Can't say enough about Keith and Toni!
Our original plans got wrecked and Keith & Toni were there to help us get our vacation back on track! Super responsive and extremely helpful, even in the late evening hours when there was an issue with the place we were supposed to stay at had an issue very last minute. They even let us know about changing weather (good thing because we had not bene watching the news). They saved our vacation! Beautiful home! Comfy beds and couch! As pictured. The rooms are spacious and functional. The bathrooms were clean and tidy! The private pool was great for the 4 of us. The lanai had one high concrete wall that provides privacy from the direct neighbor, and the other was open/screened to the side yard and made the space feel nice and large. Dishes that were provided helped us eat in more than out, especially the pizza pan (which a lot of other units forget). This unit felt like home away from home. We can't thank Keith and Toni enough for letting us enjoy their home as our own for the week!

We had a wonderful stay with our kids on a Disney trip!
Very easy to access the home and it was very comfortable. The pool is lovely and hosts are excellent! The hosts even helped us during stay when we unknowingly failed to check in an additional guest. This is our second time staying with Keith and Toni and we would highly recommend it.

Loved this home!
It's close to everything you need. Close to Disney parks. Super close to a Super Walmart (much needed for groceries). We really enjoyed the private pool. The private pool was soooooo nice and convenient. The home was well laid out, good sized rooms, great kitchen, etc. Beds and couches were comfy. A TV in every room was a nice perk. Parking was easy with it's own private driveway. The complex had great amenities. The big pool and splash pad are awesome! We would stay there again!!

Great stay for the parks!
We chose this listing for a short trip to Orlando visiting Universal Studios. We arrived very late at nearly 2am to a very welcoming home. This resort is very close to the Disney Parks. We only visited Universal this time and used Uber each time without any issues. The kids loved the private pool and the community pool so much! Everything was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The home was very clean with plenty of kitchen necessities. The owners were quick to communicate with in any questions we had. We can't wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Keith and Toni's place!
It was quiet and we had more than enough room for our family of three. Our toddler loved the Mickey room and all of the amenities that the resort offered! Could not beat the location and it's proximity to many restaurants and stores. Loved how close it was to Disney as well! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Terrific stay!
The house was perfect for our family with kids, ages 17, 15, and 10. The house was spacious, allowing us to spread out and be comfortable. The private pool was terrific, we spent every day in it. The community pool and splash pad was a huge hit with the family as well. It was only minutes from the Disney Parks and shopping. Super easy check in process. The hosts, Keith and Toni were great and checked in with us. We didn't need anything, but it was nice that they wanted to be sure. We would recommend this home to anyone!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Windsor Hills Mickeys Beach Bungalow. The town house was absolutely beautiful, well equipped with all of our needs. Great walking distance to the pool and other amenities. We loved that there was starter things to get us through a couple of days , example dish washer soap, dish soap, garbage bags, etc. the communication with the owners was amazing. I had a problem when my daughter was checking in and Keith got back to us instantly. My mom gave it a 10 out of 10. I love Mickey so the Mickey room melted my heart!!! We tried a different place 2 years ago as we weren't sure we could go back to the same place after my dad passed as we've been to Windsor Hills for 6 years . We are so glad we did we forgot how great it was. Again , if you're looking for an amazing vacation home this is the one!!! You will not be disappointed.

Spacious and clean
We had a great stay! Communication with the owner was fantastic. My 8 year old loved the splash pool. One of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed in. Between my husband and myself we book 2-3 condos/ homes a year. King bed mattress was better than our bed at home. We usually stay at a hotel when visiting theme parks and walk or take park transpiration. However, this home was a much better fit for our family. After leaving Universal's Royal Pacific, the space felt amazing for our family of 5. Driving to the parks was easy and convenient. I highly recommend Mickey's Beach Bungalow!

Our family of three had an amazing stay here when visiting the Disney area! We've stayed in the community before and loved it here at Mickey's Beach Bungalow. The townhouse is the perfect size for a family (bigger than ours as we had plenty of space). With one bedroom and full bath downstairs, could be perfect for extended family as well. The pool is the perfect size to relax at the end of the day. Windsor Hills is one of the best locations for a Disney vacation as your at most 15 minutes from the parks and some are within 5-6. You can't beat the location with plenty of restaurants, Walmart, Target, Aldi & Publix all nearby. The community has a great pool, water park, clubhouse, arcade, and playground. Keith & Toni were gracious hosts and we loved our time here for our family vacation. We'd definitely look to stay again!

Perfect for larger families
We stayed here for our Disney trip. We have a large family with children ranging from 18-infant. This house was perfect. Everyone fit and there was more then enough room for everyone to have their space. The pool out back was perfect. It allowed us to swim anytime we wanted. The older kids loved the water slides and our 4 year old loved the splash park. It was close to all four Disney parks (15 mins or less). There is a Walmart close by for food and necessities. The house was clean and the owners communicated quickly. We will definitely be back.

Best Week Ever!
Our stay at Mickey's Beach Bungalow was excellent. The communication, leading up to and during our stay with, Keith, was exceptional. He definitely made sure we had everything we needed. The house is lovely, including the splash pool, that our kids LOVED! While we only had one day to enjoy the resort amenities, we enjoyed the resort pool and slides and stayed til closing on that day. We visited all but one of the Disney parks, plus Disney Springs, and the drive time was roughly 20 minutes (or less) to each location. All in all this was a great place to stay for our Disney trip and we will definitely plan to stay again when we return.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation!!
My husband and I traveled with our 4 children and both of our moms and had 2 Disney park days throughout our 5 night stay at Mickeys Bungalow. The backyard pool was a huge hit and the ideal size for our 3 boys to cool off and enjoy afternoon and evening swims. The kitchen was well stocked with table service and kitchen gadgets making it a breeze to prepare home cooked meals several times throughout our stay. Having in suite bathrooms for each bedroom was so convenient. Loved having a washer and dryer so I could do laundry throughout the week and not go home with suitcases full of dirty clothes! We also enjoyed the water park area of the resort! The house was immaculately clean. We have stayed at multiple luxury rentals and Keith and Toni were wonderful hosts. 10/10 recommend staying here! It will be my number 1 recommendation to family and friends who are planning a trip to the Orlando area.

Amazing experience!
Our family consists of 2 adults and a 5 yr old autistic girl. I spend so much time researching places to stay for our vacations. The owners have literally covered my major safety concerns for my daughter. They have a security door lock at the top of the front door, an alarm on the sliding glass door to the pool and a safety net around the pool itself. The beds were super comfortable and the house was very clean. House is located very close to Disney and other parks, shopping and restaurants. Walmart is literally less than 10 minutes away. The owners are very sweet and have fantastic communication. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Townhouse!
This townhouse was exactly as described with all the things you would need for your stay. The kitchen had all the items needed to cook with which was a big plus. The rooms were decorated nicely and everything was clean. The neighborhood was great and we loved the pool at the townhouse as well as the community pool. We will definitely stay here again!

My family and I have been coming to the Disney World area for the past 9 years, always staying in a rental home. I have to say that this property is the cleanest and one of the most well thought-out units that we have ever stayed in. The owners are friendly, quick to communicate, and really focused on guest experience. Can't ask for more. The property is almost exactly as pictured. And what is different in real life is even better than what's in the photos (i.e. outdoor furniture) - the owners are constantly making improvements and taking into account feedback from their guests. I look for comfortable beds and furniture, but it is easy to be fooled from a photo. But not this place! The sofas, the outdoor furniture, and especially the beds are fantastic (being used to a memory foam mattress at home makes almost any vacation bed feel uncomfortable usually). Plus there is ample seating for everyone - couches, bar stools, kitchen chairs, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with multiple coffee makers, many pots and pans, any utensil you can think of, plastic and regular plates/bowls, even mini yeti-style cups for drinks around the pool. They even thought of little things like having some coffee filters so you don't have to play the guessing game at the grocery store and hope you get the right style. They've thought of those things before their guests can even think of them. My favourite convenience was the plug adaptors that they have in the bedrooms - 4-different regular plugs, and then 2 USB ports as well. Located right by the bedside table for added convenience. With all the technology nowadays, we found it so helpful to plug in all appliances and devices without having to prioritize and remember to change things over in the middle of the night. I know I'm forgetting more things because I was constantly remarking on how great certain aspects of the house were. Absolutely HIGHLY recommend!!

Everything we could want in a vacation home, this property had it! This truly felt like home away from home. It was exactly what we were looking for after our park days and even on our days in. The location was quiet, even though we arrived during spring break, clean, and well stocked with extras. The communication from the owner's was excellent, and they went above and beyond to help with any questions quickly. PERFECT ALL AROUND!!
From check in to check out this property is everything you could possibly ask for! Windsor Hills is the perfect location to all Orlando has to offer. This townhome has everything you need to feel at home. Clean, comfortable and fully stocked!! The board games and baby/toddler items were so appreciated! The owners were accessible and kept in touch to make sure our stay was going well especially during Tropical Storm Nicole. Hope to stay again during our next Disney Trip!! We really enjoyed our time at this townhouse!
The kitchen is very well equipped with quality cookware. The kitchen items made cooking so much easier then my past stays at same complex but different townhouse! I picked this townhouse bc the furniture looked comfortable and after staying there I can report it is comfortable. The townhouse even had nightlight which helped with my son. We had very easy to follow instructions from the owners. The owners gave us their contact information so if we needed anything while we stayed at the their home! We will 100% want to stay at this townhouse again in the future!

Fabulous home from home! Brilliant from start to finish!
The communication with the owners was brilliant from start to finish! The house itself was perfect. It was furnished with everything we could have wanted! The pool was a perfect size for a cool down after a visit to the parks! The house was well equipped with everything you could imagine! There was even a fab coffee machine so we could have our morning coffee pod fix! Disney is literally a 5 min drive and Walmart is at the end of the road! Check in was super efficient and helpful! Can not rate this house high enough and we are already planning on coming back to it next year! An amazing find!!

We loved staying here!
It was clean and comfortable, with so many household items for us to use. Our kids loved the Mickey themed room with bunk beds and their own tv! The private splash pool in the back was great to let the kids enjoy as well as the club pool that had so many things to do! Their are many restaurants, shopping and things to do nearby. Keith was very quick to respond when I texted him with a question, and followed up soon after. This home was the perfect place for our family to enjoy our vacation!

It was perfect for me, my wife and 2 kids (Ages 7 and 1). The private pool and the bigger pool/slides offered was also a hit with everyone. We went to Disney 2 days and with the close proximity to Disney, we were able to come back to the house in-between parks to refresh. Keith and Toni checked in to see how we were doing throughout the week. Overall a great experience and we would all highly recommend!

We had a great stay from Apr 2- 9, 2022.
1. The property is located only minutes from all Disney gates and the home is perfectly appointed for a family with young kids.
2. The house and gated property pools are perfect to relax in after a long day at the parks.
3. The owners are very helpful and responsive to needs.
4. This home is also very near a large Walmart, Drive thru Starbucks, and most fast food and casual dining you will need. Very convenient.
5. We will definitely stay again when in the Orlando area.

Very happy we selected this property. A welcoming home that was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Updated appliances were nice for cooking and laundry. Kitchen had everything we needed for eating in. Location within Windsor Hills was ideal as all amenities were within walking distance with the young kids. Short easy drive to and from the Disney parks was nice especially after a long day of walking around. Plenty of dining options and attractions within a few miles. Home owners were helpful from the time of booking all the way through the stay without being intrusive and offered insider tips for the area when I had questions. Private pool and outdoor area was clean and roomy. Kids loved the pool and it and was a comfortable setting to enjoy the mornings before heading out for the day. Highly recommend this property, especially for first those making their first trip to Disney.

Perfect Location!
Mickey's Beach Bungalow was the perfect place for our Disney getaway. It was 4 adults and 2 children who stayed. We had plenty of space and the house was immaculate. We loved our personal mini pool in the backyard. We also took the short walk over to the resort's pool and splash pad and had a great time there as well. The location of this townhome is great. We were 5 to 10 mins from every Disney Park, down the street from the Super Walmart, and Hwy 192 had every food eating place we could think of. We love staying in Windsor Hills and are already planning our trip back. Keith was an amazing host and provided us with exceptional service. He sent reminder emails, answered questions right away, and helped with recommendations. Thank you Keith & Toni for hosting us! It was another great trip for the Books!

A perfect Orlando option for families!
We HIGHLY recommend staying at Keith and Toni's property if you have a family and are visiting the Orlando area! We are a family of 6 and wanted more space to spread out during our vacation. Mickey's Beach Bungalow, with its 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms was just perfect for us. The property was just as it looks in the pictures, was extremely clean, and had great decor/supplies/beds/amenities. The kitchen has literally anything you might need for making meals and it was so nice to have plenty of space for everyone! We enjoyed the private splash pool (I do recommend having it heated if you are visiting in the winter or early spring) and loved the larger pool/waterslide area that was just a short walk away. The location of the townhome can't be beat--10 min to Disney parks, and tons of stores/shops/restaurants within minutes. Our check-in process was seamless and communication with Keith was unbelievably timely. Keith and Toni give so much helpful information to make your stay so easy. We loved our stay at Windsor Hills and would gladly stay at this property on any future visits to Orlando...we didn't want to leave! Thank you Keith and Toni!

We have stayed at several homes within Windsor Hills and this is by far the best. The hosts are super communicative and pleasant to deal with and the house is clean and very comfortable. It comes equipped with everything you might need for your stay including baby items, a starter pack of household items and a fully equipped kitchen. We had a great time in the private pool and the rest of the resort. The main pool gets busy so arrive early if you're planning a pool day.

Mickey's Beach Bungalow is a clean and organized two-story townhome with one bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs with a new high-capacity washer and dryer, located between. We appreciated our stay here with the child-friendly provisions such as a pack-n-play, high chair, plastic dinnerware for kids, and some board games and basic pool toys. The best aspect of this rental, however, is the clear and detailed communication with the owners whenever necessary. We would recommend this townhome for families with its' nice end-of-row location, great neighborhood waterpark amenities, and an impressive castle-themed playground down the street.

Let me start off by saying, the next time we go to Disney we will be staying at Mickey's Beach Bungalow! Keith and Toni go above and beyond to assist you with anything you may need. They have provided everything you can think of in the kitchen, and throughout the house. Even the little touches, like games for the kids and towels for the pool, are so appreciated. It is truly a home away from home! The location was very nice and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and all Disney Parks. It was so nice coming back after a day at the parks and having your own private pool to relax at and enjoy. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!

What a great house! Our young children were obsessed with the Mickey Mouse themed room and bathroom. The living space was very kid friendly, clean, and easy to use. We really appreciated how well everything was set up for families - including the kid silverware / plates / bowls /etc, the pack-n-play, and high chair. The pool was lovely and clean. All of the accommodations were really wonderful. Keith and Toni had excellent communication and gave us all of the information we needed. Getting into Disney was very convenient!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Mickey's Beach Bungalow hosted by Keith and Toni. Their home was welcoming, safe, comfortable, and fun. It had everything you needed and more. It also was conveniently located, whether you were going to Disney, the supermarket, a restaurant, or anything else you can think of. We appreciated that the home was stocked with kid-friendly items like, a playpen, highchair, kids plates/cups/utensils, safety gate, etc. The community was wonderful; the clubhouse was clean and had a ton of fun activities. Staying at their home was such a blessing and we would absolutely stay there again if we decided to venture out to Florida again!

The home was exactly as expected, just as it is pictured. Keith and Toni are wonderful hosts and make every effort to ensure a great stay. I did have an issue with my payment being declined due to credit card fraud, and Keith worked with me to get it figured out. He actually alerted me to the situation and I was able to quickly get it resolved. He went above and beyond to help. This alone makes me a customer for as long as he has the property available. The location was perfect! Only about 15 minutes from anywhere you want to go. We will definitely book again when plan our next vacation to Disney.

This Immaculate townhouse is literally a home away from home, Keith & Toni have thought of everything you may need. All the parks, stores and restaurants are conveniently located yet you are set back into your own oasis it doesn't feel like it. Great private pool for you to have a glass of wine at after a long day. Super water park in the complex for the whole family to enjoy that is included in your stay. I can not recommend this home enough. This was our first time staying off property and we will for sure be back. Thank you for your hospitality.

I stayed at this property with my family (husband and two sons who are 7 and 2). We took a family vacation to Orlando and this home made our trip so relaxing and comfortable! The owners have thought of everything and there was plenty of space for all of us! The entire home was super clean, organized, and well-kept. Having three bathrooms was awesome and the bedrooms were all beautifully decorated with comfy and clean linens. My boys LOVED the Mickey themed room, especially my two year old! There was a good basic supply of cooking tools and I was able to prepare meals when needed. There were plenty of towels for baths as well as for the pool and kitchen. The pool was delightful and we all enjoyed swimming and relaxing throughout the day. The process to check in was simple and we felt very secure in the home too. The owner is just a text away and checked on us many times during our stay which was lovely. Also, the location is perfect- close to all the major parks, especially Disney! We loved our stay and will be back!!

First vacay in a year and a half! From the very beginning Keith was so detailed and communicative so we knew exactly what to expect from registering with the resort, directions to easily find the townhome, how to use our personal code to access the townhome, and check out! Everything was such a breeze, no issues whatsoever, the kids loved the Mickey room and all the beds were super comfortable. The splash pool was so great to relax in after the hot days. Keith included info regarding the resort and accessing the amenities, the location is central and the townhome was stocked with all the comforts of home, including kids dishes, a high chair, baby gate, pack n play, and several pool floaters! We were incredibly happy to see the security measures surround the pool since we brought 3 kids ages 6 and under (including one under a year). There were several locks and an alarm. The baby gate was super handy and the bathrooms were even stocked with little shampoos and soaps! The location inside the complex is very quiet, near the back with no one behind us for added privacy. We opted not to heat the pool which was ok except for one chilly night! It was barely 40 min to Legoland and only 15-20 to Disney parks! Extremely convenient to all restaurants and shopping, groceries, etc. We enjoyed the community pools several times & it was so relaxing with the kids and the pool and splash pad. The checkout process was straightforward, no hassles. We really appreciated the extra details they put in, from providing direct contact if we needed anything to the small starter packets of things like soaps, coffee filters, coat hangers, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment and we really didn't lack anything. We will absolutely rent again and look forward to working with Keith and Toni for our rental in the future! I'd give 10 stars if I could! Mickey's Beach Bungalow was everything I imagined and more. My kids loved their space and the private pool. The gated community felt very safe and secure. We loved our stay. Mr. Keith was very efficient when needed. This is the place to stay when visiting Disney World. Walmart, food locations, and Disney World were minutes away. I would like to stay here every time I visit Florida.

We had an amazing time at Mickey's Beach Bungalow in April!! We had 4 adults, a 3 year old and a 3 month old and the townhouse was more than enough room for all of us comfortably! My 3 year old daughter loved the Mickey room and the bunk beds - she used the top bunk as a play area! The baby pack n play was an amazing amenity to have for our infant and easily set up in the master bedroom. The beds were comfortable! Towels and linens were provided so no worries about that. The kitchen had everything we needed and the starter kit was greatly appreciated! We used the washer and dryer which was nice with smaller kids and keeping things clean. My daughter loved the castle playground park and the splash pool was amazing to have right outside on the patio. We did try the community pool one day and we had fun there as well but the convenience of the splash pool was the favorite. Communication with Keith and Toni was amazing and they were usually quick to respond! They treat you like family and took interest in our family. Always available to answer questions and made great recommendations for the area for restaurants and things to do! We will definitely be back and plan on staying at their awesome townhouse again!

Excellent location and home
This home was a great choice in terms of distance to all the theme parks and fun in Orlando. The home was spacious, clean and well decorated. My grandson especially enjoyed the Mickey Mouse themed kids room. The owners were very friendly and helpful with all questions. The clubhouse pool was beautiful and had a fun play area for the kids. Overall a wonderful stay and we were sad to leave.

Fantastic Spring Break Getaway
Our family of four along with my adult sister really enjoyed our week in Keith and Toni's Mickey's Beach Bungalow. The place was as advertised and the communication with Keith was excellent. It's located in a beautiful resort that is easy to navigate and close to all of the major Orlando attractions. Drives to Sea World, Universal and Disney Springs were all under 20 minutes. We also got a lot of use out of the splash pool at the villa, with the kids taking near nightly swims before bed. All in all, a great value rental!

Our family of four gives Mickey's Beach Bungalow a 5 star rating! The owners were very easy to work with and went out of their way to answer any questions I had and to give any information they thought might be helpful for our stay. Also, their response time was extremely fast. The townhome was very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for a single family or even extended family/friends to stay also! It is located in a great community where everything is well kept and everyone is friendly. The main pool was wonderful to spend a couple free afternoons at, and the food area inside was perfect for a quick bite to eat while we were there. Our two young kids absolutely loved the private pool also. It was convenient to let them swim in the mornings and evenings before and after our other plans for the day. It is very conveniently located near the Disney parks, and even close enough to make a day trip to several awesome beaches. All of the appliances were nice, and the kitchen is stocked with almost anything you could ever need. The only thing missing was a keurig, however there is a regular coffee pot to use. We very much enjoyed our time, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would highly recommend Mickey's Beach Bungalow to anyone looking for a nice, clean, and conveniently located vacation rental.

We stayed here for the week after Christmas until just after New Years. Kids (9, 6, 2.5) had a great time. Pool: the owners had the pool heated for us which was awesome. It’s small but the kids had a great time splashing. Complex: the large pool / hot tub / water park was clean, nice, and the kids had fun. The main pool is heated, but the slides / water park isn’t. Kids enjoyed the castle playground and the neighborhood is quiet large with sidewalks the entire neighborhood - we took a long walk after dark each night and it was nice.
Amenities: tastefully decorated! the house is one of the best equipped we’ve stayed at (we travel a lot personally and for work). We cook a lot and for the first time in a property I can’t remember wishing I had something from home. Nice set of pots and pans. They even had a crockpot! Plenty of towels, nice washer and dryer, and the TV had Disney Plus. Beds were nice and master king was firm. Very clean!
Location: Walmart is very close with a liquor store. Disney was very close.

This was my first experience. Keith and Toni were delightful and very helpful and sweet, informed me about things to do around their property and responded very quick to just little questions I had. The home was exactly what I was looking for, something cozy and that reminded me of home. Thank you guys for the great experience, I will recommend to my friends.

Keith and Toni’s place is the perfect place for a larger family or group vacation to Disney. There is ample room with comfy beds and even a hide-away bed so the kids can all stay together. Also we appreciated that there were so many towels and wash clothes. A family of 8 goes through quite a few during a week but because of their stock we didn’t have to run a wash load every night. Windsor Hills is in the perfect location for going back and forth to Disney parks. Plus right down the road are eateries and grocery stores. Their rates made our family trip to Disney much more reasonable and allowed us to do some more fun things with the kids at the parks. Keith was super helpful and quick to respond when we locked ourselves out of a room. He even called the local hardware store to have a door knob key waiting for us. We will definitely be returning to their place should we return to Kissimmee.

We absolutely loved our stay! Keith was extremely helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. The property was perfect for our family of six. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs, all with their own bathrooms. The kids loved having a private pool deck (with pool toys) and having it heated was totally worth it! Heads up for fellow coffee drinkers—basket coffee filters are provided! :) The Windsor Hills property as a whole is close to a lot of stores, yet has a private and quiet feel. We took advantage of the water park on property one day and it was busy but very fun! Only took us 15 minutes to get to Disney. We will most definitely stay here again!
