This upscale private home has consistently received FIVE STAR ratings from guests since joining the rental program. We're located on a large corner lot across from the playground, just a short walk up Teascone to the clubhouse.
Guests have enjoyed our outdoor lanai and pool/spa, which has limited neighbors giving it a private feeling!
They have also enjoyed our THEATER/GAME ROOM, with Dolby Surround Sound, PS5 gaming system, Foosball, Air Hockey, and more!

Facilities

OUTDOOR LIVING AREA:
The PRIVATE LANAI offers outdoor dining and leads to a private pool with a heated spill-over spa. The pool safety gate can be easily removed in sections for limited or full-access to the pool.
A 6-burner propane grill is provided at no additional charge (guest is responsible for cleaning prior to departure).
A dining table and chairs provide seating for 6. Or relax poolside in one of our two lounge chairs. Pool towels are provided on-site for use during your stay.
RARE FIND: Being a corner lot, this property has additional yard space which can be used to play lawn games. AND...we're right across the street from one of Windsor Hills' shaded playgrounds!

OPEN FLOOR PLAN:
The downstairs open floor plan includes the kitchen, dining area, and family room that opens out to the outdoor living area.
The large, fully equipped kitchen has a high-top table with seating for four. The adjoining dining area has additional seating for six. A complimentary high chair is provided at no additional charge.
The garage area has been renovated to offer a THEATER ROOM with Dolby Surround Sound and Theater Seating. This area also offers a GAME ROOM with Air Hockey, Foosball, and a PS5 Gaming Console with a 65" Smart 4k TV.

ALL BEDROOMS include: Ceiling Fan, extra pillows, extra blankets, Smart TV, wastebasket, and private access to a bathroom.
