirB&B in Kissimmee and this is by far the best house we have stayed at!! It was roomy, the game and theater rooms were awesome, pool/hot tub was perfect and Ted was super accomodating and easy to contact. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again!!

 This is THE PLACE TO STAY! We've stayed at many different places in the area when we visit and this place blows everything else out of the water. Gated community with a quiet neighborhood. The attention to detail at this home is incredible. Everything has been completed professionally. This isn't a place where TV's were slapped together with a bed. Every single set up from all the room electronics, TV's, Projector room is set up neat with no hanging wires everywhere. The living room pool area has sliding wall glass doors from the floor to the roof that completely open up so you can enjoy the fresh air, but with no bugs, because the entire pool area is gated. Trash is picked up by a service on your front porch! There are so many little things that make this place the perfect vacation home with lots of activities or adults and kids! I highly recommend staying here.

 This place was perfect for us. We had a multigenerational stay. My dad worked remotely in the theater room during the day and my kids spent their time between the game room and the pool. I ordered a few meals from Hello Fresh and tbe kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed

 Stayed here for a week. We had 2 families, 4 adults and 4 kids, that stayed here comfortably. The house was clean, spacious and accommodating. We asked for pool heat and it was turned on immediately. The manager was wonderful and available any time we had a question. House was in the perfect location, close to Disney and Universal, but quiet in a gated community. The pool was enjoyed daily and the kitchen had all dishes, pots and pans that we needed. We would absolutely stay here again when staying in the Orlando area. Thanks for sharing your home with us and all of the amenities you provided!!

 This was absolutely my favorite Airbnb to date. Ted was a great host, very personable and eager to help. My family and I truly had the best stay ever here! The game room and movie room were big hits with everyone. All the bedrooms were beautifully decorated with comfy beds and the bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling clean. Everything we could possibly need during our stay was provided. There were plenty of extra wash cloths and towels, beach towels, blankets, and extra pillows. They even had multiple strollers, a pack n play, a high chair, a baby gate, and child proof locks for the cabinets! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Kissimmee!

 Did not miss the DETAILS! Ted was a wonderful host and we loved our time at this rental! The home is in a great location - close to both Universal and Disney. We also enjoyed the safety fence around the pool, which some properties we looked at didn't have as a feature. We also enjoyed time in the game and theater rooms! What a perfect place to relax after a long day at the parks. My kids also LOVED the details in the rooms - especially the Harry Potter room! Lastly, this house is blocks from the Clubhouse - which houses a large pool, slides and water play area. It was easy to walk to and a nice change of scenery. Suggestion: There were a lot of kitchen amenities (laundry detergent, dish soap, Mickey Mouse waffle maker, salt and pepper, trash bags, etc.) with this house that are not listed in the description. There is a Walmart super close to the property so I would advise going to the house to check things out before doing your grocery shopping.

 Moved to this home after a 21 day stay at another one of Ted's homes in Windsor. Wanted to extend the holiday over Thanksgiving but the home we were in was already booked. Moved to this one and it DID NOT disappoint. What an amazing home on the main drive! Each space has its own thoughtful touches and unique look. The theater was a personal favorite of mine. I
