Body: We had the most incredible stay at Cool Change!! I cannot begin to describe how amazing the home was and how it had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed. After spending two days at Disney World, my kids said that the pool at our "Florida Home" was the BEST part of their week vacation! We will always stay at 7776 when we go back to Orlando for our return to Disney! Thank you Jen for an unforgettable week in paradise!!

Title: This place is AMAZING!!!
Body: I cannot say enough about this place! It was immaculate, comfortable, and spacious for our family of nine.
We had three king-size master suites for the three couples and the kids had their bunkbed room. Every bedroom has its' own bathroom which was perfect!
The game room was a hit and the AC was a big plus for the hot week of July. The house AC was kept at 75 and cooled the entire space really well. The laundry room was used mid-week with no issues, and laundry baskets were a big help.
We used the pool every evening and it was perfect for our group and though the houses are very close together, the pool area was private while swimming or sitting on the patio.
The kids watched movies in the family room while the adults played card games on two evenings, after long days at Disney parks. One afternoon the kids enjoyed the waterpark with the water slides and ice cream treats. Driving to the parks were an easy ride, and both our large vehicles fit in the driveway with no issues. The owner was very communicative before and during our stay - which was very much appreciated. This was the BEST VRBO house we have ever rented/stayed in. We highly recommend for active families - for the conveniences at the house and the parks nearby. Owner, Jen Rabine could not have made it any easier for us to make sure this was a terrific vacation for our three generation f.amily. THANKS Jen!!

Title: Thought of everything!
Body: I was originally going to do a pros and cons list but there aren't many cons - so the list would be pointless.
So lets just get straight into it .....Set up amazing it was just right for our family 3 bedrooms on the 1st level and 2 bedrooms on the second level.
The host provided floating devices for adults AND children.
Cutlery and plating for adults AND children.
Games to play for adults AND children.
(Told you they thought of everything)
The living room can get really cold while the family watches a movie (loved every moment of that) there is a basket of blankets next to the TV stand - uh how awesome!
1st floor bedrooms can get hot at night sooo to correct that there are several fans in the bedrooms to help with nighttime coolness - uh awesome again.
This house has truly set the standard for our family. We now are comparing other houses in other states against this one .... spoiler alert: none have matched it.
We truly enjoyed our stay!
O btw, for my fluffy friends (fluffy =chunky=plump) the towels are fluffy friendly 😊
Ok, enough of my review, go ahead and book it, you won't be disappointed.

Title: Absolutely Perfect
Body: Staying at the Cool Change was Amazing. We felt so welcomed when we arrived with a note and gift from Jen and Chris. It was perfect for our family, my husband and I brought our three boys and one of their friends. The bedrooms were beautiful and beds were so comfortable and everyone had their own bathroom. The boys would enjoy a swim after a hot day in the parks and they would stay up late in the game room playing pool and having a great time. Memories were made that will last forever! The location was awesome and the neighbors were so nice, it was close to so many restaurants and stores and to the Disney Parks. We would definitely stay again!!

Title: Perfect home from home
Body: We had the most wonderful stay at Cool Change Villa and can’t thank Jen and Chris enough for letting us share their beautiful home. The location of the villa is perfect. Just a stone’s throw away from diners, shops and a huge Walmart and the resort at Windsor Hills is very clean and safe. The splash zone and karaoke were a big hit! My two daughters absolutely loved the private pool and hot tub and our lazy days at the villa are what they describe as their favourite parts of the trip!
The villa is huge and beautifully decorated. The girls particularly loved the princess room that was fitted out with a toy castle, vanity unit and princess dresses!
The evenings in the games room were great fun and having TVs in every room (even outside) was a real bonus too.
Jen put so much effort into making our stay as special as possible. She was quick to respond to any queries and even helped with a minor medical emergency that resulted in a trip to ER! She really is the perfect host.
We cannot wait to book again and will certainly be recommending Cool Change to all of our friends and family!

Title: The best place I’ve ever stayed!!!!
I’m hesitant to write this review because I wanna keep this hidden gem a secret. But this is honestly the best place I have ever stayed. And I vacation a lot. From the moment you enter the community you feel like you’re in a safe and clean environment. The house itself is amazing with a pool hot tub game room etc. the house is big enough to have your own space but small and cozy enough to be together as much as you want. I will always choose this place when I come to Florida. Thank you so much Chris and Jen for making this the most memorable trip of our lives.

The house was clean, the pool was clean, the game room was a lot of fun, and the neighborhood water park was AMAZING! Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating. Body: This was our second stay at this amazing property and it just keeps getting better! Of course the grounds and location are perfect but beyond that, the details that Chris and Jen have put into their home make it the absolutely perfect respite! Jen is the ultimate hostess and does everything she can to ensure your stay goes without a hitch. We've stayed at vacation rentals throughout the US and Europe and this one is hands down, the most thoughtful and best appointed home ever. The not so little details that make it outstanding include hampers in every bedroom, extra outlets bedside, fluffy towels for both the bath and the pool and soft throws for the couch, abundant trash receptacles and a bedside fan in each bedroom. The kitchen has quality cookware and lots of extras to make your stay very much like home. Did I mention huge, smart tv's in literally EVERY room and an insane game room??? Make you sure you plan plenty time to simply enjoy the house during your stay; it's that good!

Title: Magic Kingdom for the kiddies
This rental was quite a find-so close to Disney and other attractions. Any store you need is minutes away. But once the kids got inside, it has a magic all its own! There is a Cinderella dress for most ages, a princess dressing table, loads of Disney character toys and on and on. We found this to be an extremely clean home, in every aspect. It is well equipped, has amenities above and beyond. The heated pool & spa are sparkling, well maintained and a huge plus. We messaged about the temp of the pool-someone was there within an hour! The whole home is well equipped- above and beyond in many respects. The beds! They are incredibly comfortable as are the pillows, the linens plenty. The game room was a hit with so much to do and so well furnished for all ages.There were TV's in every room with full access to anything you want, including of course the Disney Channel.There is even an outdoor TV poolside. The single standout may be the communication by the owner. From the beginning she communicated with me, answered all my questions, gave suggestions and before we came even sent a map to a destination I inquired about. Everything was spot on. The check in is easy as is the check out. The kids could not have been happier in this home, and as we know, it is all about them!

We split our recent family vacation between two homes in Windsor Hills and this home was our favorite by a long shot! The owners have really thought of everything you might need to make your stay magical. There are so many small details throughout this house that make it special and a must-stay in Windsor Hills. My family is already planning the next time we can stay in this beautiful home!!! The owner herself was so sweet and thoughtful. We had an amazing family holiday at this home. Everything was perfect. The 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms ensured everyone had their own space. The pool/spa was great and the grandkids absolutely loved the game room. The living room is very cozy with ample seating. I loved the “extras” like baby equipment that was available to use. Body We stayed in this beautiful Villa for just 3 nights but we will be back on a future visit! The home had everything you could possibly need, right down to emergency supplies for babies! Waffle makers, amazing games room, TV outside you can watch from the pool, you name it! Bed was extremely comfy and loved the reclining sofa! We also had a pleasant suprise when we entered the villa as it was all done up for Christmas with a tree in the living room, it felt so homely!

Title A perfect family holiday
Body We stayed in this villa for just over 2 weeks & had the best time. The attention to detail by Jen & Chris made our stay so comfortable & fun for all ages. The pool is a great size & had plenty of space for our wee ones to play safely & for the big ones to enjoy as well. We had the pool heated for our October stay & the temperature was perfect. The hot tub was so relaxing & got really warm once the timer was on for about 15/20 minutes. The games room was well kitted out, something for all ages. Big & little corn hole boards were delivered during our stay so it was clear they are constantly adding to the fun.
As a mom with young kids I appreciated all the extras that were provided. From toilet seats & steps for the bathrooms, to toys & books to play with they really have thought of everything. They even had an electric pump to blow up the pool floats we bought which we were ever so grateful for. There are subtle Disney touches throughout but it’s not over the top like some villas I’ve seen. The painting in the kitchen is hilarious! We all had great fun looking out the details.
The house is so comfortable. The couches are great to relax in & the provision of soft blankets to cuddle up with was a great touch. The beds are all very comfortable & all the rooms a good size. The kitchen has everything you could need & more, we didn’t do more than heat up leftovers in the microwave, but if you wanted to you could’ve made a Thanksgiving dinner! Keurig coffee machine was used daily & the Mr. Coffee machine was also a favourite. They even thought of long hot days at the parks & provided ice packs & a cooler bag!
The location of this villa is excellent! So close to Disney & restaurants but in a quiet & safe community. Walmart is super close but anything else you’d need is just a few miles away.
I can’t fault this home at all, we will definitely be back to stay again!!

Body Wow, I was truly amazed by Villa 7776! The house was clean, well stocked for getting started, and had everything we needed for our vacation. My family loved the game room and the pool.
The house was close to Disney and the drive was very convenient ~10-15 min drive. WalMart and various restaurants were just down the road.
I wish we had planned more than one day at the house. It really had a home away from home feeling. We did not get to enjoy the resort amenities, but they looked like the young kids would have enjoyed them.
Prior to our arrival the owner made sure that we had all of the information that we could possibly need to make our stay go smooth. I really appreciate all of the assistance and answers to questions that were provided prior to arrival.

Body This was a perfect house for us for a family get away! We had 4 adults and 4 kids and had more room than we needed - we even had one bedroom that we never used. This is a great home with all the things we could ever need. The house was great (the game room was so fun!), the pool was great - and the location was perfect. We went to the water park one morning which was perfect for our kiddos and then that afternoon we went to the park which is super close to the house, too. Everything about this property was awesome! Some friends and i went for my brothers bachelor “party” 7 people in a house for 11 meant a lot of space for everyone to be comfortable. The game room was probably our favorite. After a night out we’d come back and play some pool, listen to music. The pool was pretty clean, hot tub would get nice and hot. Jen was always helpful and answered my calls and text quickly. Definitely #1 on my list of people I would book again with. She was helpful with answering questions, making sure we were enjoying the house and asking if there was anything else she could do for us. Body I can't say enough great things about this home an its owners! Our family has stayed in Windsor Hills at least 9 other times, always in a different home. While it has always been a pleasant experience, this home was absolutely perfect. I traveled with 4 other adults and 4 young adults (17-22) and the home had something for everyone. Great pool, hot tub, best game room I've ever seen, TV's everywhere! (Although we only used them to play music, I don't think we ever watched any of them!)
The owners were very responsive and kind. Even when I arrived a little early and my code didn't work, Jennifer answered my call right away and fixed the time to allow me to come in.
I highly recommend staying in this home for your next vacation!

Title Family gathering
Body My family and I stayed at “cool change” July 11,2021 to July 14, 2021. We had the best time in Jennifer and Christopher’s beautiful home. When we walked in everything was sparkling clean and there was another family who left that morning. Great cleaning company! Short wait at the gate checking in. Huge comfortable bedrooms all equipped with Large screen TVs(if you love television then you will be in heaven with movie channel and a huge selection of cable channels) The Games room is to die for. Brand new pool table, foosball table, air hockey, 2 stand up video machine ( no quarters needed) selection of board games, poker table and set with chips. Just awesome! Large living room, huge dining room table and nice eat in kitchen. Oh the pool area was large and the kids spent all day. We had to pull them out to eat dinner. We didn’t get to enjoy the community pool area but that looked large and beautiful. Overall this home is top notch with all up to date appliances and touches. The communication with the owner Jennifer was outstanding. Jennifer was always a text or phone call away if something came up, but it was perfect so we didn’t need to communicate during our stay. Christopher refunded our security money immediately. Just an absolute pleasure in dealing with people who know how to treat other people. Thank you again Jennifer and Christopher for giving us memories of a lifetime.

I highly recommend this beautiful vacation home if you are in or near the Orlando area ‼️ We left today and I’m already missing it!! The home was above our expectations. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful/relaxing pool area, over the top game room, spacious bedrooms and a bathroom in each bedroom, located near all the Disney Parks(which was very convenient)!! We absolutely LOVED our time at Villa 7776! We came down from South Dakota for a week’s stay, and we were at the house for the first half of the week and stayed on Disney property for the last part of our trip. I can’t say enough about how amazing the house looks with all the updates…so thoughtful and considerate to accommodate any and all! For our next trip to Disney, we will definitely stay at Villa 7776 again, but this time for the entire trip! Everything is right there - pool, bathroom, snacks, movies (Flick and Floats!), & games. Beautiful, clean, spacious home, game room, laundry facilities, full kitchen, private pool and hot tub, short drive to Disney, flat neighborhood for walks, gated community, access to resort with water slides and huge pool, access to tennis, basketball and pickleball. Owners are super accommodating and helpful. Will definitely go back!

Highly recommend this beautiful home! Thank you to the Rabine's for opening their home to us. If you are looking for a place to relax & get some sun this is the place for you. We spent loads of time in the pool and hot tub or just hanging out watching the large TV or listening to music by the pool. The game room took me back to being a teenager, playing air hockey (watch your fingers) and Ms. Pac man. I spent my week in the white room which has the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on! I wanted to pack it in my suitcase and bring it home. You will be minutes from shopping and all the Disney parks! We will be booking another trip soon and plan on staying here again!

We highly recommend this gorgeous property! Honestly, the beautiful photos don't even do it justice. We loved being able to spread out throughout the house and the location is perfect; minutes from all the major attractions. We're already planning our next trip and I don't plan on leaving the lovely pool/spa area much on the next visit! The game room was a big hit as was the tv in the pool area - so great to watch music videos while sunning. :) The kitchen was well appointed which is important to us as we like to cook most of our meals when traveling. Jen has thought of so many extras that make your trip more enjoyable from soft plush throws to laundry baskets in every bedroom. Don't hesitate to book this one!

Just returned from our trip to Disney and wanted to share my opinion in regards to this home. This home was absolutely PERFECT for us! The location of the home was very central to all the places we visited including all Disney parks, Disney Springs and ESPN Wide World of Sports. Less than a 5 minute drive would also get you to a Starbucks, Wal-Mart, and many food options. My teen son and his friend loved the pool at the house, but also enjoyed the bigger pool and waterslides at the clubhouse. The game room was also a huge hit! I can't thank the Rabine's enough for opening their beautiful home to us. Jen is super easy to get ahold of if you have any questions at all. My family and I are traveling to the area again in January 2022 and as soon as I'm finished writing this review, I will be checking to see if I can book this home again!
